If I could give them 0 stars I would.Our truck was not starting reliably. We took it to this shop. We heard nothing for nearly a week. My husband finally called and found out the truck had been ready for several days, but they didn't call to tell us. The next day the truck didn't start and left my husband stranded. We towed it back. They spent days with it again without communicating anything. My husband called and they said it was fixed. Another $300 later. We picked it up. The next day it didn't start, leaving my husband stranded . We towed it back AGAIN. They had it for a week. My husband called frequently to get updates. They never initiated communication. After my husband asked they gave us $25 of the 3rd $300 bill. DO NOT GO TO TUNEX! All they want is your money. They are happy to send you away in a vehicle that isn't safe to drive.

Another excellent experience with Tunex IF. They did exactly what I asked at a fair and accurate price. I will not take my Lexus anywhere else in town. Monte and his crew are the best!

I had my mom's car inspected, because I wanted to make sure her vehicle was safe to drive. She's been driving it for 12 years now, and I just wanted a piece of mind.They didn't find anything wrong with the vehicle. Because of that, they didn't charge me a dime! Suuuuper good customer service. They were extremely polite, and they respected me as a customer.They totally could've charged me for the inspection, but they didn't.I was recommended Tunex by a family friend, and I'm glad that they told me about them.

We have used this shop for the past six years. We have really struggled with finding a mechanic that we like, and I can say that this is one that we love. They have always been fast and fair in their pricing. There was even a time when a repair turned out being a little more involved than their original quote was for and...they didn't charge us any extra. Quick and honest, no runarounds, and I don't have to worry about getting a fair price. I would never take my vehicles anywhere else but Tunex in Idaho Falls.

honest to God if I could give negative reviews I totally would this place I feel like just wants to screw you out of your money I went to them because they had good reviews I made the biggest mistake taking my car there I went to have "new" motor mounts put in because my car was shaking and they "fixed" a oil leak that was caused by a single bolt but all I did is waste my money I will never be taking my car back there again while it was there they put holes in my exhaust twice and I had to pay for that out of my own expense the first time and then the second time the place that I got my exhaust fixed felt bad so they fix it for free I've been trying to talk to them today about getting it fixed the rest of it and both times all they've done is put me on hold hang up on me tell me that the are other customers in there so before I even get to ask them anything the phone just hangs up I feel like they are very disloyal and they just want your money and they're just a scam I regret taking my car there it shakes worse and it doesn't accelerate like it did before
