Great experience! Our salesperson Kayla is the best...in 3 hrs we drove off in the best vehicle we could afford. I've have called her a couple times in the ensuing year and a half and she has been very helpful. It was the best car buying experience of my life. I would (and have) recommended her to anybody I know looking for a vehicle!

Matt was the most professional and the most helpful when it came to assisting me as a first time buyer! He made me feel calm, protected, and so taken care of! My new car is amazing and I feel so great about this purchase. As someone who doesn t know much about cars, both Matt and John did a wonderful job explaining things to me and answered all of my questions kindly and in a way I could understand. I would recommend this dealership over any other one and not even think twice. 10/10 excellent service, quick and easy, and I got such an affordable price on my new 2024 Chevy Trax!

My salesman (John Giannini) made my experience the easiest purchase I have ever made. I did my homework before coming to the dealership, like most people. I had narrowed my selection down to two trucks. Unfortunately for me my first option was sold minutes I drove away from the dealership thinking it would still be there when I got back. Fortunately for me my salesman called me immediately and said my second option was still available. I finally made my way back and weighing out my options and after a drive I made my decision and purchased the truck. Now I look back and realize that the purchase was just like Smith explains in their ads, it was Simple, honestly it really was. I think the longest/hardest part of the purchase was me making the final decision to purchase the truck. Thanks Smith!!

Smith Chevrolet will go all out to get you to do business with them.. but be wary if you expect anything from them after the sale . Once they have your cash, you re no longer important.Oh, be wary of their so called vehicle inspection prior to the sale.. they don t actually do what they say, and leave the customer to fend for themselves with issues found afterward.Buyer beware..No home run here, def strike out!Contrary to their own about us statement Smith Chevrolet, DOES NOT prioritize customer satisfaction based on a personal purchase.

Broke down while entering idaho falls. Thankful for dealership location. Thankful for team have an opening in schedule. Booked appointment online for early the next morning. Would be a five, however, got jammed behind others in schedule and appointment didn't occur until the following day. Then speedy and professional service. Grateful.

Our experience started with a phone call with Cody, our salesperson, and he was very knowledgeable on the trucks and provided information other dealers failed to offer. This was followed by a trip to the dealership test drive and more questions answered. The purchase process was smooth and the entire team at Smith Chevrolet are AWESOME!!

Update: I updated my rating to 4, since the follow-up with the dealership. They took care of my Volt, and fixed the recall. They communicated with me all through the process, and I appreciate Jason in the service department for his professionalism.I initially scheduled my visit for a recall, and was told would take a few hours for the recall fix. I left my car there on Friday morning and also told them to get my transmission service and check the coolant. They did not call me, kept my car all weekend and did not fix the recall, I highly doubt they did anything with my coolant and bluntly said they flushed it. The level of one of the reservoirs (Volt has multiple reservoirs) that was low when I gave them, was the same level, but charged me for the entire coolant service, I highly doubt if they even touched it! When I reached there on Monday (there shuttle service is good, I will give them that), they had no clue that the car was there for a recall and told me I need to schedule this again and they need order parts for this recall! Not sure what was the initial schedule that I did was for?? They went on and kept my car for the entire weekend to just replace transmission fluid?? Dishonesty level 10/10! This is the very reason why people hate dealerships!

While on the phone setting up the appointment i asked for an oil change and for someone to check out why the trailer wiring system keep coming on. When I dropped off my truck again i asked if they would check out the wiring system. When I picked up my truck no one even mentioned anything about it. So im not sure why they didn t check. I left the truck and ran some errands so they had ample time.

I had the pleasure of working with Cody on getting me into a new pickup. He answered any and all questions I had. He went above and beyond to get everything we wanted/needed.This is my second purchase through Cody and has been exceptional both times! The manager and finance manager were both excellent to work with. Could not recommend Smith Chevy enough!

Many problems. I used the chevy app to schedule appointment and in the app it has what I want done. I put in to use mobile one oil and rotate tires. When done and I looked at the bill it said that they used dexos oil not mobile one. Then they were going to charge me the cost for mobile on instead of dexos. They did change the price adjustment. Then when I went to get in my truck I noticed that on the drivers seat front left there was a nickel size of what looked like oil on the seat. Also on the drivers door outside you could see oil an finger marks down the side of the door. You may call me if you need to.

Unfortunately, the numbers just weren t acceptable. I saved almost $3000 at a different dealer. Same year, model, and trim package

Stopped for an oil change. All went well. Headed north towards Canada. Made it to Ashton. Warning light. OIL PRESSURE LOW. TURNNOFF THE ENGINE . Immediately stopped the engine and coasted to the side of the road. Open the hood. Oil splattered everywhere. Looks like it s coming from the filter. A Good Samaritan took me to NAPA. No Dexos2 oil in stock. Called Smith Chev and talked to express service. Had them send someone out with oil. 1 hour+ later 2 techs arrived with oil and a new filter. Removed the filter cap. NO O Ring seal on the cap. I m guessing the tech who changed the oil had never changed seen a GM 2.8 diesel engine before and didn t know about the oil filter cap seal that comes in the box with the filter. I m guessing that this was either a lack of training or supervision. Oil and filter change is a first day job for an apprenticeship but with basic training and supervision. I am hoping that there is no permanent damage to my engine.

