My husband and I purchased a 2021 Volkswagen atlas with the third row for our family of 5 from Mark Hamilton! We are pleased with the experience and customer service we were able to receive. We experienced some unnecessary issues and Mark and his team were quick to understand and were able to ease the stress and fix the issue. We appreciate their readiness to help and the comfort of knowing they will get the job done regardless. Thank you!

I would highly recommend Jason Ulrich as your salesman to go to. He has helped me into 4 vehicles over the last 15 years. He always is so caring and very attentive to what I am wanting. I recently purchased a 2024 Atlas Cross Sport. I have never loved a vehicle more.

I went in today to just test drive a car and unexpectedly left with a new one. Julio worked with me and he was incredibly patient and super helpful. It was my first time buying a car on my own and he walked me through it step by step. The process was exciting and scary at the same time but with his support he made it easy.NJ helped me with finance which was complicated for me to fully understand but he read it thoroughly to make sure I comprehended everything. Prob one of the smoothest, shortest trips to a dealership ever. We have purchased a lot of cars over the years and usually DREAD the dealerships! But this was so easy. Mariano was so refreshing to work with. He went above and beyond to make my new Atlas perfect! We were coming from out of state which added another layer of customer service. No runaround, no bait and switch. Just delivered on what was promised; everything was exactly what he said it would be. It was such a great experience! Will def be back when we are ready for a new car!

Best car dealership in SE Idaho! We have had an amazing experience every time. We have been buying cars from them for years. We have worked with Julio and Brian recently and they go above and beyond as car salesman. The managers, NJ and Monty have also been amazing to work with. We love Teton Volkswagen. We recommend them to everyone who is looking to buy a new car.

I would like to say thank you to sales associate Mariano Vazquez and sales/business manager Monty Davis. They helped me to get my family a bigger vehicle and I am so happy with professionalism and honesty of these two gentlemen. Mariano did everything he could do to help me with getting me into my new Dodge DurangoRT. Monty went the extra mile on the financial side to help me afford my new SUV payment. Thank both of you for setting the standard for what a dealership's customer service should look like.

Salesperson Jackson I. was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and proactive. He anticipated my questions and chased down information quickly. He even researched an affiliate dealership to get me what I wanted instead of talking me into only what was at the lot. The service team and his manager were very supportive and the listed price was very fair. They go the extra mile to make the experience very positive and seamless.

Best experience ever!! We couldn t ask for a better experience, starting with OUR sales guy Julio to Saul to Monty!! Every step was a breeze!!! Julio knows us, he shopped for both our vehicles, we were signing paperwork almost before we did a test drive! Who could ask for something better!! We were welcomed as family, which is very important to my husband and myself! Thank you VW team!!!

I have been a return customer with Teton VW over the last 10 years. I ve always been impressed by the customer service of each department I ve worked with. From service, to sales, to finance, I ve always been well taken care of. Even when I ve had frustration and COMMUNICATED, I ve been helped promptly to resolutions.My most recent experience started out very different than my past experiences. This time I really didn t NEED a new vehicle. I saw the Atlas Peak Edition, in green, posted on Facebook. I told my husband I was going to check it out and would be back in a little bit. He said, Okay, but we aren t getting a new car. The vehicle I was driving in my day to day was a 2020 white VW Cross Sport. This vehicle does not have a 3rd row, and since getting into it, we ve quickly outgrown it. We had some issues with the infotainment/voice playback the entire duration of having this vehicle. My husband and I had decided, unfortunately, that we needed a 3rd row vehicle and that we were done with VWs for awhile. We had begun shopping and researching other 3rd row vehicles that competed with the VW Atlas.When I pulled in to the dealership, I was promptly greeted by Mark Hamilton. I honestly was kind of rude by being short and distracted, and not really listening to the conversation we were having. I realized my less than desirable attitude and apologized to him.Mark didn t give up on me. The vehicle I was interested in was on the showroom floor. I saw it and was trying to not love it. He showed me a few features and then we test drove a similar model on the lot. I liked it a lot. We drove to my house to show my husband and kids. I made my husband drive it too, so we could really make our educated decision. Mark and I got back to the dealership and we talked rough numbers, as I wasn t ready for my credit to be pulled. I tried to be honest that we were shopping around but may have also lead him to believe there was a sale. After seeing the numbers, I knew the car was doable but needed to talk to my husband.We slept on the information, tweaked the numbers and the deal was done.Because I knew this vehicle was a limited vehicle edition and wouldn t sit long, I made my husband drive over the next day to put a down payment on. After work, I drove over to sign the paperwork.I really didn t have time to wait to sign, but there was a couple in front of me that I needed to wait for.Mark took me out in MY new car and showed me all the awesome features, how to access them, and answered all my questions.Mark has been my favorite salesman to work with in all my car dealing experiences. He was kind, patient, understanding, and even funny. I didn t feel like I was working with a stranger, I honestly felt I was working with my friend.Monty also made the signing process fast and easy. We ve done several deals in the past together and felt like we were catching up.Honorables mentions of other great customer experiences include: NJ Jackuchan, Todd Barker, Tom Warner from service and Cesar Rosales from Service (no longer there).Teton VW, thank you for having quality team members that always deliver PEAK customer service. Thank you for treating me like family! I ll always keep coming back for more!

