We were referred to Teton Toyota by a family friend. We connected with Brady and he was WONDERFUL. He was responsive to our texts and calls and very thorough with answering all of our questions throughout the process. We really appreciate his attention to detail and honesty. We drove 4 hours to the dealership, from Boise, to work with Brady and team and pick up our new 2024 Toyota Tundra (Limited). Connor Hernandez has assisted me both times I ve interacted with Teton Toyota and each time I left a satisfied customer with confidence that I made a great decision regarding purchasing my vehicles. Connor listened to my needs, validated my concerns and used his skills to talk with the big wigs behind the desk to ensure I stayed within my budget while not having to compromise on the necessity I needed from said vehicle. Honestly without Connor I don t think I could ve had the positive experience I had, he laughed at all my jokes, accommodated my needs and respected my time. Connor is a one of a kind guy, trustworthy, and resourceful and I recommend Connor Hernandez for your next car buying experience.

Teton Toyota is hands-down the BEST dealership to walk into when looking to purchase your next used or brand new vehicle!!I recently had to look for a new mini van to properly suit my growing family, and from start to finish, the team there was absolutely up-front and honest in all conversations and dealings... and FAIR! Kevin (Business Development Coordinator) made sure to pair us with a sales consultant that was an absolutely good fit. Andrea was the very best Sales Consultant I have ever worked with - she took the time to really listen to the thoughts and needs that I had expressed in what I was searching for. She wasn't ever pushy in the process, and was fantastic and easy to work with. Sales Manager, Dawn, and Mike from the Finance department both made the actual purchasing process very smooth and more than tolerable! All four of these individuals answered every possible question I had, and made the entire experience so easy. Even their Accesories and Service departments (Allie and Preston) were very accommodating and pleasant to work with as well!If you're looking to be treated honestly, without any games or misinformation, Teton Toyota has the team you're looking for! I would rate their team and dealership 50/50!! We will definitely be back as repeat customers!

I have done business with Teton Toyota for years now, and this is the 5th vehicle our family has purchased from your company. You never cease to amaze me every time I have done business with your dealership. Your sales people go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and taken care of. Your financial group does everything they can to get you the best loan options. Plus, everyone goes way over and beyond to make you feel that you have the best vehicle to last you for years to come. We had a wonderful experience at Teton Toyota purchasing a new Toyota Tacoma! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We worked closely with Bryan and Nick and they were both terrific! They were very knowledgeable and walked us through every step of the process! When we weren t talking cars they took a genuine interest in our lives, hobbies, etc. They made us feel very welcomed and like they appreciated our business.Definitely worth the time spent there and should the need for another vehicle arise we will definitely be back!

I absolutely LOVED my experience buying a car from Major Payne (Andrea) and Uncle Pat (Polo)! Major Payne worked with me over a few weeks to find the car that was the best fit for my needs and hit a home run with my amazing Camry!! I am so happy to have had such a great experience - they both were honest and up front. Will definitely direct my friends and family to them for any of their car purchasing needs!

We had a wonderful experience at Teton Toyota with Andrea Payne! She worked hard to get us what we wanted and made sure we were comfortable all along the way. We had some specific requests and were in a time crunch. Andrea made it happen! We love our new Highlander! And special thanks to our good buddy Mike Cummins who got us through financing in record breaking time! Also thanks to new guy Travis for the after market stuff. We love Teton Toyota and appreciate the excellent service!

I had such a pleasant experience at Teton Toyota! I was greeted by Martin as soon as we had pulled into the lot. I only had intentions on looking for a vehicle. I knew I had a Toyota Camry in mind, with his help I was able to find one that I liked! I got there later in the afternoon so it ended up being a late deal but through the whole process the staff made me feel like a valued customer and comfortable every step of the way. (Martin also had very entertaining stories!) When it was time to fill out the paperwork we had Mari assisting us and she was very energetic and kind! Overall, I can't speak highly enough of Teton Toyota. Martin and Mari s awesome service and genuine care for their customers won me over. If you're in need of a new car, I wholeheartedly recommend checking them out!

Put in our preferences for a Corolla AWD hybrid months ago. Got the call that it was on a ship from Japan, it arrived, was prepped and picked it up today with my daughter and granddaughter. Great experience, no hassle pricing, knew the pricing up front, simple paperwork, smooth signing and no pressure sales. Ashlyn was wonderful. Reese was very helpful and filled in as needed. Thank you for the totally positive experience.

Working with Andrea at Teton Toyota was the best experience I could have asked for. She made the process smooth and exciting from start to finish. I typically don t like the awkwardness of test driving a vehicle with a salesman, but that was not the case with her. Getting to know more about not just the vehicle, but who I was going to buy it from and the amazing people at Teton Toyota made me feel like I was more than just another customer. By far the best vehicle buying process I have ever had. If you re looking to buy any vehicle Andrea at Teton Toyota will make you wish you bought one sooner!