I wasted my time driving to this dealership to redeem my "Instant Cash Offer" provided to me by Kelley Blue Book. Apparently, not only do they not honor their relationship with their advertising agency, but they also make excuses as soon as you show up and if you call them on the phone expressing your concerns. What a complete joke and a waste of my time! Total bait and switch. Never doing any business with these guys!My reply to this business's reply:It is wrong for you to assume that people will just naturally retain your perspective on your advertising when the advertising seems to so clearly indicate the opposite of what you just implied by your response. Again, you need to reevaluate your relationship with your advertising agency. Otherwise, misunderstandings such as just occurred for me, will occur again in the future. Why don't you try to put yourself in my shoes? I received an "Instant Cash Offer" from your advertiser. I showed up at your dealership to redeem my offer. This offer was swiftly rejected. I saw no implication in the offer beforehand that it would be rejected outright without so much as even a token consideration by your staff. Again, this was offensive and a joke. You ought to be ashamed of yourselves for your callous disregard for your potential customer's time.Please get a grip on reality. I say again, I will NEVER do business with your establishment. I'm happy to say I am considering a Toyota for a future purchase. I would have considered a new Chevrolet, but was not in a position to do so immediately when I came down. Great job burning bridges!

Needed a good used car for one of my daughters and Cody took great care of us with a perfect first car at a great price for her! And when we had a run away windshield wiper problem several days after we bought it our first call was to Cody and Smith Chevy took care of the problem on their dime. I highly recommend Smith Chevy to anyone looking for a quality vehicle at a good price!

I was involved in an accident that totaled out my old truck. I seen a Silverado on Smith's website and set up a time to go look at it. Rose my salesperson was super amazing! She got the truck all cleaned up before I got there to test drive it. I purchased the truck today and she had it all washed up and ready for me to pick up. She kept me up to date and stayed in touch with me the whole time I was waiting for insurance. John the Finance manager was amazing to work with as well! I will definitely be purchasing future vehicles from Smith Chevrolet!

A great experience as usual! Smith Chevrolet's waiting room is clean and comfortable. Jaden, my service consultant, was thorough, helpful, and personable. Smart technicians, too! I'll definitely be bringing my Tahoe to Smith Chevrolet for future services and I will purchase my next Chevrolet from them, also! Nobody in service for the past year and a half has ever scraped the interior of the doors/speakers of my Tahoe and I really appreciate it! A+Update - 5 MarchMatt Willard and Cody were incredibly good to do business with while I was purchasing a new truck! Smith Chevrolet is the ONLY place that I recommend to friends and family because I don't have to wonder what I'm going to get when I walk through the doors! From routine oil changes to purchasing a new truck, everyone has always treated me like a valued customer! Thank you for being the dealership that the other dealerships should strive to be!

Not the best sales people d/t communication problems. Needs improving. I went elsewhere. I also paid a fair price for another truck elsewhere that had 100% of the packages I needed. Their prices appear cheaper but not when you look at the specs and compare.

Thanks fella's, for the quick response. However, I had mom call the number given in this response and it's actually just another run around to your social media guru! As for the quick solution for the free oil change and detail for the oil spots, recheck what she has spent already just to have a proper and professional oil change ($300.00 plus) I think she is going to pass on the free detail as her pickup is her life blood to making a living and is dependent on it every day and doesn't have any more time to waste! Just a side note, as I'm pretty observant. When I came in with her to pick up her truck the oil manager spent no time trying to listen to her request to not have to pay for this last oil job but instead brushed her off and immediately walked over to the part's guy to discuss parts for his own vehicle, while she was standing there forced to pay yesterday! And another observation when I brought her back to pick her truck up one of your techs with a Smith Chevrolet shirt on followed me into the parking lot clapping out his VW behind me, So not professional, makes me wonder if it's the same grease monkey that had no regard for her truck and lubed up her head liner ! Kayla was amazing! She knew I had a terrible experience with another dealership and was extra attentive. If I called and she didn t answer she would text me to let me know she would get back to me. She knew I was on a tight budget but still wanted something new AND all new vehicle come with sunroof which I didn t want. She sold me the perfect car no sunroof and working on learning all about my new car. She also didn t just sell me the vehicle and dump me! If I have any questions I feel confident that I can contact her anytime!

My mom has been taking her 2018 durmax to smith chevy since she bought it. Recently we had them do a basic oil change a few months ago. Shortly after she started noticing oil stains in the drive way, she took it back and had them look it over and they said it was fine and that they tighten some stuff and it was good to go ($110) two weeks later she continued to see oil stains appearing in the drive way. I crawled under the pickup and it was leaking bad from the oil filter. Back again to smith chevy for a simple oil change. Smith chevy agreed and said the filter was leaking had them do an oil change and replace the filter. Thinking maybe because of all the trouble she could get that oil change done and not have to pay another 100 plus dollars! (We were wrong bill was another 110 dollars)Now for that basic oil change we are up to 300 plus dollars and lots of time wasted. But the part that made me write this lengthy review was when we got in the pickup I noticed 4 oil smudge stains on the headliner which is tan. And that was the straw that broke the camels back. Very upset with smith chevy and will not be using them to service her pickup & I don't recommend anyone using the service department. Grease monkeys that have no clue how to tighten an oil filter properly! Thanks for reading.

Kayla was a stud and knew everything there was to know about the truck we purchased and took the time to show me around the dealership and the truck and explained everything thoroughly and even brought me a cheeseburger! Just bought a used truck and it couldn't have been a better experience! Salesman Cody was awesome! He answered all my questions honestly and was quick to return messages. Finance manager Mike was also incredible, told him exactly what I wanted and what I did not and he delivered to a tee! I made the deal over the phone a week prior to showing up at the dealership and they didn't try to hide anything or up sell anything either. I test drove the vehicle and did a walk around and everything Cody described was correct. Without a doubt the best experience I've ever had with a car dealership. I'm 50 so I've dealt with plenty over the years and Smith is the top of my list to purchase from again! Thank you Smith Chevrolet!

Kayla was amazing! I drove in from a different state and they had the deal worked up before I came down. Everyone was ready for me when I got there. It was quick and painless. Finance explained everything in a lot of detail. Kayla new everything about the car, is very responsive and know how to make you feel special when you re there.
