We have always had a great experience here! The pricing is the best we have found in town. The service is great! The mechanics are trustworthy, fair, honest and do great work. They are good about communicating to the customer what is wrong with your vehicle and what is needed to fix it, and I appreciate when they tell me I can hold off on something that isn t necessary at the moment. Sunnyside Automotive will alway be my mechanic.

16 Duramax bought 10/2022 from Rhoda. Coolant issues the day after I bought it. Tried to resolve. Eventually got ghosted when your mechanics couldn t figure it out. Turned out to be bad head gaskets as I suggested from day 1.

After a long winter of salt and grime inside and outside my car. They performed a detail service. It nearly looks brand new, and it is a 2008! Very pleased.

Easy and painless! Best car buying experience and real people not corporatized robot salesmen that I can't stand. If you need a car from people that will give you a fair deal and be straight up about where all the money goes. Go to Sunnyside if you want a good car and don't like stressful, high pressure, salesmen.

If you want a money dump of a car you should buy your cars here!! Within the first 30 days of me having this car, the turbo had to be replaced twice. Oil leaks, radiator issues, and the AC hasn t worked since the spring. So far I ve dumped just over 4 grand into fixing this car. And now, it s got another oil leak and my radiator is messed up again. Sunnyside auto service is terrible as well, haven t ever had anything fixed for more than 10 days.

My starter broke, and sunnyside was able to diagnose it the same day, while other places I called were not available for 3+ weeks.They did a complete diagnosis, and had the starter fixed the same day. But I went ahead and had them fix everything in less than a week. The price was great and I'm very pleased. This is the place I recommend

Dave and Jamie were awesome. I totaled my vehicle and I was pretty stressed out about getting into a ride ASAP. They eased my mind and I had an excellent experience. They found me a vehicle that met my needs and financing within an hour. Highly recommend this dealership. These guys are simply good people who care about their customers.

I came here once, but it wasn't to shop for vehicles, etc. The BYU football team had visited and Sunnyside Automotive hosted their stay. They provided free hot dogs, chips, and soda! That was awesome!While we were they we looked through some RVs. The RVs were so cool! If I had a wallet I would've greatly considered to buy one...

I love Sunny side. They have a great selection of vehicles and amazing staff. Jamie was very helpful and really worked with me to find the right vehicle for my needs. Jamie went above and beyond to help my wife and I. we would call him up in a second if we needed another car. Thanks guys!

Very shady! Don't Go! Bought a car from them that had an engine malfunction error pop up that I immediately noticed. So took it in so they could run a diagnostic, they said there was no problems. A few weeks later I took it to bmw dealership and they ran a diagnostic and said that the turbos were ruined and needed a $9,000 replacement. Which is what I paid for the car.. Then came into talk to them and got yelled out cursed out and told that I bought the car as is! Then the guy called the cops.. don't know why.. and locked the door on me. Most unprofessional business handling I have ever seen.

This was my first car buying experience from a dealer. I have always bought cars in cash, private party. Both Jamie and Stephanie were a pleasure to work with. They worked to get me financing, didn't pressure me into anything and provided me with excellent customer service. I suspect this car is going to last me a long time...but if I find myself in need of another car in the future, I know exactly where I'll be going. I'm looking forward to using them as my go-to shop for repairs as well. Great job Sunnyside Auto.

My experience here was absolutely outstanding. You can tell these guys know their stuff and genuinely care about their customers. Jerome and Willie did an excellent job detailing my Land Rover, the attention to detail is top notch. The rest of the crew was awesome! We got to visit a bit with Kent, Dave, Andrew, Jerry, Jason (and some I am sure I m missing) and wow I m so impressed with the kindness and joy that exudes from them. I ve been around tons of auto shops/car dealerships in my life and this one and their people stand out as a true gem. Do not hesitate to visit them.

Great customer service!! I just bought a used SUV from this place. They were very easy to work with and quick with the paperwork. 35 miles into my drive home (2 hours away) the car died, alternator went out. Sunnyside quickly called me when they found out about the issue, they paid for the tow, and they fixed the issue as quickly as they could with no additional fee to me. They also had staff member drive my car and met me half way home so I wouldn't have to do the long drive again. Thank you so much for all you did. We will be coming back to get another car when my son starts driving this year.

Absolutely impressed with Sunnyside automotive! Kent, the sales manager was so nice to us and very informative as well as professional. My husband and I felt like family. We bought a new truck at a killer deal! He let us take the truck out for the afternoon to see if it was a good fit. We couldn t recommend this place enough! Everything went so smoothly!

I had a busted front differential, I had it towed in, Sunnyside Automotive diagnosed it to make sure that was the issue, gave me a fair estimate, and as soon as they were able to, fixed it up ship shape in no time at all! I really appreciate this amazing team! I give them 10/10 if possible, but 5/5 is basically them same. They met any and all of my concerns. Keep it up team! I will continue to see them for all my car needs. They not only work on and repair cars, they sell them too. Sunnyside Automotive you guys/ gals rock!

