I can truly say to date I have not experienced any company who is as genuinely customer centered as Timberline. After my collision, my car was not drivable; because my insurance did not cover rental fees I was left paying out of pocket. This was when every single body shop in Idaho Falls, Pocatello, Blackfoot and other surrounding areas had a 3-4 month waitlist, which would have left me having to pay upwards of $3-4000K for this rental period. When Brian found out about my dilemma, he immediately shifted his priorities to get me in within the same week. To ensure timelines for other customers did not get jeopardized, he put in his own time to care of my repairs himself.On top of that, despite Timberline being a Bodyshop, Brian and his team went further out of their way to repair my mechanical damages, going significantly above and beyond what they usually do. As a car-naive person, I was completely unaware of the difference between a body shop and a mechanic. I did not realize until after all was said and done what a privilege and blessing I had encountered to stumble across Timberline's kindness and generous mission. On top of all else, the work on my bumper was superb; months later, my car is running as well as new. I was left with a tiny rental cost and a small deductible. I cannot thank Brian and his team enough.Services: Transmission, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

These guys are the best! I would give them 10 stars if I could. As I was traveling thru Idaho Falls with my 5th wheel rv I turned too tight & broke the rear glass on my pickup.Brian took my call & in 3 hours had it replaced good as new. Neither you nor I could get service that fast at our home much less in a distant state. Mine is 2500 miles away.In order to do this he moved his existing work aside in order to get me on the road immediately.Who treats customers who will never return like that? Brian & Dave do.They are compassionate in a cold world. Please use them. You will be treated great.Service: Body & Trim

This place is under new management now andIs now Timberline Auto body and Glass.I had a great experience here.I am on the road in my Freightliner and needed a windshield.No one else would or could do it with the weather we are having now.It s December and it s snowing.Brian was the 11th person I called to try to have a windshield installed.He was already busy on other projects but when he found out that I was about out of options, he dropped what he was doing and even worked outside in the cold and snow to get me going.He went above and beyond what should be expected.If you need a windshield or bodywork, I don t think you ll find better people.Thanks Brian.

Broken power window on my way to Yellowstone; Brian explained repair and called around for parts and will repair, weeks earlier than my home base in California could!

Bought a vehicle and it needed a windshield replaced. It was replaced, but it was losing some trim so we took it back. Thought it should been fixed right the first time.we will see.

They were very expedient I'm traveling across country with my mom and nephew they got me in same day when every other shop told me it would be Monday before they could do anything replaced my window super quake were very nice people