Teton Toyota went above and beyond to make sure we received the vehicle we were desiring. For the last several months we had been searching for the right model of Grand Highlander with very little luck. We contacted Teton Toyota and Samantha was very helpful, quick to respond and friendly with each of our questions. When we traveled the 120 miles to Idaho Falls, we were introduced to Vanessa. Vanessa provided us with the information that we needed to make a decision on which Grand Highlander we wanted to purchase. At one point she drove us to the back of the lot so we could see the color of the vehicle we were considering buying. What we appreciated the most was when putting down a deposit, Vanessa was the only person we had to meet with. She was able to go over the trade-in value of our Subaru and what we would owe on the Grand Highlander. It made the process simpler. The vehicle was being built and would be arriving about 3 weeks later. When the new vehicle came in, my husband was on call and we couldn t go to Idaho Falls for several days. Vanessa offered to deliver my new car 120 miles away! It simplified the process. Mari who is the business manager contacted me by phone. She listened to how I drive my vehicles and was able to explain the add-ons that are available. Mari was super helpful and explained the options clearly. The add-ons were reasonably priced and she got the services that best met my needs. Once Vanessa arrived with the car at my home, it was nice to sign the paperwork at my dining room table. Vanessa reviewed the various functions of the vehicle and directed me in setting up the app and info center. The whole process took less than an hour. I have never had an experience this awesome when buying a vehicle. Thank you to the ladies at Teton Toyota for a smooth and easy process! It was exceptional

I just want to say amazing customer service was shown by Martin Rankin. I was having so much doubt in getting a car today and he did everything possible to make sure I walked out with two things. A brand new car and a huge smile. I feel I ve taken such a huge step and I want to thank the Toyota Teton community for making a dream possible. It feels unreal but I m extremely happy. Such a friend staff it makes it feel as if I ve known them for so long. You guys are amazing.

Friendly, efficient, and ready to help. I received excellent service at Teton Toyota during my routine maintenance and oil change yesterday. The service representative even came out to the waiting room to inform me specifically why my back windshield wiper wasn t working. She could have told me after the service, but spoke with me personally minutes after I asked her to check on the rear wiper blade function. She knew I was concerned and put my concern at ease quickly; it was just that my rear window was slightly open.

Brady was extremely helpful in the process of helping us find the right truck for our family. We went to several dealerships in Idaho and Teton was the best one by far in large part to Brady s help. There was no pressure feeling like you had to buy the vehicle right away. Instead he was able to work with us for a good time making sure we had the right information to make our decision. The pros and the cons it was factual and felt real. Definitely looking forward to working with Brady in the future!

Love, love, love my new car from Teton Toyota!!! Brady McNeil was a great guy to work with - no high pressure sale tactics- very helpful and knowledgeable about the car I purchased- worked hard to help me get a purchase price I was happy with- and has followed up with me to ensure my questions are answered. I would definitely by a car from Brady again!

Working with Major Payne was such a great experience!! She found me a vehicle, Sweet Cody worked to get me a deal I could afford, and now I am the new owner of a 2020 Highlander!! This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased from Teton Toyota and have always received excellent service!! Major Payne, Sweet Cody and the great guy that did all the paperwork were all WONDERFUL!! Such great assets to the Teton Toyota family! Thank you for being so awesome!!

My experience could not have been any better. While the 24 Tacoma is extremely sought after and other dealers are charging up to 10K over retail, not so at Teton Toyota. I really appreciated the upfront pricing and information on all the truck features on the website. I prefer to shop this way without any pressure as previous experiences at other dealers I ve been to. I ONLY buy Toyota vehicles since 2001 because of the quality. Reese Nelson was great to work with. He helped answer all my questions and concerns. Now that I have purchased my Tacoma, I ll share over the Tacoma forums I belong to where to shop for a great deal. Also, while the other 2 Toyota dealerships nearby only had 3 Tacoma trucks to choose from on order, Teton had 24 to choose from. That s huge. Impossible not to find one of them that had the features I was looking for. Thanks so much Teton Toyota. I will definitely buy here from now on.

I went to Teton Toyota while my baby was napping one day just to start looking at the Toyota sienna s. I ve been wanting one for a while and I met Sue who was bravely working in the freezing cold. She was so kind and great to work with. She showed me what they had available and agreed to meet with me the next day when I could test drive one. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and answered all of my questions very respectfully. I ended up purchasing one that day and am SO happy! Hopefully I don t buy a new car for a long time but if I do, I would absolutely work with Sue again!

I had met with Vanessa several times over the last month. We test drove several vehicles together, to try and find the best fit. She worked hard at getting all the information on different vehicles put together, and got us into a price range we could afford. When we went in Wednesday night, we found the perfect truck! She had already gone home for the night, but offered to drive all the way back in so we could get out truck. We ended up leasing a brand new 2024 Toyota Tundra! She is amazing, easy to work with, and a good sport! Thanks Mike for taking such good care of us, and playing along. My family and I have purchased and leased 7 vehicles with Toyota, and will continue to go back. Thanks Teton Toyota team! P.S. shout out to Bart. Thanks for all you do SOB!

Michael (Michelangelo) Sandoval at Teton Toyota went above-and-beyond! He treated us like we were family and we ended up purchasing a 2017 Honda CR-V. He helped us find the vehicle that checked all the boxes for our needs and price range. We were so impressed we told my wife's parents about the great customer service and pricing. The very next day we brought them to Teton Toyota and asked for Michael (Michelangelo) Sandoval. He helped them purchase a 2020 Honda CR-V. They were on a very strict budget (as they are retired on Social Security), and my mother-in-law is disabled. Michael (Michelangelo) Sandoval and Mike Cummins (Business Manager) in Finance made a seemingly impossible deal happen. We drove away so happy and amazed! Teton Toyota has earned our business for life!

This is our first car we have bought from a dealership! Needless to say it was a wonderful experience. Reese, who assisted us is knowledgeable in the vehicle we were driving and giving us pointers and guides. We bought the car while we were sitting in the kids area because we brought our son and Reese was almost exited to sell a car in there! 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you.