If I could put 0 I would. Not only are they unethical liars. They call their customers derogatory names and insult them over the phone threatening to call the cops if they see our faces again. Bought an SUV last year that sounded like a diesel, when we asked about it they told us that they just replaced the intake and exhaust manifolds so it will sound loud because its new. When we brought it back, because they told us to for repairs, a month later because the rear axel looked bent, they told us nothing was wrong with it and that it was normal for this vehicle. We took it for a second opinion to our mechanic and in fact needed about $1500 worth of work on the bushings and rear axel. We took it back to sunnyside 3 weeks later because front fenders fell off and we found out they have just 'glued' them on so we wanted it repaired, again they told us nothing was wrong. We addressed the sound and smell of the exhaust once again being told nothing was wrong because it was all brand new. We are now looking at over $3000 worth of exhaust and manifold repairs due to them completely crumbling when we took it to a professional mechanic. This place has 'lost' our dipstick, left towels under the hood, called us on the phone yelling and screaming because we told the warranty and loan company that they lied to us. Jaimie is probably THE WORST human I have ever dealt with. If your looking to finance a vehicle from here RUN, if you buy it cash you are lucky to not have to deal with them again.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. Bought a 2003 Honda Pilot about a month ago and it drives like a dream. Coming from driving a 2012 CR-V, I was a little nervous about driving something older, but it is now my favorite family car. It made me so happy to be able to talk to the man in charge right away. Roger is no-nonsense, super chill, and the rest of his staff were helpful and friendly, while being really busy every time I came in. (Having worked in customer service for the last 15 years, I'm pretty picky about where I do business.) I went to five different dealerships looking for just the right car and I should have just come here first. They had the exact car I wanted, priced below KBB, at half my max budget. It could not have worked out more perfectly. AND - I'm new to Idaho Falls, so I was happy to have found an honest mechanic at the same place! Win win. Shop here!!!

I have been a customer of Sunnyside Automotive for many years. We have used many of their services: I've purchased 3 cars from them, used their car detail service, multiple oil changes, and when necessary brought my cars in for repair. I have always been appreciative of the way they have taken care of me, and how I know I can trust them. Good example was yesterday. I found some white residue in my oil pan, and was concerned I was going to need a major repair. I stated as such, and Tom eased my concern by stating that it wasn't uncommon for me to find that residue on the model of car that I have, and there is a good chance there isn't anything wrong. They ran their testing on the car, and did not find any issues! I wouldn't have known the difference, and they could have easily told me I needed to pay for a repair and would have gone forward with it. But they were honest with me and got me out the door in no time. I will always do business with Sunnyside Automotive!

Sunnyside was great. They were really good about not pressuring me, walking me through every step of the process, and helping me figure out the best plan to get the work done that my car needs and stay within my budget. I told them the amount I wanted to spend, and they honored that amount and kept my final bill below that.I could tell they did good work, too. I could immediately feel the difference in the quality of my cars driving when I left the shop. It hasn't run this well in years.I am new(er) to this area and had a poor experience with the first auto shop I tried, but Sunnyside gave me a much better experience, and I think they will be my service of choice in the future.(Note: When I asked, they said they are trying to lean away from loaner cars. I think they are only using one at the moment, so I wouldn't expect one and may consider another option if that's important to you.)

Working with Kent at Sunnyside Auto has been absolutely fabulous! My husband and I received the very best of customer service when purchasing our truck. Kent even surprised us with a few replacement parts with our vehicle that we didn't expect. It's the Old Fashioned American "Customers First" Quality Service that Sunnyside Auto offers! We will tell everyone to purchase their used cars/trucks only at Sunnyside. What's best is that they have an excellent service department that does a 50 point inspection on every vehicle before they sell it. We trust them completely! Sunnyside Auto is the Southeast Idaho "Good Guys" in the Auto Sales and Service business!

Kent listened to our needs and was able to go out and find a vehicle for us. He was always prompt communicating with me about the car options that were available. When the decision was made to purchase the car he handled everything for us and made the process very comfortable. I was also able to sell a vehicle on consignment. Kent helped me with pricing and was able to get the vehicle sold quickly. The process was easy, low stress, and made the process of buying and selling a vehicle easy and comfortable. I certainly plan to work with Kent and Sunnyside auto again with future car needs.

I went in a few months ago and purchased a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport. My son came with me and co signed on the loan as he is going to be the owner. Since he has ghost credit I offered to help him get the vehicle. The sales manager was really helpful and he patiently sat there with us and happily answered our questions.He was so great that my son's girlfriend came in and purchased an Impala from Sunnyside Automotive as well. Now I am looking for a vehicle for myself and I have no doubt where I'll be returning to.