This organization is an absolute joke and will lie to your face while taking all your hard earned money with hidden and undisclosed fees. Don t worry about consumer rights or fair pricing here. They ll spam you with $165 to plug in a computer to see what s wrong without telling you first. Then they ll charge about $700 to change out 4 spark plugs and ignition coils with $125. When we disputed the undisclosed outrageous fee, there was nothing they could have done other than take advantage and ripping off their customers. We will NEVER do business with Teton ever again. Do not trust a word that this organization says, they will take you for everything you have.

I just bought a car from here with help from Jackson. I knew what vehicle I wanted to look at, and he was happy to help. He knew exactly where the car was that I wanted to look at and had answers to all my questions. It was a super quick process (especially with being a first-time buyer). Everyone was super friendly and fantastic help with the whole process; I will definitely recommend them and Jackson to others!

I purchased a car from Mark Hamilton AKA the best car salesman in town. He went above and beyond for me. He answered all of my questions and made sure I was well taken care of. I ve purchased several vehicles over the last 30 years. Buying from Teton Volkswagen is without a doubt my best car buying experience. Jackson Plagman was the salesman that helped my wife and I. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and just fun to talk with. We put his patience to the test while my wife and I went back and forth about trim levels and colors. He didn t rush us and answered all of our questions. When we finalized the deal (near closing time), he went out of his way to get our vehicle washed and fueled immediately. Due to logistic issues we couldn t take the car home that night, so he volunteered to deliver it to us in Blackfoot. Both Jackson and Teton Volkswagen will get all of our business in the future. We are customers for life.

Everyone here is great to work with. Good communication from the service and sales team. I recently worked with Jackson Plagmann to trade in my lease and get a new one. I had my heart set on a certain car and he worked with me to get a great deal. The process was quick, smooth and easy. I also love how easy it is to schedule services and how quick they are.

If you are going to buy a vehicle from this dealership, make sure you work with Jackson Plagmann. He went above and beyond and delivered our new car 2.5 hours away on his own personal time. He is awesome!The whole transaction was smooth and we got the exact car we wanted all done remotely. Scheduled a whole day off for service which started fine but the check engine light came on again right after leaving the dealership. Returned and told a part would have to be ordered as the person before me on my return visit got the last one. Left the dealership again only to have the change oil soon light come on. We ve had this car for 2.5 weeks and already regretting this purchase.

Made an appointment for my airbags that had been recalled. Drove over 45 minutes to get there just for them to tell me they didn t have the part and that they would call me to let me know when it was in. Not sure what the point of the appointment was if they didn t have the part they needed to service my vehicle. After waiting a week I had to call them to check in. I never received a call after waiting all week. Once answered, I was told the part came in late last night-surely a lie, and that they could fit me in today. I was hesitant to make the far drive again as I was told they have the parts the first time. Once my vehicle was in their possession service was quicker than expected.

Julio is an amazing salesman at Teton Volkswagen. We have bought 3 vehicle from him over the last few years. We have had some issues with one of our cars and Teton Volkswagen did all they could to get it addressed. Unfortunately, we had to trade it in but Julio and the sales team worked with us to get us the best option for a new vehicle.
