Best experience at a car dealership! Dane, his manager, and the finance officer were very kind and relaxed. They were able to get the car I wanted for me in a specific color within a few days. Dane went through the entire car to show me all the features (some really cool ones I didn t know about before by just looking online). Even the people I didn t work with, but saw or spoke to briefly in passing, were incredibly nice. Thank you for helping me get this awesome car! Highly recommend the sportage and this dealership!

Stone's Kia is the best dealership we've worked with in any state we've lived in (Florida, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, and Idaho). Their staff are helpful and friendly but not too pushy like other dealers. They helped us get into the vehicle we wanted while understanding our financial circumstances.For us, buying cars is stressful. They were understanding and helpful when we couldn't afford the car, we wanted the first time and patiently worked with us until the time was right. We ordered the Kia Telluride Ex in December 2021, and it took two years before it arrived. By the time it arrived in November 2023 our family dynamic and financial situation changed from what it was in 2021, and we could not afford the car at that time. Rather than blowing us off, they worked with us to order another Telluride, which arrived much quicker, only a 4 month wait this time. After it arrived, they worked with us to find the best interest rate possible and payment terms to fit our budget.Justin, Brian, and the finance team are great! We have not worked with the service team yet but expect they will be just as good.

I've always had a positive experience with car maintenance/warranty work/recall issues with Stone's Kia and now I can add purchasing a car to the list of satisfaction. Great service all the way around and they had just the car I was looking for.

We had the absolute BEST experience with Stones Kia. Tonya in the service department is an angel on earth. She was so kind and patient with our situation. She helped us navigate getting our car fixed and it happened literally so fast. We live about 2 1/2 hours away and let me tell you, it was worth the drive. Thank you!

Justin was great! He did his best to understand my situation to help me with a good deal and vehicle! Doing this on my own this time around was a little scary at first but made me feel comfortable and helped me understand everything. They were all so nice! I definitely would recommend them! It s my second time using them and would definitely use them again! If you re looking for new or used vehicle, I wouldn t look any further and use them!

Great place to buy a car. Had the vehicle we wanted (2024 Kia Sorrento X-Pro). Curt was great to work with. No pressure at all, not pushy, very helpful answering questions. This is the second vehicle we have purchased there. Jeremy was great with financing and made it a very smooth process. No need to go anywhere else to buy a Kia!

I recently purchased a brand new vehicle at Stone's Kia dealership and had a wonderful experience, most notably,- Their pricing is reasonable, and competitive.- Attention to details. Brian, the salesperson, gave me a thorough demonstration on the new car technologies.- The team is very communicative and patient. When I made the decision it was close to the end of their business hours, and they still diligently prepared my paperworks, got the car ready for me to drive home.Overall, I am very satisfied with the entire experience and would recommend my friends to consider this dealership in the future.

Even though we ended up purchasing from elsewhere because we wanted a specific color of car, the service here was great. The salesperson we had was named Kurt and was not pushy at all. I loved not feeling pressured when looking and trying to decide what we wanted. He was very friendly and knowledgeable in the electric car we were looking for and ended up purchasing elsewhere

Could not have been more pleased with this car buying experience. Brian Danielson was the perfect sales associate; no pressure, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. He even checked back after the sale to ensure we were satisfied. Stones Kia in Idaho Falls must be encouraging an atmosphere that removes everything that you typically hate about buying a vehicle. Had my new car in for its first service. Janae made the appointment quickly and was so friendly. I was dropping off early and Tanya was already there so she met me at the box and got my keys. They finished the job early and noticed a software recall update that needed to be done and completed it. They were thorough, fast and very friendly. The whole service department did an excellent job!!

Extremely happy with the purchase of our KIA Carnival. Dane was a huge help through the whole process! Dane was easy going, knowledgeable, and professional. We drove over two hrs, traded in our old car, and then drove back in our Carnival! It was an easy process, and we are very glad we made the choice to buy from Stones KIA. Thanks again Dane/KIA!

