I had come into Wackerli Auto Center just looking at cars without planning to buy one for about 6 months. I was met by Giovanni who was very informative, kind, and not pushy. He was helpful and even let me take the 2022 GMC Terrain I was looking at for a test drive even though he knew he wouldn't make a sale that day. Wackerli's lot was full of new, nice cars that usually had a good price. I decided I couldn't pass up such a great deal and messaged Giovanni after hours asking questions and telling him I wanted to buy it. He was helpful and flexible with my schedule and even had it detailed for me. I have had my car for two months and I have had no issues and have enjoyed some of the free trials the car came with. Giovanni has reached out checking to make sure everything is going well and he has never been pushy like your "typical cars salesman". I recommend Wackerli Auto Center to anyone who wants to buy a new car from reliable car lot.

Had a terrific experience with Giovanni right from the start. Ultimate professional in how he dealt with me. No pressure ever and just a straight forward deal. He was so proactive in his thinking and excellent customer service. Most impressed when I came into store to pay for it as we had negotiated everything with text and emails, and we signed everything and was done. Not the normal dealer hype when you closed where they try to sell unnecessary stuff!! Anyone looking for the ultimate good car guy, Giovanni is your guy!!

We had Jason as our sales man and he is the best in my own opinion he doesn t seem like your typical salesman. It didn t feel like we HAD to buy a car, he actually cared and wanted to make sure we found a car that we could afford in our budget he wasn t pushy in anyway. I decided I couldn t afford a new car at the time but I guarantee you he is where I m going when the time is right

Had a great overall experience with this team! From working with the service department on my previous vehicle to those with my new vehicle. Gio, my sales person was perfect, didn t pressure and was extremely helpful. The financing department was even a pleasure. When my mats came in, I had 3 salespeople installing them for me - very impressive. Big thumbs up to this group at this dealership!

My family has always been loyal to Wackerli Auto Center. I figured I'd give it a go. Jason in sales introduced himself as I was exiting my car. This dealership went above and beyond! I came from out of state to come buy a car. They were respectful and got me out in a timely manner to beat a winter storm on my way back home.Giovanni is a very personable person and even bought me a soda while waiting for the car to be brought out front.I couldn t recommend buying a car from this dealership enough! Was a very pleasant experience and easy to work with!

I wasn t at the dealership but he came to the house, which was above and beyond as far as I m concerned, he s the best salesman I ve ever come across, and I ve dealt with many many in many different states. He was personable, charming and very helpful.very knowledgeable about every oaspect of the vehicle He even pushed my husband around in the wheelchair who had just had a leg amputated. He came to the house so we could sign papers cause I couldn t come. I had just had foot surgery. He was amazing, this guy deserves a big bonus or raise or something he is awesome !!! Any customer that got him should be grateful and consider themselves very lucky because they will get the best buying experience you can get.Thank you Jason Haring. You made our day! Very good people and Jason was a great sales person. he was helpful and knew everything we needed to know and then some! He made us feel very relaxed and comfortable threw the who thing, beginning to end. my father in-law had his leg recently amputated and was in a wheelchair. Jason pushed him around so I didn't have to. He brought the cars to us so we didn't have to walk all over the lot. We had to leave early to make a Dr's appoitment then brought all the paper work to the house to be signed Then even came by the house the next day to bring a pair of glasses that we left in the trade in truck. Now that's service!!!

I am very impressed with Chris and Mike over in the tint shop. I have been having issues with tint that was done at another place in town. They refused to warranty their work. I called Chris and explained my situation and how I wanted someone I could trust and wasnt gonna charge me and arm and a leg. They got my car In quickly and repaired my window in less than hour. They were kind,friendly and helped me every step of the way. I will keep recommending them. They went above and beyond for me to get me in in such a timely manner. Thanks Mike and chris!!

Update as of 12/14/24Changed my review because Billy Hayes, Service Manager, made this problem right! He had one of his workers come and get my vehicle and get the tires rotated and the air pressure to where it s suggested to be by the manufacturer, they washed my vehicle and topped off the fuel! Thank you for correcting this for me and my beautiful vehicle!I brought my Buick enclave in for its first oil change and specifically asked for a tire rotation. When I got home and looked at my receipt, my husband and I noticed that the tires weren t rotated and the air pressure was the exact same as when I brought the vehicle in, which was low by the manufacturer s direction. I called back this morning and the person told me since the wear on the tires were even they didn t rotate them. I didn t ask go it to be done to not be done. I am upset about this service with no explanation upon pick up.

I went to pick up my vehicle and they hadn t done the recall or returned calls and my appointment was scheduled for the 11th and I picked up my car on the 18th. We had to wait over an hour to pick up my car when I told them I needed it. My car had been there over 3 weeks. When I got there my car was overheating and the battery was dead. It had a new battery so someone let the battery drain. I told them my car had some codes and no one addressed them. I checked the antifreeze and it had some but for some reason it wasn t getting to the radiator. So my husband changed the water pump and thermostat himself. Very disappointed because Nick Fell told us we needed a new engine and said nothing about the water pump.Update:I had the manager reach out to me and was great to listen to my complaints and apologetic. It was nice to be heard and he was going to make sure there is better communication so others will not have the same experience.

Had upper control arms on my Silverado 1500 changed to heavy duty after market, since factory ones are having issues with ball joints pulling out. Also had Jason Messick change my fuel filter on my 2003 Duramax and a complete check over. Thank you Jason for your advice and your professionalism, I really appreciate you and Mike Nilsson. If you want to deal with con artists, then use Wackerli's service dept. A customer of ours went there for a diagnosis on their Buick Enclave, and left with an $18,000 quote. Car runs and drives well, so its not like we are replacing engines or transmissions, we are talking dented fuel tanks, windshield washer reservoir etc... minor stuff. Beware their service dept is paid a commission just like the sales people. They are there to rip you off, make as much money as possible, not help figure out an honest and fair repair. Do yourself a favor and find a highly rated local family ran mechanic shop for a second opinion before getting ripped off by these con-artists.

Just have to say what all stars! Nick, and Mike are some of the best our there. I was traveling and needed a service. Was able to lock in an appointment and take care of the service. Nick and Mike worked to get me taken care of. Professional, Friendly, Outgoing to my needs. Appreciate the help with getting me in and out quickly. There is a waiting room and the chairs rock. Was told I needed a new transfer case. The entire transfer case including the actuator motor hadn t even been touched. The truck sat in the same place at the dealership for 7 weeks, when pressed for a diagnosis. I was told the transfer case needed to be replaced at a cost of over $4800. We took the truck home. Pulled the transfer case (20 min). Opened it up (another 20-30 min) and found the Hi/low 4x4 shifting form and it s gear had separated$245 in parts two hours total laborTook the truck back to dealership for reprogramming (labor ??) and to install the old actuator Motor (10-15 min labor at most)Total experience with Wackerli $415.00. Seemed a little steep given that we fixed the truck and only needed reprogramming. No parts involved Labor total? We were Not given a detailed work order for the last invoice of $315
