A little late on this; came in just wanting to see what they had, liked what I saw, left with a new vehicle. Martha did an amazing job, no pressure and made things super enjoyable. The trade-in process was just as painless. Can I shout out Martha one more time?

My husband and I searched for a while trying to find a truck that worked for what we needed / wanted. We had a few places looking and it was Sasha that found it for us. She fought to hold the truck for us until we got the opportunity to see it and test drove. Sasha was an awesome sales lady to work with and we would definitely come back to her when the time is right. 10 out of 10!!

My husband and I recently purchased two new vehicles with Marcos our salesman and man can I just say he did such a wonderful job showing us vehicles we were interested in. He was super patient, kind and very professional when working with us. I would definitely say he s the salesman of the year in my books. We will continue to buy from the Smith Group because of how great our current and past experiences have been when working with Marcos. Thank you so much again Marcos. My wife and I just bought a car from Smith Honda and we really enjoyed the smooth non pushy process! Gavin made sure our car was ready to go and in tip top shape before we left. He was great to work with! Tommy was also great to work with in the finance section. Overall, we had a great experience.

We are so grateful for Smith Honda and the great care they put in for their customers as well as their team of service members and sales representatives! They really do care about who they hire because they want past, current, and future customers to have a great experience. Tanner Judy is a great representative who cares about the needs and wants of customers! He is very knowledgeable and can help provide you with all you d want to know about different vehicles on the lot. He is honest and dedicated, if he doesn t know something he will be honest BUT then he ll find a way to get you the information you re asking for. Looking for a car that fits what you need and want can be stressful but it doesn t have to be hard when you find the right person to help. That ll be Tanner Judy! He ll make your experience great and he ll probably make you laugh when you re with him! He knows how to make an experience like searching for a car a good and fun experience!

I purchased a used car from Smith Honda, Idaho Falls, last month (Feb2024) via long distance (from TX) and my experience was great. My sale rep, Austin O. went out of his way to make the experience great. He answered all of my texts/emails quickly, provided additional photos/videos promptly, and even picked me up at the airport.I highly recommend Smith Honda and Mr Austin O. Buying with them was quick, easy, and fair.

Jeremiah was able to get me into the car I want for $40 less a month then my math told me it would be. He also came into work early to take me to work when I dropped my car off for a tint. He s reached out 2-3 times to make sure I m taken care of with the new ride. I ll recommend my friends and family to him!

Went to look at a 2005 Mustang on 3 FEB 2024 and Marco and Tommy ensured I got the opportunity to since it was a popular vehicle on the lot. Even though it was towards the end of the business day they started the paperwork and financing requests so my wife could pick it up in 2 days. They provided amazing customer service and gave us an awesome deal on the Mustang. We are so happy with the vehicle!

As a first time buyer I was really nervous to try and get through the process for the first time. Austin really helped me get a car that worked for my needs at a good price. It's been a year since then and I'm still enjoying the car and he's always been helpful in reaching out to see if maintenance needs to be done and helping me set it up if it does. I really appreciate the maintenance and sales folks who work here.

My husband and I were able to trade in our Pilot for a certified used Accord and had a painless process with it. We appreciated all the help from Gavin who made us feel comfortable and in control with our decision! He was quick to answer any questions and very honest! Gavin is a fantastic salesperson! Despite not making a purchase, I was thoroughly impressed by his approach. If I were in the market for a vehicle, Gavin would undoubtedly be my first point of contact. He expresses kindness, never resorts to pushy sales tactics, and consistently demonstrates a high level of trustworthiness. It's evident that he always has your best interests at heart. His sense of humor is infectious, and his dedication to his three daughters, who clearly mean the world to him, is truly heartwarming. Jeremiah helped my wife with the purchase of her new Pilot. We test drove the vehicle and took a couple of weeks to decide. He did not pester us on a daily basis like many dealerships have with other car purchases.When we decided to buy it was a great experience. Jeremiah knew all the features of the car and explained them in detail and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend giving him a call if you are looking at a new Honda.

