The truck our son drives was involved in a hit and run. At this time, we just wanted to get it fixed so it was drivable. They came out and took a look at it, went back into the shop, brought out a special kind of crowbar, carefully pried back the bumper so the inner wheel lining would relax so the wheel wasn't hitting it and sent me on my way without a charge! Thank you so much!!

My teen was in a minor fender bender and the hood on her car would no longer pop open. I stopped in for a quote for how much it would cost to have their shop adjust it so it was safe and still able to be serviced. I told him I didn t need it to be pretty. The employee helping me spent the next 15 minutes or so pulling the bent pieces back where they should be. The hood now opens and closes securely. I m delighted that it was such a quick fix. These guys know their stuff. I now have a favorite body shop in Idaho Falls!

The customer service at Sam's Auto Body was AMAZING! The guys there were so helpful, kind, fast and not at all condescending to my daughter and I as women. (You ladies know what I'm talking about. ) Shout out to Dan and Mike for being so great and helpful!

EXCELLENT Customer Service. Had a friend recommend them after my pup scratched my 69 mustang. They told me to bring it in so they could take a look at it I figured they would have me make an appointment, but that didn't happen, Dan took it back to the paint shop and buffed the scratches out and sent me on my way. 5 stars all day.

Went by Sams auto body yesterday with a problem with my car thinking they d have to schedule me to get me in at a later date, instead he came right out, fixed it and sent me on my way! Sams Auto Body is OUTSTANDING. They are very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. They did a great job and got it done so FAST. Our car door wasn t shutting properly and Sam s was the only one who would see us that day to assess the problem. I dropped it off and less than 2hrs later they called and said it was ready. They had adjusted and oiled the door and now it s working better than ever. When we are ready to fully have the hinges replaced (needed from natural wear and tear) we will definitely be going back to Sam s. Very kind, professional, and quick!Service: Body & Trim

Sam's auto body provided excellent same day service when I thought I would have to wait weeks! I had an incident where my daughter had the car door open while I was backing up and bent it. The door was unable to close! Sam's auto body fixed this in under fifteen minutes. Highly recommend going with Sam's Auto first thing!

Sam's Auto Body did an amazing job with my car. I was rear ended, and called the BMW dealership to see who they recommended to do the repair. They referred us to Sam's Auto Body. They were so great in helping get my car back to brand new.They were kind and super accommodating with our schedule. We had a trip planned and were really hoping to have the car repaired while we were gone so the time being down one vehicle while we were home would be minimal. They were so great and fit us in so we could drop it off right before we went out of town, and we were only without it for 2 days when we got back. There was a small issue with some scratches on the steering wheel, which unfortunately happened during the repair. When we pointed it out, they were great, tried to fix it, and ultimately had to get a new steering wheel. They just ordered and replaced it with no question.The whole team at Sam's Auto Body was great, and I will absolutely recommend them to friends and family. It is such a stressful situation when a car is crashed, they lightened the load. Excellent service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I needed some buffing done on a couple doors. They took care of me in a very timely manner and did the most amazing job ever. You wouldn't even know it was the same car. These guys are awesome and I would "HIGHLY" recommend their services. Don't go anywhere else!! They are definitely the best!!

This was my first time at Sam's, following a recommendation from a close friend. I couldn't believe how professional and friendly they were. My issue was minor and didn't require much work. So I was guessing it would be a one-day job. The front desk person came and looked at my car, as I'd asked for a quote. He told me "just a minute" and went back in the shop. When he came out, he had some tools and then and there just bent a piece here and straightened a piece there. It took him 5 minutes, but he was able to correct the issue...although there was still some paint missing, the shape of the fender was right back looking as if nothing had happened. He didn't charge me a thing. He did, however, make sure I was happy with it before I left. I was amazed at this customer service. There is nowhere else I'd want to have my car repaired. If this person was a representative of the shop and its employees...this is the place to have repairs done, no questions asked.Service: Body & Trim

I was in an accident with a deer and it was towed to another auto place but they wouldn't be able to look at it for several weeks. They also said they wouldn't be able to start working on it until the end of Aug. My husband called Sam's auto body and they were able to get it in right away and had the parts within a week. They called me and told me it was done so we picked it up. We drove it a few miles and we had a warning come up, we took it back to Sam's and they took care of the small issue. Dan is so easy to work with and very friendly. He called me a few days later to ask if everything was okay with the car. I couldn't be more happy with the way I was treated and with how my car turned out.Thank you ,Nancy

Our thanks to Danny and the crew! Our 2001 Camry had rear panel damage from being hit and the body parts are discontinued so the great guys at Sam s made a new panel for her and it looks absolutely amazing, just like new! We brought our car in twice and they did a great job fixing up our car each time. The first time was after we had hit the side of a mountain and our front bumper was hanging off. After Sam's Auto Body worked on it our car looked brand new, it got done in the time specified, and they found ways to cut down on the cost of fixing our car and saved us a good amount of money coming out of pocket.The second time we brought it in for some scratches on our back bumper after someone backed into us. Now our car looks perfect again. Highly recommend.Also, located close to Enterprise which is convenient if you need to rent a car while yours is in the shop.
