Just LOVE this place! Shawn, not only knows his stuff, but is extremely honest! This is a story of a dude that noticed that all of the other places we can go >>action cough cough<< suck and he sees how easy it is to take advantage of that!!! Wish I could give them another star!!!

Shawn and Kojak have gone out of their way more than once to help us out with our side x side. Shawn even called me to follow up on some work they had done on our machine to make sure it was performing the way we wanted it to.I definitely recommend Side by Side Outlet to everyone who has a side x side. These guys know their stuff and take great pride in making sure their customers are happy.

Amazing and knowledgeable staff. Shawn definitely goes above and beyond for his people. If you need any kind of work done on your SxS, this is definitely the place for your peace of mind and getting it all done in a timely and professional manner. 20 out of 10. I highly recommend this place.

Good guys that do good work, but charged me $314 to replace a battery on my Cfmoto. $120/hr. shop rate. They did check the electrical system though to see if there was anything drawing down the battery.

Another good purchase from Side by side. Bought a spare wheel and tire and it arrived 3 days later. Perfect fit for my RZR. Good company to buy from. Thank you Shawn.

After having issues with our machine we came in and asked questions and the mechanic Patrick was very kind and showed the installation procedure to us on another machine that was being worked on in their shop this was incredibly helpful information and very nice of him to help in that way especially when our machine has been down for two weeksThat s customer service!!!We went to two Polaris dealers in our areaAnd never received this kind of customer service or help for that matterWhich is frustrating because we purchased the very top tier warranty from Polaris when the machine was purchasedAnd in our opinion the warranty is useless without customer service so we had to look for other ways to solve the issuesThis business now has another customerIn us thank you for your help and patience today

I ordered a Viper winch and the customer service was amazing. They emailed to make sure everything was complete and even made me a special wiring harness at no charge ASAP. They sent me pictures of how to hook it all up also. Will definattally use the Side By Side Outlet in the future.

The guys at Side by Side Outlet rock! When I needed springs they spent the time to explain the pros and cons of each brand, in the end, they put me in touch with the manufacturer to get a custom spring rate for my car as off the shelf wasn't going to work. I purchased the springs through Side by Side outlet and they arrived before they said they would! When my shock disintegrated they worked hard on coming up with a solution to get me racing again. Lastly, I like to think I have a good grasp on suspension tuning but the. knowledge and ideas these guys have rival/surpass some of the best suspension tuners in the industry.

I enjoy working with Side by Side Outlet! These guys they are very enthusiastic and detail orientated. They are able to pick up your machine, perform all you're performance upgrades, and great with electrical needs. star rating. Stop by and check them out, you won't be disatisfied!

They had a hard to find part I was looking for. When I purchased the part I accidentally chose the $40 dollar priority shipping. They called me the next day to ask if it was a mistake and quickly refunded the money.. They always ship priority for no extra money.

They have what I need. If not they have it by the next day. The staff there are really nice and easy to talk to about anything side by side related. I recommend this shop 100 percent.
