This auto center is a_s_s. Robert doesn t specify the details of warranty for tires, doesn t explain the exact problem and is a salesman just trying to sell tires. Sheryl is annoying AF and doesn t do anything. There was also a meth head walking around and was super slow moving with everything. Walmart hires anyone these days

I've had terrible service at Walmart in the last couple years at Broadway, and Lindsay Blvd in idaho falls ihave waited at the counter at the tire center for as long as an hour before they even acknowledge I'm there. I've found sets of tires I've wanted and have had long w as it's a d have been treated rudely . A rather large gal actually 2 large gals almost refuse to help me with service. Even telling me that they don't carry something when I have Google and found on my Walmart sight that it says in stocks. Even tires ,that I have found I. Store. Service at the electronics desk has slowly got to where service dissapears after asking questions about phone service or phones that I have just bought. 5 years Ago a service person would not hesitate to help with my straight talk phone and service . I get no help whatsoever, they tell me to deal with straightalk customer service ,who in turn tells me to go back to Walmart customer service. Over and over and over again. Soon I will not be going to Walmart and I have a huge family and lots of followers with same problems. Walmart has destroyed local pop and MA local stores and now employees of there's are lazy unfriendly and do not care about the custo.ers need. I forsee nation wide Walmart closure of store because of a decline in customers. Too bad we don't have local stores anymore.

This was just the worst. I called in before coming in and verified that there was no wait and they could rotate my trucks tires in 30 minutes. I got there and there was no one in line but the employees were milling around and nobody helped me for over 5 minutes or even said anything even though they could clearly see me. When a young gal did begin to help me she was so quiet I had to ask her to repeat herself for everything she said and she did not seem at all experienced. While trying to help this girl help me there was a large older female employee being very loud and very rude both to people in person and on the phones. I told them upfront that my truck had to be put in neutral to start and asked if this would be a problem and the older lady complained and walked outside. They checked me in after looking at my truck and said it would be an hour and 45 minutes. I expressed concern over that wait time and told them I had been told only 3 minutes prior that it was a 30 minute wait time. The young gal said that must be what it is then and gave me my ticket. I did some shopping waiting to get the text saying my vehicle was done for over 30 minutes and then went and sat back in the auto center for another 20. At this point a young man came out and told me that in order to lift my truck they would have to take my kayaks out of my truck, kayaks that they ve seen since the before checking me in. This also told me that they hadn t even STARTED my service after over an hour now. I brought that up and they said that just an oil change takes 30 minutes and I was confused by this and after a little more conversation it was clear that they were under the impression that they had performed an oil change on my truck, a service I had not asked for. It took them about 10 minutes to be able to confirm that they did NOT do an oil change on my truck and then they began saying that they may not be able to remove my kayaks for the oil change for me. They are too large for me to move alone which is why I did not. They saw both of my kayaks in my truck prior to checking me in and could have turned me away then and saved me what was now an hour and a half of wasted time. He said he would ask his manager if they could touch my kayaks and after waiting 20 minutes I went and asked the young gal if she could go and get a response for me. A different young man came out and asked what the issue was and I re-explained it for him to turn around and ask an older gentleman to which he said that the tires were already rotated and then they left. I turned around and sure enough my truck was in the parking lot. I walked out to it only to find it was locked . I walked back into the store where I the. Again had to locate an employee to ask for my keys which they gave me and I left. I never got the text confirmation that my truck was finished like I was told that I would. I have no way of knowing how long my truck was ready. The whole experience took 2 hours.

I showed up an hour before they close with a flat tire and before they inspected it, they told me I would need a new tire and that since they were going to close soon, they weren t going to be able to fix it for me.

Worse service ever. I waited almost 2 hours for a oil change. I was told that their was one car ahead of me. They didn't even get my oil change in that time. I left mad and frustrated What a waste of my time. If you can't find dependable people to work don't offer the service. The women working at the front desk was as frustrated as I was. AND there were also numerous people there that had been waiting longer than I had! OUTRAGEOUS!

