Tim s crew was wonderful. They arrived as expected, all in good spirits and prepared. Took only about an hour to install. Very friendly and conversational. Will use them again!

Excellent customer service and great quality window installation! Highly recommend! Today I had my truck's front windshield replaced by my insurance. They provided a shuttle for me to and from my house while waiting for the completion. Julian was my shuttle driver and he was very accommodating.It took about 3 hours for total Installation and their communication throughout the process was excellent.

I ve now had both my f�ances car and my car windshields replaced here and have had the BEST service. Timely, and well executed! Teara helped get us the best estimates for our windshields and we didn t have any surprise fees after. Great business to do work with!

The whole crew was very courteous, kind & knowledgeable. I needed someone to come pick me up to get my vehicle & they did. They r a GREAT BUSINESS!!! I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE.

Excellent work and service at desk and on site. Shower fitting guys extremely clean,tidy,careful and polite. Customer service is polite,listening,friendly and respectful. Thank you guys. I will come back again in few months for another order.

My mom teaches a Sunday school class and had this idea at Christmas to line a large shoe box with mirrorrs on the inside and put lights so it would be really bright. Wrapped the box in red foil Gift wrap with Baby Jesus inside. She explained all this to the team at valley glass and they came through same day! Everyone was great! What a sight! It was perfect. Very good craftsmanship.

I absolutely am so grateful for this company and they have amazing costumer service!!! I had my back liftgate pulled out of alignment at local tire shop, and they wouldn't fix it so I called them in a panic 30 minutes before they closed and they quickly fixed it without charging me! Thank you again!!

I would give them 0 stars if i could, I came in there for help for my window and the front desk ladies were extremely rude and stuck up and wouldnt give me the time of day, they denied helping me but luckily one of the technicians outside helped me out when he saw me placing calls to other places to get help. great technician but horrible customer service for the front desk ladies, they need to be fired.

The install was very clean, however the shower glass is cheap quality. After install I was not happy.They sent someone out to address my concerns and they couldn't even tell me what the warranty is.Home depot has better quality glass for the same price. I was a very loyal customer, I even referred people here. However this experience has changed my mind for any future business.

I have a very old house. I had to have 11 windows replaced. I called Valley glass. They gave me a bid, ordered them and got me high quality windows. I love these windows. The workers were friendly and very efficient. When the windows were begun to be installed, it was 2 days to complete all of them. Great job!Service: Window installationService: Window installation

Great Service.Beat competitions price by $200 for windshield installation.Had it installed in a day , instead of a two week wait period with other competitions quote.I'd Highly Recommend them for a job.Thank you Valley Glass.

The customer service is awesome especially when you are updated on the jobs. Ashtyn is on the ball. She always has a nice voice and makes us feel important. The techs do a terrific job on all window screens. They also helped me replace my coffee table beveled glass. I really thought it'd be hard or impossible. Thanks

These people are great. They replaced the windshield in my classic car and did it correctly. The fit and finish is perfect and they took care of my car. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone with a new or old vehicle. They also do the windshields in my semi trucks.Service: Window repairService: Window repair

I was very disappointed in this place. My window broke in my house and so we took the frame to this place to get it measured and they said it will be done in 2 weeks. 2 weeks pass by and we receive no calls, so we called them. They said that they ordered the wrong kind of glass and that it will be another 2 weeks of waiting. Understandable, it happens, whatever. 2 weeks pass by, no calls, nothing. So we call again. They answer the next day literally 15 minutes before they closed, saying it was completely done. So of course we didn't have enough time to go and get it. We finally come in, and they take 40 minutes just to find the glass. Then they realized that they didn't even put it back in the frame! So it wasn't finished. So we had go wait another 20 minutes just to have it fitted. The only way they 'made up' for all the stress they put me and my family through, is $6 off of the total of $114. Yeah. Well with that extra $6 that I saved, along with probably another $15-20 I'll have to spend just to debug my house and washing all of my laundry again, let's just say I'm not happy with this place. Even after I discussed very professionally my concerns and my stress, they acted like they didn't care. So thanks.

My house looks amazing thanks to Jared at Valley Glass. He came out and measured my windows and was able to special order my front window that is a very odd size. He let me know it would take a few weeks for them to arrive because of the whole Covid pandemic, but I'll tell you what it was so worth the wait! The new windows made my house look brand new! Thanks again, Jared!

Broken basement window. I took the frame in. They had it replaced in a couple days with nice clean flawless glass. I would recommend.

Excellent product for clear glass shower door with bench panel. Measurements were spot on and color, oil rubbed bronze matched well. Installation was timely and so far well placed and performing.

AWEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I had a window pane replaced by this company. The installers that came out, broke the frame while replacing the window pane. When they finished the so called installation, they did not even tell me the window was damaged. When I went to check on the work completed, I saw that the window was loose in the frame. When I called the company, they sent out the Manager and the sales person. They said "It's not our problem" and refused to do anything about it. They told me they would see me in court. I can't express how disappointing this is to have a company flat refuse to support their customers.

Well we had Valley Glass come and bid our job and that it would take three weeks for the windows to get to their place. A week later I get an invoice with what is was going to cost. We needed thees windows in asap. I thinking that if we paid in full that they would get us on the schedule. NO that was not the case. We ordered and paid in full on 4/6/2020. They said the windows dint show up until 5/1/2020. I recalled them suppose to put the windows in on the 11th, they are saying the 18th. Their reason was because they had divisiveness people canceling and cancelling their installment dates. How is that fair to someone who needed this asap and they keep dragging their feet and getting our installed. Why wouldn't they do it. They already got the money so no hurry! DO NOT PAY IN FULL. they got paid for a job they didn't do. so we are on the back burner. That's how they treat customers like i I guess.

Great place, they had a cancellation and called me to bring in my truck to get windshield replaced which got me in 2 weeks earlier than my schedule would do. Quality work at a great price!

Our Custom Woodwork often needs various pieces of glass. Not once has Valley Glass failed to get us what we need. They are great on timing and results. Thanks for helping our small business succeed.

Valley Glass sold me a broken piece of glass??Yes they did. Because I asked them to break a piece of glass in a very specific way. The break I asked for was to duplicate a crack in an heirloom picture. The picture is of the USS Leonard F. Mason DD 852. My dad served on the Mason during the Korean war. The glass covering the picture has been broken for as long as I can remember, 50 plus years. It became part of the pictures legacy. After my dad passed my sister ended up with the picture. When she gave it to me she asked for 2 things. 1. That I give her a copy of the picture. 2. That I don't repair the glass. I decided to go one better and duplicate the picture, frame and glass. I brought the broken glass to Valley Glass and asked if they could duplicate the break. They did and it's PERFECT! Thank you Valley Glass. The original is on the right.