Great Car Buying Experience: I recently purchased a vehicle from Stones Kia. I am out of state from Idaho and gotta say everything went easy peezy like clockwork. Dealing with my salesperson Curtis on the phone and through email and text. To making the purchase and having Curtis pick me up at airport to take possession of vehicle. Exactly what he said it was and could not have been a better drive home across the Grand Tetons. Highly recommend these folks for good old fashioned, friendly, honest, vehicle sales. Had my car in for service, was told it was in need of brakes, could not due it right as had an appointment to rotate the tires. Had the tire shop check the barks during rotation, the brakes were fine? Recommend them to friend for service, he was told several items on the steering needed to be replace. Since he had just come from getting the front end repaired and aligned he went back. The front end tech and my friend, who is a pretty good mechanic in his own right, checked each item and found no replacement required. My friend will not be back and neither will I in addition this is great information for our breakfast group.

Within all the greatness of Stones Kia in Idaho Falls, sales with Adam, Tyler, Justin, Geronimo and Brian, service with Tanya, Kurt, and Kim, finance with Jeremy, and help in the parts department with Jarrod, one can't go wrong or mislead in any way. The team is welcoming, informative, and understanding enough from the time one walks in for purchase of a vehicle, service, or parts and thereafter the sale, makes one not want to go anywhere else to do business. As a repeat customer purchasing several vehicles from this dealership, ordering/purchasing accessories/parts is a breeze as Jarrod is always honest and helpful with great recommendations as to what is best for one's application with tires/batteries, or accessories for a vehicle. Jarrod will not steer oneself in the wrong direction just to make a sale. Kyle, thanks for having a wonderful team to work with, for an awesome experience doing business within, and all the help to the team at Stones Kia even with after the sale questions.

Geronimo the salesman was awesome knew everything about our new Telluride and spent lots of time teaching us all the new features and technologies we got a great deal. Overall a very pleasant experience. Easy to deal with finance Manager as well.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE! Our car was in the shop due to a manufacturing issue with our engine. They refused to get us a rental car and told us that we could just "walk" even though I commuted to work which was 20 minutes away. We had to purchase our own rental car with the promise they would pay it back. However, we had to call them constantly and the only reason we ever saw any of that money was because we pushed them to do so. The manager Ivan was extremely unprofessional and hung up on my husband 3 times during a phone call. This isn't all... Our car was in the shop for an entire month and when we went to check on it and grab stuff out of it the technician hadn't followed protocol and our window was down and it was covered in ice. On the inside, it was filthy and dirty and we had to call and make sure that they detailed it for us. We will never be going back and will drive to Pocatello if we have to. These people do not care about you or your car, they just want your money. Also if you ever mention you're a college student they will try to tell you that there's nothing they can do for you when really they can. We filed a formal complaint with Kia costumer service and I hope they do something about this awful place.

I went to Stone's Kia several times to test drive Sorentos with Ken and Curtis and ask a LOT of questions. Everyone there was amazingly helpful and courteous. No pressure at all. I got a great deal on the car I finally bought and the entire staff made the buying process painless. I can't remember ever having an enjoyable car buying experience but this one was. I would highly recommend this business!

First time buyer. Wasn't sure if anything, but working with Rob (Schmid) was a fantastic experience. He wasn't pushy, was only knowledgeable about all the cars and able to answer all my questions, and he was just fun to talk to while we were waiting around. Great experience, would recommend

Brian was great, he was able to help us every step of the way in the process of getting our new car. We wanted to look at the Sportage and he didn't have any on the lot so he let us test drive his own Sportage he purchased for himself. He communicated with us every couple of weeks while we waited for the car we ordered. He was thorough while explaining the features of the car while test driving and once we got our car. Jeremy helped us with financing and he made the process very fast and painless. Could not recommend them more.

What great service! Brian was my salesman. He was very knowledgeable about my new Kia Sportage plug-in Hybrid prestige because he owns one himself. He even sent me a video of himself to show me how to turn on lane assist. Kyle , the manager, was great! One hour after I bought my new car, someone backed into it while still on Stone s lot and he stepped in and helped with everything to get it repaired. I can t say enough good things about Stone s Kia in Idaho Falls! And I really like the car too!

We came to Stones Kia after a disappointing experience with a dealership in Salt Lake. The 3 hour drive was well worth it to purchase a car through this team. They were incredibly helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. Jeronimo knew about all of the features of my new car and was a pleasure to work with. Not to mention, we were in and out within an hour so we could get back on the road to SLC. Thank you Stones Kia for your great service, I love my new Kia Sportage!
