Just had an air conditioner installed in my camper by State Trailer! Super fast installation and fantastic service! Thank Leon & the staff at State Trailer for making it so easy! Also thanks for taking the time to answer all my questions about my camper & truck! I appreciate all your help! Looking forward to many more years of service with you guys!

Everyone at State Trailer Supply is so eager to offer assistance and answer my questions. They are incredibly knowledgeable even when helping me with my TrailManor camper issues, which is a rare type of camper. When I need camper equipment, I head to State Trailer Supply.

Let me start by saying Sid is a phenomenal human being. I had problems with a return and he went above and beyond to help me. He is an asset to State Trailer. Next, I want to say I'm impressed with how they handled my issue. If the company values weren't there, they woukdnt have helped me. I value integrity as a business owner and recommend them to anyone based on customer service and values.

Leon and the service personnel at State Trailer, are professional and experienced. I have an older custom trailer that has required repairs and upgrades over the last 2 years and they have tackled its challenges head-on and been thorough in keeping me apprised of all associated costs and expectations. I can t recommend these guys enough!

Super service and excellent parts and equipment as usual. They got us in as scheduled and got the job done expeditiously. Got a new sway bar installed and got travel trailer de-winterized. Leon takes good care of us and is serious about making sure our safety is paramount. Very satisfied as always.

We stopped in for a specific item, but they didn't have it. They said we would have to order it. There are a lot of empty spots on the shelves. What we did see were things that would be great, but we already had everything we needed except for the item that they didn't have. Just our luck. Staff was nice.

We had a new refrigerator put in our older camper, of course, the replacement was not the right size, but that didn't stop Leon and his assistant. They found a way to make it work and it looks great. They went the extra mile. Leon is the absolute best to work with and is always so willing to help. Of course, the other employees are always polite and helpful as well.State trailer will always be my go-to place for all our camper needs and wants.

Asked if the know how to install base plate for flat towing. They didn't know but said that one guy would know... however, he was not around, and no one knew where he was or when he would be back. Thankfully, we found that No Limit RV Repair knows how and does many of them, so we have an appointment there, just waiting on parts.

They have a lot of products and very helpful.Recently I took my cargo trailer in for some improvements. They installed a latch and window in the door. Leon and the rest of the shop did an excellent job. It looks very nice and turned out better than I thought it would. Thank you.

Went in and I needed help and the gentleman I asked acted like I was bothering him and he was just standing there then when he took me to the isle where the product was he walked 100 miles an hour and I told him I couldn t walk that fast because I had surgery on my foot and still he wouldn t slow do. I had to try and walk faster and it hurt my foot bad. Not very good service.

I am OBSESSED with this store. It has everything you need for your RV/camping. Their staff is always really friendly and helpful. I love seeing the stuff I can buy to make our trips more enjoyable.

Went in and asked a few questions and the guy that helped me took me physically himself right to the stuff we needed. Even measured stuff for me so that I knew if it would work. So over all a great store and great service. Good knowledgeable people working in there.

Leon and his crew did awesome installing the mounting points for our truck camper! The supplier sent the wrong parts and they had the new parts shipped in and installed in less than 2 days. Great people over there, highly recommend!

Second time visiting this rv store. The propane is so much cheaper here! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, and their prices are great! Better than the big box store rv shops.The added bonus is the clean dump station. I don t live close by, but when I go back to IF with my rv, I will definitely shop there again.

I needed the necessary hitch, adapter and harness to tow my trailer. ALL THREE PARTS WERE INCORRECT. 3 unnecessary trips back to store to resolve. COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORYI returned to store to buy some more items and the person that made all the mistakes previously apologized and gave me a gift card. I appreciate someone who can own their problems.

They are pretty sold out, busy weekend I'm sure. Not the reason for my low stars though. I rated them low because of our experience checking out. This would be the third time I've made a large purchase and the other two times the same cashier would not put my information in for the loyalty program they have. Today I insisted, all she did was put my name, no address no email just a name and phone number and she has such an attitude about it you would think I asked her to write a 10 page report. There are other businesses in town that make me feel like they truly want my business. This unfortunately is not one of them.

Drove from Pocatello for a few parts needed asap for the upcoming weekend. Hours are posted 7:00 pm. Got there at 6:45 and quickly gathered everything on our list as we were pushed up and down every isle asking what we were looking for instead of what can we help you find. Grabbing the last item at 6:59 and heading to the checkout we were greeted by an employee yelling at another don't they know we close at 7:00. Yes we do know and we are hurrying as fast as we can to get out. She then went chasing the other customers still in the store telling them to get their purchases bought. We purchased our items and we were back in our car by 7:04 pm after she let us out the locked doors. I have never ever felt so pushed and rushed in my life. I understand the closing time is 7:00 pm but for the love of god i was clearly hurrying and on my way to the checkout and let's not forget I am also a paying customer buying multiple items. I will spend my money else where after tonight. I hope her precious 4 minutes was worth it. If I treated people like that in my business I would be out of business.

I really enjoyed my experience at State Trailer in Idaho Falls. The service manager Leon Jenkins was good to explain things to me as well as Oran and Sid very good people. My Toyota Tacoma was set up with some Trailer brakes and a 4 point equalizer hitch which was done nicely my truck and Trailer drive so smoothly. Thanks state Trailer team