Price for 2 new tires was very cheap! Have a low rating due to Walmart policy of not changing a single tire if the speed rating is different, and of course they only had 1 type of rating in stock of 4 tire brands. Service job for the 2 tires lasted nearly an hour and a half. WAY TO LONG!!

Very slow and hard to contact. I ordered 4 tires but only 3 of them showed up. After waiting for more than a month the 4th tire never came so they refunded it. Overall, the people seemed nice but the system was very slow.Services: Tires, Tire rotationsServices: Tires, Tire rotations

Horrible service was scheduled at 3 and it's been 2 plus hrs and vehicle hasn't been worked on Deann is a lady working and is nasty burps in people's faces and has a horrible attitude and is always leaning on counter and running out of breath don't recommend this store

GO ELSEWHERE. You're welcome.I called ahead, but no one answered. When I showed up the lady explained that I'd need to wait 75 minutes (which is fine, they only had one guy working on oil changes and tires). I was being spoken to like a burden and she ultimately scared me away from wanting to get my tire fixed here. I left the exchange feeling totally gross and undervalued and wish I'd been treated better. I went to Big O' Tire instead.The lady at the desk treated me so badly..... yikes! I'd fire her in a heart beat due to her attitude..

Oh man, I ve been here twice now just trying to get an oil change and it was a hassle each time.The first time there were so signs or anything to show where to go, so as at every other Walmart auto place I ve been to, I pulled up to a garage and waited for a worker.After 10 mins of waiting patiently, I realized none of the workers in there were going to come out and talk to me. So I got out and asked if I could get an oil change. I was told by a very nice girl I had to pull around and wait in front of the door down the garage to be helped.That s fine cause she was so nice, but I got to the car line, waited AGAIN for 10 mins waiting for the workers who were scrambling around the other cars to get to mine. They never did.So I went inside, waited in a long line again, seeing workers 4 workers behind the desk, but only one actually talking to the long line of customers.When I finally got up to the front and asked for an oil change, I was told it would take them at least a few hours before they could even get to it. I figured I ve already done enough waiting, so I left.Two days later I went back, waited in a long line, and once I got to the front I was told that their technicians were leaving for the day and they were basically closing early. Great.So I ve wasted enough time at this Walmart.

I was impressed with the the price for my repair, and really impressed with their honesty. Most shops have never hesitated to try to make me pay for repairs I didn't need. But instead of trying to take advantage of me and selling me something I didn't need, they actually took the time to try charging my battery and then retesting it rather than just selling me a new one when mine turned out to still be good.

I had an appointment scheduled at the Idaho Falls Walmart Tire Center on Utah Ave. and was the first one there. I was getting 4 new studded snow tires put on. I got there 5 minutes early and no one in the tire center knew what was going on. When they finally figured it out they told me 1.5 hours to get done. Two and a half hours later...still waiting. It took close to three hours. They are rude as could be! No customer service! Never going back there!

I came in here to get new tires on my moms car, and taking off the snow tires. We had ordered the summer tires in a couple days before, and scheduled an appointment for 12 o clock. I am writing this sitting in the tire shop at 2:14 in the afternoon. They told us we would be done by 1:30 at the max. It is way later than we were supposed to be here, and they just told my little brother to quit sitting on the tires, even though he was supposed to be gone a long time ago. DONT COME HERE. It is not a good place to go. Go somewhere worth your time.

I stopped here for an oil change. I got there early in the morning and was the fist customer. I was happy that I didn't have to wait to long. The employees were nice and the price was right.

Worst service I've ever experienced. They wasted hours of my time. They had no other cars, 4 technicians and hadn't even started testing my battery which was supposed to take up to 90 minutes

They do pretty good work but it can be really slow. It seems like they never reset the tpms when they do tire work, even when I specifically request it.

No one seemed to know what was going on. Was told my flat repair would take 10 to 15 minutes at the most. Not believing this I left and got a phone call 45 minutes and was told the tire couldn't be repaired and that I would need a new one. I told them ok no problem I've road hazard on that. The tech then told me it wasn't covered I asked him why not and informed him the tire was less then 2 months old. The tech then told me that didn't mean anything. After wanting to talk to the manager he said it would be covered. After hanging up I got a call 2 hours later telling me my car was done. I went to pick up my car was informed I owed 20dollars for road hazard. I asked if it was road hazard or warranty due to the tire not being that old. Was told didn't matter. I asked for the manager and was told they were out and not around.

