Valley saved my butt after I backed into a trailer. Excellent customer service, got it done in a timely manner, and worked very well with me. Most importantly my car looks like nothing ever happened. I would 100% recommend Valley and I would come back if I need any more body work!

Not too long ago I was hit by another driver who ran a red light. Next thing I know, I m in an ambulance heading to the ER. I wasn t able to stick around to give a police report or contact anyone to move my car. Even though I didn t have a choice in towing companies, I feel so blessed that it ended up here. In my first year of college, I purchased Cobalt (my car) with 8 miles on him, and we ve traveled a good 80,000 miles together over the past 6 years. I am absolutely gutted by this loss, but the people here have been so kind, patient, and helpful. VCT has been an invaluable resource during this difficult time. They gave me tips on how to make sure I get fair compensation for this loss. They helped explain to me what to expect from insurance companies and what to be wary of. A very nice lady assured me I could contact her if I had any other questions or concerns about this process, and she didn t make me feel like I was burdening her when I did. When the time came for me to sign the release papers, she gave me a sweatshirt. Maybe that seems insignificant, but when you re going through losses like this, acts of generosity like that really make a difference.*reminder* keep your eyes on the road when operating a motor vehicle. I m super impressed by how well they fixed my mom s car. They did an amazing job and the customer service is superb. They picked the vehicle up in Pocatello and brought it straight to the shop, making for an even speedier repair process than having to deal with multiple companies. Great people, great service, and the cutest shop pups around!

I had a wonderful experience with valley collision they did an amazing job repairing my car after getting hit. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate everything they done for my boyfriend and I. Definitely worth going to them for tows and repairs!:)

They towed my daughters car from an accident. I had rented a car dolly to tow it home from their impound lot. The dolly would not work to tow the car, so they loaded it up and dropped it off at my house for NO extra cost. They also gave me a nice hoodie with their logo on it. Thank you!

I cant leave another review, but these guys bailed me out again. (Jul 2023) My nephews lost a tire at the busiest interception (I-15 and US-20) At 4:45 pm. The state police wanted the car gone asap. I called valley collision, told them the situation and they had someone heading our way quickly. These guys have taken care of me multiple times, they will always be my first call.(Feb-2022)These folks took care of me every step of the way. Their communication kept me at ease and they did all the heavy lifting with the insurance company. They treated me like I was their only customer which means a lot.

Valley Collision did an amazing job repairing my Chevy Silverado after I was involved in a accident. A wait for some parts on backorder because of the GM strike but no fault of Valley Collision. Sara and Jesse kept me informed of progress and delays and even made arrangements to get new tires on it which were due to be replaced. Much appreciated

Valley Collision came quick & carefully towed my car from Yellowstone park to Idaho Falls BMW dealer. The fee was very reasonable (other places charge double)! I needed to get my car towed to my auto repair shop. When I called them, they were very professional and got a tow truck to my location in less than 10 minutes. The tow truck driver was very professional and friendly. They quickly got my car loaded up and moved to the repair shop. I was expecting a $150+ invoice but was pleasantly surprised when the total bill came out to less that $100. Super cool. I will certainly use these guys again.

My truck over heated 75 miles north of Idaho Falls and my Insurance company contacted Jesse at Valley Collision & Towing, they responded with a truck to pull my trailer (I was towing) and my truck back to IF. It was late Saturday night and they were gracious enough to let me and my son camp in their parking lot until Monday morning when they could tow my truck/camper to a service shop. Jesse and his father went way out of their way to help us and did not take advantage of our situation. Thank-you very much Jesse and your team!!!Service: Car towing

This was my first experience with a collision company! I'm so happy I picked them to fix my car. Super honest and got the job done good! I picked my car up looking better than I left it. They even took the time to detail the inside. I highly recommend Valley Collision to anyone that is need of these services. Super honest and friendly staff.

Valley Collision is the only place I will ever take my vehicle for collision repairs. Jesse and Beau are always so friendly and they make sure not to cut corners. (Which some autobody shops do to save a quick buck) They make sure that my vehicle looks better than before wrecking my car. THE best staff and environment, such an all around incredible company.

What they did fix was fixed/repaired poorly, even after bringing it back for an additional 2 weeks I still have issues. Then when I brought up the orange peel/poorly blended paint job, I was told the insurance company would have to pay AGAIN to repaint it...

I highly recommend these guys. In my 54 years of life I've had a few dealings with body shops and these guys are Pro's. Every time I look at my truck I can not believe how they put it back to NEW ! LIKE IT NEVER EVEN HAPPENED !!. Thank you !! You guys were completely hassle free 100%. They even perfectly matched the aftermarket pinstripe. And it was Fast In and Fast Out !!

If you are fine with the women in your family being slanderized and accused of greater crimes than parking somewhere public then this is a great service for you. If you get Jesse on the phone then you might as well hang up. Trying to get a straight answer from him is like talking to an angry entitled child who gets mad when you tell him his mistakes. Like giving 3 different explanations for the same thing. And when you point out you are simply asking to avoid the same problem in the future you are let with hostility and hung up on. I'm one female family member away being called a c**t from taking legal action.Service: Car towing

Useless towing company. I live in an apartment complex in Idaho falls where they are suppose to tow cars that don't belong here, due to limited parking. Numerous times if have called them in the passed and either no one answers their phone or they make up excuses not to come. pretty much everyone I know in this complex starts calling a different towing company.Service: Car towing

What to give thanks to Valley Towing there the Best towing Company in Idaho there so Professional and kind and they have such good pricing hands down I haven t seen an other Company that can Compete with them such a good family if I can give them more then 5 stars I would! Make sure you take any personal belongings from your car or they will not be there when you go back.My daughter was in a car wreck, they towed her car, and when she went to get her belongings they were all gone. 2 longboards, tent, sleeping bag, tennis rackets...etc. Valley towing said there wasn't anything in the car...this is the 3rd person I know that has had their stuff stolen by Valley towing.

Jesse and crew were amazing. Broke spring hanger on RV on a Sunday. They were quick to respond to remedy the issue. Also gave restaurant ideas as we stayed in town for the night to complete the repair.

Not impressed with the service, they had the key to my vehicle and yet they still dragged it across the pavement, possibly ruined my new rear axles and my air ride suspension, I'll never have them tow my vehicle again and not to mention they tried denying that they towed it when I have a record of it on paper

From the moment I spoke to the office staff to when the truck driver dropped my car they were friendly and got the job done fast and professionally. Also their prices were reasonable. Would definitely recommend them.
