I have never had a bad experience at Stone s Kia! They re great with finding the problem and getting it fixed in a timely manner. I will always recommend them to anybody! Tanya in services will always be my go to and is always friendly and makes you feel welcome. We need more Tanya s in this world!

Wouldn t recommend for reliability. Service was nice and worked to get us in quickly, but our car has had problems that it only struggles after about 4 hours of driving, where it sputters and dies. We brought it in hoping they would help us. 3 days later we paid $99 for them to tell us nothing is wrong, We asked if they thought it could be the fuel pump injector, they denied us and told us it was fine. Couple days later it did the same thing and died. Unhelpful for bigger problems than surface issues, and expensive for college kids.

My husband and I bought our sportage in Texas and we did NOT like the service department there. They were not good and communicating and they took longer than expected to service our car.IF service department was completely different. Kurt took care of me while my car was being serviced. He made sure I knew what needed specific attention and what looked good in my car. He answered all my questions and made sure that my voice mattered. I do not know a lot about cars so having my voice heard made all the difference. I appreciate the IF department!

Tawnya is always a pleasure to work with. Stone KIA works on most vehicles, they serviced my Nissan Titan, Chevrolet Volt, Chevy Equinox and my Kia Sedona. Stones Kia have always communicated well with me. I highly recommend them!

I bought my car from here first. I really feel confident and comfortable I recieved a good deal, and then to top it off the service department did an excellent job meeting my needs at my next visit. Friendly and accommodating.

They finished my car and it shifts just fine, but neither key fob lacks or unlocks the doors or the trunk. I realize that it costs a lot of money to fix cars, but I believe that it would be very nice if the $95.00 diagnostic fee be it moved if a car cost more than $500.00. I was told the price would be $800.00 and change and the total came out to $900.00 and change. I will try new Kay s in the Fobs, hopefully that works Otherwise I will be calling. Thank you Dave Keck

Kim C. in the service department is the best! I have had so many previous bad experiences at car dealerships with the service departments. I just can't thank Stone's Kia enough for hiring caring & efficient individuals! Kim was so great to keep me updated about everything & arrange a shuttle to work & to pick up my vehicle when it was done. I thought the shuttle driver, McKenzie was amazing as well! Also, if you are ever in the market for a vehicle, Justin Capson is the best salesperson! I truly appreciate the staff at Stone's so much!

My car was making a strange noise, and I couldn't pinpoint the issue. Kurt not only identified and fixed the problem with my car but also took care of other additional concerns. Highly impressed with his expertise and service! Highly recommend!

They are usually good about service, but our latest visit was pretty rough. We had them install a remote starter and do an oil change. We only get our oil changed at Stone's, and always use synthetic. I just noticed they used conventional oil and not synthetic. This is not the first time this has happened. Then it was clear they didn't test our starter. It didn't work correctly when I went to pick up the vehicle, so they had to keep it another night and day to fix it. Overall they are usually pretty good, but this latest trip was not very good.

I live out of state but came to Stone s to get the first service on my Telluride. The service was great, the waiting room has everything you need and I was prepared to enjoy some time there, but my car was done so quickly! They vacuumed the car and even gave me a free car wash. Great experience!

I took my Optima to Stone s Kia to have head lights changed. My wife had a doctor s appointment in an hour, so Kim got the car right in and kept me informed of progress and unexpected issues. Apparently my car has specialty bulbs (not stock) . They found the needed bulbs and replaced them. We really appreciated it when they transported my wife to her appointment while thy finished up. They vacuumed and washed my car as well.The service department at Stone s is tops.Services: Auto A/C recharge, Vehicle Inspection, Auto A/C replacement

My first time at this Kia location.I had to drive over an hour to get there (closest one).Really impressed with Tanya Jolley! My car is old and a-lot needed to be done. She explained everything to me and I never felt like she was rushing me to make a decision. She even went over and above to pull up a picture on her computer to help me grasp what was being done. Where do you find THAT kind of service??!! NOWHERE! Shane was the tech that worked on my car. He worked on it from 9:00 that morning until4:00pm!! The whole team worked through lunch! Shane fixed everything thing I asked for and a couple of things we have to wait on parts for.I can not express how impressed I was with BOTH of them!! Thank you Kia for hiring such a knowledgeable crew!Judy

Tanya and the service staff are fantastic! Awesome facility! They take great care of you. If you have the kids with you see Tanya(candy drawer) . I had a concern with the remote start I didn t think they d be able to duplicate but even so, the service manager and lead tech Kyle and Shane took the time to check it out. I really appreciated them taking the time. Definitely recommend to my family and friends! And I owe those guys some donuts

My Kia Sportage had mechanical problems in Idaho Falls when driving through from Canada. The service department at Stone s Kia was very easy to deal with from the first minute I walked in and told them my situation. Tanya Jolley worked diligently to get me on the road as soon as possible. She was very sympathetic to my situation and did a fantastic job of keeping me informed about how the process was proceeding. I couldn t be happier with the way I was treated!

I really appreciated the quick service at the Idaho Falls Stones Kia. They took care of everything and the updates my car needed, along with a leaking oil pan and they didn t charge me!! Such a nice surprise at Christmas time. Thank you Stones Kia!

Stone s service department is responsive, communicative, knowledgeable and accommodating. Tanya helped us the other day and took great care of us. She answered any questions promptly and with clarity. This is why we keep making a long drive to Stone s for servicing.

This was one of the most painful experiences of my life. Car threw a rod took a full week to figure out the warranty by Kia. #2 the service writer for our car continued to make false promises for a rental and continued to dog on the fact that we needed the car asap. Charged us a hook on fee for another towing company s mistake. Very very disappointed in the way we were treated

Stones KIA, Idaho Falls is awesome! In fact I drive over 60 miles (from Pocatello) to have them service my wife's Sportage....Ask for Tanya, she is a doer, not a talker. She will get you the best price and fastest service solving all you car problems...She is especially good with warranties...Thank you Tanya and Stone's KIA!

I had a recall on my car and they did it timely and effectively!! they kept me up to date with everything and kept me informed which i really appreciated! thank you stones kia!!updated- 4/4This place listened to everything i had to say, went on a test drive with me to figure out exactly what was wrong with my car! the mechanic i had, i don t remember his name, but was absolutely amazing! and kim kept me updated the entire time and was so sweet to me! thank you guys so much!

My service was fantastic Tanya was in constant contact with me and also let me know about the windshield having a flaw in it and being proactive and getting the OEM windshield ordered so it can get replaced at a later date. I really appreciate her for the honesty and prompt service. Thanks Mike