Overall good experience with having my tire fixed. Deann was very kind and professional and the guys were able to take care of the problem easily. Extremely grateful they're open on Sundays.Service: TiresService: Tires

The place took almost two hours to change my tires. No other work was done and my car was the only one in the garage. Not sure what took them so long, but it doesn't make me trust all of their practices. The tires were changed though; and the prices are competitive.

This place is great! Very understanding, helpful, and caring! Helped me with my flat tire- thought it was only a nail but apparently it was a wire that went through to the rim and made multiple holes in the tire. They replaced the tire and made me feel very appreciative with how they were and talked to me. Thanks again :) specifically Adam and Austin. Thank you!

Young woman with blue highlights in her black hair was extremely unprofessional, elevating her voice as she denied service because there was only one tech available and he was taking his lunch. I asked if she could take down the details of my vehicle and then keep it at the auto center to later drive into the shop later so I could pick it up around 5. With an angry attitude and a raised voice she explained that the only tech available was on his lunch and that she had nobody else to help me.She also raised her voice at an elderly gentleman who was in line before me. She might ve had a bad day but was disrespectful enough to push everyone out. She seemed to not want anyone talking to her.I will probably never go to this Walmart again for car service. I ve had bad experiences before but this was a tipping point for me.

worst tires ever. right after they put on new tires i ve been having to fill them up with air all the time. never had a problem like this with any other tires elsewhere. called to see if they could repair it for free (after i paid once before for a repair) and they wouldn t. definitely will never be coming back here again.

I should give them 0 stars. I came here to have my tires checked bc the thread was low and I had a side wall tear in 1 tire. I also had an oil change done. They finished the oil change and tire check supposedly in 20 minuets and didn t call me to let me know anything. I come back after grocery shopping to check and they have me parked and ready to go with the same dangerous tires to put me back on the road the same way I came in. Didn t want to give me a discount or anything and I have been here a little over 2 hours. I m currently still waiting. I had to contact 3 managers before I could even get someone to consider my complaint. Then once talking to the last manger he gives me 20$ off a 250$ job. I m never going here again. I still have to wait another 30 minuets on my car. I only went bc they are open on sundays but never again.

I brought in a tire for a friend of mine and she took her car to Les Schwab the day before they tried to patch a nail that was right at the sidewall which everyone knows you cannot repair this was going to leave her stranded but wbut Walmart was open On a Sunday morning and they quickly help us with our situation duation we did have to buy a new tire but it was done quickly and got her back on the road to get home thank you so much

I got here at about 4. 4:15 at the very latest.I asked how long an oil change would take I was given an estimated 1 hour.Being my first time I had to get out into their system. The attendant checked out my car, mileage VIN etc. She asked to look under the hood, where she checked the oil cap. She told me I don't need synthetic oil because my oil cap doesn't say dexos. I assured her I need synthetic as the service information provided by the manufacturer of my Ford car recommended it. I also taught her that dexos was only applicable to GM vehicles and has nothing to do with Ford. She reluctantly agreed.While I was finishing getting setup I was told that it would actually be a shorter wait than they had initially said. It ended up taking well over an hour, almost 2.I'm not very confident in the oil change as the technician didn't even know what dexos meant.Additionally they only offered the oil change I wanted for 0w-20. So I couldn't even get the oil change I came here for.

I blew a tire passing through Idaho falls, I went to the Wal-Mart tire center because they were the only ones open (it was a Sunday evening) the staff was very polite and friendly and took great care of me. The prices were fair and they were speedy. I've had issues with Wal-Mart auto care in the past, but the staff at this one really do great job.

There's only 1 Guy back there in costumer service, and I'm not gonna lie he needs to be replaced. I've never seen anyone handle costumers with such unimportance. Hire more Employees Walmart.