I keep my vehicles for awhile so car shopping is a big ordeal for me. While the Honda vehicle I was considering ended up being my second choice after many weeks of indecision, my experience with Smith Honda was the best out of all of the dealerships I visited (which was many). They are professional, friendly, and organized. Also, the building looks well kept and they have a nice garage where you can look at the car of your choice and not be in the cold. I purchased a Honda vehicle from them in 2015 and recall a good experience as well. Plus, my vehicle has been great with zero issues the entire time I've owned it. I highly recommend purchasing your next Honda at Smith Honda in Idaho Falls. Special shout out to Sasha and Mike who were so knowledgeable as well as friendly and patient with me. Thank you for the great experience.

I just wanna give a big shout out and thank you to our salesman Marcos. Working with him was definitely a great experience not only was he super kind and knowledgeable about vehicles we were interested in he also knew exactly what we were looking for. He was able to get me into a brand new 2024 Chevy Silverado LT Trail Boss and my wife into a brand new 2024 Honda Odyssey.Throughout the whole process he was super professional and made the whole sale smooth for my family and I.I will continue to use Marcos Whenever I am in the market for a new vehicle. We had our Honda Civic completely overhauled and the service was wonderful. After taking our car to two other shops to find the problem with no luck, we finally found what we had to do through Smith Honda. Zack was a dream to work with! He is kind, caring, and patient with someone who doesn't know all about cars. He took the time to explain what was needed, why it was needed, and how they would help fix our car. David, the car tech, was knowledgable and also went out of his way to help us choose the best way to get out car in tip-top shape. We had a wonderful experience there and I will would recommend it to anyone wanting quality parts and quality service from quality people. Thanks, Smith Honda! :)

Gavin James was a great. My husband and I don t enjoy the pressure of car dealerships and just felt like he wanted to help us. He was friendly and showed us what we wanted to see. He did not try to up sell us on our car. Great salesman! We would buy from Smith Honda again.

I had an excellent experience at the Honda dealership! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect car. My salesman Jermiah definitely prioritized my needs. The dealership had a wide selection of vehicles, and the sales team patiently answered all my questions. Brandon Linde was very helpful when I had questions about my truck. His knowledge of the process and how it works was the best part. He has horrible taste in football teams but I won t hold that against him. He was very passionate about his job and his team. Even if his team lost in the play offs. Maybe next year. Speaking with Brandon, I feel like I ve known him for years. I had a great experience at smith Honda because of him.

Got a 2024 Honda civic sport touring from smith Honda with the help of Brandon Linde. Called him and the next day I had the car. Answered all my questions and checks in every once in a while to see how I like the car and see if I need anything. Will definitely go back to smith Honda for my next car.

I had a very pleasant experience working with Jeremiah. I felt like he really cared about helping find something that would work for me and fit my personality. He was always genuinely happy, personable, and never pushy (we even had a whole tangent about playing the French horn). I would 100% recommend working with him if you're looking for a Honda!

Our salesman, Jeremiah Krites, was amazing! He was very knowledgeable about the features of the various Honda Pilot's. He answered all our questions. He was great to text with and stayed in touch to let us know when an Elite came in. When one came available, he was awesome to work with at the dealership, staying late, and going the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. He took the time to explain all the features of the car and treated us like family! So great to work with!!

Tom the mechanic was AMAZING! He talked me through the needed work Zac the service rep was great too. After traveling from out of state to visit a sick mom my car started acting up. My Honda Pilot ended up needing some Major work. Tom worked all day and into the evening to get my car finished so I could get home. The repair was fantastic and they came in under budget. I ve never dealt with such a professional and helpful dealership service center. I absolutely would recommend them to everyone!

I m on my second car with Brandon as my salesman. What a great guy - he takes the stress out of buying a car. He s so friendly and helpful even when I could answer my own questions by reading the manual. He answers my texts and even came out the car to show me how to use new features - weeks after the purchase.
