Seamless operation especially for a towing company. Those that answered the calls were friendly and helpful. And Nathan, the gentleman who towed my vehicle, was the friendliest of them all. Super professional and worked with me as I was not present with the vehicle getting towed. He also sent me photos of it dropped off so I knew it arrived safely. I will honestly use them again if ever needed, but hopefully not.

Tyler came out in the middle of the night, he towed my bad investment money pit to a place I needed it to go. What a tight spot, I thank Tyler and Sunkiss Towing for a fantastic job, a super reasonable price and fast professional service. They did a fantastic job. We are a roofing company located in Salt Lake City, Utah. One of our teams got stuck on the road in Idaho Falls due to a fault in the truck they were driving and Sunkiss Enterprises & Towing came to their rescue. As if it were a superhero. Also, they speak Spanish. Thank you guys!

Our vehicle had issues headed to Jackson Hole. Our insurance got ahold of Lindsay towing and we were picked up and loaded in about an hour and a half which I felt was very prompt. Then we were turned around headed for home in about 20 min. Very professional and prompt. A family run business with good people.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Our rental broke down in west Yellowstone on a Sunday morning. Thankfully Sunkiss came and picked up us and our car ASAP. They were great with communication about their ETA and even dropped us at the Idaho falls airport to get a new rental.

Went to shop there was no one in office. Went around corner and the woman was rude asking what I wanted as if i was emposing on her or inconveniencing her. asked for a mechanic and was rude again saying in a rude way what do I need one for..acted like it wasnt a concern I wouldnt refer company to anyone. Avoid the mean and rude lady. Wife of owner. No excuse for the rude and unfriendly attitude

I called every towing company in Idaho Falls looking for one that would help tow my car for a decent price. Sunkiss Towing was the only place willing to tow my car from where it was at, at a reasonable price. The truck was very nice and there were no issues getting my car loaded and towed. From when I called to when they were able to be on there way to tow my car was less than 10 mins! All the people I interacted with were very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them as your go to towing company.

My fiance and I had a wonderful experience with Sunkiss Towing. Not only did they tow us to Idaho Falls, but they went above and beyond to make sure our trip back to Canada was a success. We were fortunate enough to have met quite a few members of the Pickering family who were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Customer service was through the roof. It felt like they would give the shirt off their back to make sure we were safe and comfortable. I would highly recommend this company as a first choice for towing in the Idaho Falls area.

We broke down on the 15 near the Idaho Montana border...cell service was spotty. Between AAA, Clark county sheriff and Lee...they were able to get Zach and his brother to us to pickup our broken down F350 truck, haul our 38ft 5th wheel to safety and helped coordinate truck repair and a place to park the RV. Zach and his team made an uncomfortable situation bearable and got us back on the road in 2 days!!! All services were professional, quality and exceptional value. Locked myself out of my car while it was running. Insurance company told me it could take up to two hours to get someone there. These guys were there in 10 minutes! Very professional and made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend them!Service: Car lockoutsService: Car lockouts

Sunkiss came to our rescue immediately driving to the other side of Yellowstone from Idaho Falls. Towing our 32 RV back to Idaho Falls. Repairing our RV and getting us back on the road faster than any repair shop we have ever been to. Extremely friendly and professional staff. I would highly recommend this shop for all repairs and towing.We cannot thank them enough.

So when you're over 1000 miles from home and in an area that you're unfamiliar with, one of the last things you want to happen is a breakdown. But it still happens, and the team here went above and beyond to try to help me out. The tow rate was very reasonable, and after being treated like a family member I was more than happy to pay it. 11/10 recommend!Service: Car towing

I am so thankful for Sunkiss Towing. Our car broke down 4th of July weekend in the AutoZone parking lot Sunkiss towing was quick to send someone out to get us a tow home. When they arrived they were super awesome and even helped get us home. They were friendly and fast. This is our second time having to go through Sunkiss towing and if we ever need another tow we won't hesitate to call!Service: Car towing

This place towed my truck leaving 2 teen girls on the side of the road. The lady told them 243. When I called and asked where my truck was she said I was rude and upped the price to 349., we went to get my truck from the yard the lady came out with two vicious dogs. One of which bit my leg getting out of my truck, they tires on my truck have flat spots from them putting it on and off their tow truck also my truck was unlocked when I got there doing a check over now of items that were in my vehicle. So the owner just called me said he was charging me with vandalism because my tires moved rocks when leaving his lot, he didn t bring this up until I asked him where my money went out of my glove boxService: Local hauling

These folks are absolute professionals with compassion which is what we needed when our car broke down in our Yellowstone trip. Additional to towing our car, Tyler answered all our questions since we were not local. They truly operate like a family business and it is easy to see they care about the wellbeing of their customers. I highly recommend them for anyone in need their service!

These guys took very good care of me during a small crisis. I totaled my car and was a little shook-up, Sunkiss showed up within 15 minutes and the driver was very helpful and kind. They let me come to the lot after hours and collect some personal items. They even helped me remove my roof rack!Thanks fellas!

Great company to work with would recommend them to anyone. Straight truck broke down they came and picked me up and towed truck to their shop. They pulled long hours and found out what was wrong with it got me on the road next day absolute life savers. Got a flat tire (front driver side) on the freeway when its pitch black outside. I was wearing all black so I was freaking out trying to change it myself. When the tow truck arrived the guy was very polite and professional. He turned on the truck's lights and put out cones and asked me to go to his truck for my safety while he changed my tire. This company is worth every dollar. It brightened my mood how he handled the situation. I highly recommend Sunkiss Towing.

Difficult situation already but when insurance was called to tow our car out we found out after the tow truck was already on its way, that the company wasn't allowed on the property. We should have been warned before getting the tow truck out there which ones aren't allowed. And then we were told we should have let the owner know. I guess it didn't just cross my mind that some other tow companies weren't allowed on this property. Then we wanted to just push the car to the street so the tow truck could pick it up there and he wouldn't allow it. I'd give him points for knocking off a small proportion of the price but was just overall a very bad and stressful situation

Great family business!! I got stuck in the snow tonight pretty bad and they came and helped me out. Everyone i called said they wouldn't have a truck till tomorrow. Came super quickly and i definitely recommend them to anyone

4 am. A tire blew up in the middle of our move to Oregon near Idaho Area, confused and a bit lost desperately started to google towing companies.Fortunately we found Sunkiss.Sweet, amazing , and very helpful operator found nearest tire shops that open earliest , figured out our location though analyzing our google maps screenshots (witch where in Russian btw, since my husband and I are both from there) And sent a driver our way , all within a 15 minutes time frame.We got towed to Walmart Tire&Lube, and left there till it opens , but , unfortunately they didn t open at all, we called Sunkiss again , and they where kind enough to give us a ride to another tire place free.Braking down is never fun, but this really felt like a good friend was just helping us out. Would recommend this service to all of my friends.P.s Thank you helpful operator , thank you awesome truck driver , you really blessed us (-:The Russians
