I have a 99 toyota camry and timing belt went out. They were super efficient and reasonable price. So happy to have my car back.They never said it was not worth it and I should not bother. It has almost 350,000 miles. I love this car and it was so worth it! Ben and Mike were good to us. Much appreciate this shop.

Grease monkey was charging me 650.00 for a oil leak!!! And these guys were so honest and only charged me 45.00! I was so blessed to find this place!! I am always getting ripped off because I am a single women, but this place was so understanding. They even picked me up to get my car!! Thank you!

Give these guy s a 5star review!We were having issues with our truck coming down from Canada pulling a trailer in route to Arizona, our F150 kept losing our acceleration power with the headwinds we had to drive through, pulled into these guy s shop turns out one of the cylinders had a missfire, we had work done at home prior to trip, and had plugs changed and everything or so we thought our Mechanic Ben found the problem and addressed it, bunch of old cracked plugs that were never changed out. And swapped O2 sensor out.These guys got us back on the road in good order in good time without notice, service here was great and Ben was very helpful.

My husband had a friend who had a vehicle here that my husband needed to make some parts for. The guys here were wonderful letting my husband come in to get a template then on another day come in to install the part he made.

I really enjoyed working with the guys at Sutton Auto. It s a family owned business father, son etc. I brought in a very temperamentalJaguar and yes it was very expensive, but they seem to have always figured out the problem and nailed down the issues with good results. Like any repair shop, they don t take payments, but they did allow us to leave the car there while we were raising the funds to get the repairs paid for. This was very helpful. If they had not allowed us to do this we would ve had to have gone somewhere else but it all worked out and we were really appreciative of them working with us in this capacity. I personally think they do really good work here, they are very laid-back and they are not pushy or greedy. They get the job done at a fair price. We have since moved And will no longer be needing their services but I wanted to recommend them and post this review. . It s important to note that these guys are trained and can work on imports. Not everybody can do that.

My truck had the death wobbles while I was on the freeway. Pulled off. Went to these guys when they where about to close. They helped me out and fixed up my truck real quick. My truck worked great for the rest of my 3hr drive to utah. Thanks to these guys, my friends and I were able to get home safe that night.

Friendly and efficient. They were able to fit me in since I was traveling through town. Shawn and Mike showed me the issue and even drove to get the part when the parts guy wasn't available. I'm very appreciative of their ethics, efficiency, and for being so nice to me and my travel weary dog. If I lived here, these would be my regular mechanics.

Great customer service! They got my Range Rover in, done so quick, and are very knowledgeable about foreign vehicles. They are very reasonably priced! I will definitely use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Quality independent auto repair. Stands behind work. Fair pricing on shop labor rate and parts. The car gets fixed, life goes on. Nothing more, nothing less. I will take more vehicles here in the future as needed.

Such great and educated folks at this shop! You can just take one look in the garage and see on the different makes and models they're working on! Which shows they have a really strong understanding of what there doing!Thank you for taking care of my car so well! Wonderful place and great atmosphere with very knowledgeable technicians who will answer all of your questions. Some things may be a little higher in price but that's because they promise to do it right the first time and will be very honest unlike some other places who may be a little cheaper but then you realize why when it's to late. They are very reasonable on just about everything in cost and they will be able to find the problem and correct it with you while also letting you know what the problem was and show you.

I've taken both my Volvo V70R and Saab 9-5 Aero to Sutton's. Mike is the one I've always dealt with, who has been a very reasonable guy and is very knowledgeable when it comes to the Swedish cars.Would not hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone.

Replaced a wheel bearing that was a life saver. Went out after a multi state trip. Best quote, completed service on time, wheel bearing is now fixed and even warrantied their work. Super nice and friendly as well. A+

Great people to work with. Engine breakdown while on vacation, they took it in, communicated well, finished for me to pick up on the way home. Went over everything with me I left with a smile on my face.

We drove into Idaho Falls from out of town. We were referred to Mike at Sutton Auto Tech by O'rreily Auto Parts. Hearing a strange rattling sound when we accelerated. Mike grabbed his coat and went for a drive with us. He discovered the cause quickly fixed it and when I asked how much, Mike smiled and said, "No charge."If we lived here Mike would be our mechanic.

Even though he was busy and couldn't help me at the time he did refer me to Western Transmission and those guys help me out from there so I appreciate the time that he took to help me find somebody to help me.
