Recently was rear-ended and Vision did our repair. They did a great job, it was pretty quick and they kept us informed the whole time on the status of the repairs. When we picked the car up it was freshly detailed inside and out. It was a great experience and I would definitely recommend them for any repair needs.

This shop is awesome, you can tell the employees really care. My truck was in and out of the shop in a short time with a new fender and paint. The paint was matched and blended perfectly. They even touched up some other paint issues for me. Great customer service, check them out!

Finding a body shop that can assist you in a rough time can be very much like interviewing for the right person. My car was a cash job and all needs were always concern of budget. I do believe either insurance or cash repair they're ultimate concern is with the customer and they will do their best meet your needs as they understand your car can be like your child. Allen, Josh and the shop manager ware such a solid guys they kept things simple. Yes and no answers, always willing to explain and show what they would need to do to meet your needs. At the end of the day I will return knowing they run a Great shop and have concern for there clientele as you would hope for.

Highly recommended! I put a lift kit with bigger tires on my truck and needed to trim the wheel well to prevent the tires from rubbing. The truck required a fair amount of trimming and it turned out amazing. You d never know anything was modified.

Our daughter got in a car accident and her car had some bad damage. We took it to vision collision for the estimate. They were very thorough pointing out things I wouldn t have even thought of. We set up the appointment and her vehicle was done on time. Afterward the car looked perfect. Couldn t even tell it had been in an accident. They did awesome work. Would definitely recommend them.

Vision Collision has been there for my family this past year. We had one unlucky truck that required multiple repairs and this team was absolutely amazing. So kind and helpful with our vehicle. They worked with us on drop off and pick up arrangements and kept us up to date on repairs. My family and I highly recommend them. Big shout out to Jayden and Samantha for all your help coordinating everything.

Easiest process of my life at a collision center. Quote, repair and service was first class. Alan treats all his customers like family. As an 18 year auto industry veteran, I would trust Vision Collision with any of my vehicles from a teens school car to my new truck.

These guys are freaking BA! They really swing for the fences when they are fighting with insurance. My truck should ve been totaled and they really helped me out dealing with progressive. Progressive wanted to use used axles. Vision told him to stick it in their ear. Bottom line is important to them but the customer is more important it seems. Would give 10/5 if I could. Thanks Kip and your team.

Josh was great to work with. They did high quality work. I was pleased in how it looked. Good communication and professional. Parts were a little slow to arrive and my Sequoia ended up with a dead battery. The two front doors have courtesy lights so they must have stayed open for an extended period of time, I can't be sure. I had to pay a $500 deductible.Most shops I've used in the past have given me a discount on the total bill of $500 so that I wouldn't have to pay the deductible.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

All they did was get the job done and saying that is a stretch. My car took 2 extra weeks to get done because they didn t order a part they didn t expect needed to be fixed which looking at the specific part that was broken anyone could ve known it needed replaced just barely looking at it. My car then spent an entire day in detail and all that was done was it was vacuumed. Nothing was wiped down at all. I took everything out of my car for them to not even do a true detail. I then got in my car and there was a new light on the dash that I had never seen before and when I brought it up I was essentially brushed off. There was obvious imperfections in the paint job as well. When I brought the paint up they said I would have to come back and leave my car there until they got it done, I should not have to drop my car off for an unknown amount of time again when the work should ve been done correctly in the first place. I ve needed body work done on my car before but had it done out of state and this place left so much to be desired compared the work I ve had done previously. The damage and the work needed the first time was also much more significant than what I needed done this time as well.

We had tons of little dents all over our Tesla from hail damage and they were able to remove them all without having to replace anything. It literally looks like a brand new car I couldn t be happier! They also detailed the inside and outside just for using them. Couldn t recommend Vision Collision more especially if you have a Tesla and want a good certified collision center here in Idaho!

I recently had some body work at vision collision and I couldn t be happier with their service. Jagen and his team were spot on professionally, very honest, and extremely efficient. They handled my Jeep with great care and attention to detail. I was completely impressed with Jagen and his professionalism and customer service. I highly, highly recommend Vision Collision!!!!

The service Vision Collision provided was all around amazing! They got me scheduled straight away and when an unforeseen hiccup popped up they were quick to solve the issue and get me rescheduled. I got my car back in no time at all looking good as new. The reason I only put four stars is because they detailed my car (which I was not aware of beforehand) after fixing it up and all of my belongings, which I thought were tucked away enough not to be in the way, looked as if they were tossed haphazardly into my trunk. They also threw away a limited edition item I left in there most likely assuming it was garbage. I'm hoping I can find another before they're gone. Otherwise I was extremely pleased with their service.Service: Body & Trim

Our circumstance was unfortunate, we had just bought a car just made our first payment,and somebody smashed our driver side door. Broke my heart. Went to Vision Collision to see what could be done. I was upset the door had to be replaced,but was very happy to understand that we had choices. So thankful for all the effort Jayden put in for us, to find us the best choice and options for our situation. He was awesome. The work that they did on it was amazing and turned out way better than we expected. There's a few other things we need to have repaired or replaced because of the accident, and I will definitely go back to Vision Collision when the time and opportunity and finances present themselves. Thank you guys for everything you did for us. I will try to post photos later :)

Tesla repair in Idaho Falls!! 10/10; did such an amazing job. Car was returned to me spotless and all repairs complete. They worked so well with me and my stupid insurance. Will only do business here in the future.

We had a tough situation with an insurance company that did not communicate well, but the team at vision collision did everything they could to help us. They communicated as frequently as possible, and tried to keep us in the loop on everything that was going on. They did a great job with what they were able to repair, and were great to help us understand the process for the parts that they weren t able to repair. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. I guess the highest compliment I could pay is to say that I will definitely use their services again in the future for not just accidents, but for vehicles that I plan on restoring.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is AMAZING! They do great work, communicate well and finish on schedule. They repaired hinge corrosion on my Jeep Wrangler in October. This repair involved replacing the hinges, replacing some seals, redoing the seals, protecting the metals from future corrosion and basically painting the entire sides of the Jeep. They are very detailed with their work. They communicated very well when an updated estimate was needed for me to get an approval from Stellantis who was covering reimbusement for the warranty repairs. In the end, my Jeep looks amazing! It looks like new. We gave them a deadline due to travel and they met it for us. I would consider making the drive to them if needed in the future.

I'm a first time customer and based on my experience with this business, I will definitely be back should the need arise! They have exceptional customer service, friendly, and want to make certain you are satisfied with their work. You can tell they take pride in what they do and their surroundings, as their shop and customer areas are immaculate! I was very pleased with their work. This business is A+.

We have recently brought our vehicle here after being hit. Unfortunately, our car ended up being totaled out by our insurance and we were devastated. The service from the moment we chose to bring our car here, to the very end was amazing. Not only were they accommodating and filled in questions our insurance didn t answer, but was very empathetic about our loss and went above and beyond to ensure we felt good when walking out of their shop. From the front desk staff to the mechanics in the back, they turned our sad situation into a great one. I can t recommend this shop enough!Service: Body & Trim

Vision Collision did a great job repairing my vehicle. They got me scheduled as quickly as they had an opening, and got it repaired perfectly. Even with a short delay, because of a part that never came in, they still bent over backwards to make sure I had my rental car as short of a time as possible, to save money for me and my insurance. They did a great job working with my insurance after my initial report to insurance I didn't have to worry about anything. The repairs look great and I really appreciated the thorough detail after the work was done, I wasn't expecting a detail and it was one of the best detail jobs I've had. Repairs took a little longer than I was expecting, but overall very happy with the service.

Vision Collision... Where do I start! What a great group of guys. They bend over backwards to make this old truck look new again. I had had some work done on the motor and thought to myself how do I make this body outlast the motor? I had utilized Vision Collision previous on a insurance claim and they did a great job so I decided to return to them and see what they could do. From minimizing the rust, adding fender flares, repainting the wheel wells and switching out the old tired headlights for LEDs it brought a whole new life to this 08 Duramax. My daughters jeep was damaged due to hitting a deer. Vision collision was awesome the car looks brand new they kept us updated weekly and did an amazing job. We are impressed with their work and if we need help again would definitely come back.

We had our bumper repaired by Vision Collision along with some other minor things.They were very friendly and easy to work with. They were professional and upfront about costs and expectations of additional parts they might need once they were able to get under the bumper. And, once the work was underway we're very good about keeping us updated, as needed.I really appreciated that they didn't try to up-sell us on anything. Just good, honest, no-muss-no-fuss people who did a great job!
