Bought a top of the line snow blower. They were knowledgeable, helpful, and took the machine in the shop to ensure oil levels were good and that everything was in good working order. Then loaded the machine in my truck with a forklift. Price was the same as other locations, but the customer service was superior to big box stores. 5 star experience.

Don t know what to say but that the issue is still a problem. My temperature gauge is at 160 and my engine cooling fan stays on even after turning off the car. Customer service was great but being assured that everything is copacetic is not true. Definitely something is wrong and I am miles away to return.

took my truck in for alignment after the alignment drove it for a few days didn't seem right went to teton Toyota they said the toe was way out it would ruin my frount tires got it fixed it runs great now o stars if possible

I purchased a new set of tires for my motor home from Chris at Ron's Tire. I was very impressed with the service and Chris came out personally to see the install was done correctly. I received a very good price on tires, service and trade in of my old tires. I would recommend this business above any other tire dealer I have done business with!

I brought my dads 1997 pickup in for problems with the air conditioner, the team at Ron's were awesome to work with, very helpful and figured out the problem. They definitely have gained a new customer. Thank you Point S for your great service

Good people just found out today they specialize in minor fixes and repairs nothing too extensive for that you gotta go to the Rigby location. They've been nothing but honest and fair with me so nothing to complain about from this guy

I came in asking for assistance on replacing a front tire on a riding lawn mower. The young man at the counter said I needed the model number. I gave him the make, size and brand. "Sorry, without the model number, I can't help you". I went to Lowe's, asked for assistance, and was in & out in less than 10 minutes. Customer service is everything. Won't return to Ron's again.

I dropped in without an appointment with a problem that needed fixing ASAP. They directed me to the service department. These guys are great. They clearly like their jobs and each other. Craig tenaciously stuck to the task at hand even though I gave him several hints that we could give up. Craig did not give up. He solved the problem. I was able to get back to my backyard project. Not sure if Wackerli takes their vehicles here for alignments but I just took my truck into Ruben's automotive and was told that he is shocked that Ron's didn't catch 2 bad front wheel bearings.Ron's and Wackerli cost me over $200 in unnecessary alignments due to their negligence and I will be sure to never spend my money at either establishment.

Granted this is not an Audi shop, they said it could be done. I originally needed CV joints but they found other problems. It was going to cost $2,700.My boss at the time backed me up and they went ahead and "fixed" it.Right out of the lot it was making a SUPER LOUD banging sound when I turned left over a bump. Also some other weird clanking sounds.I drove it to my mechanic in Victor and showed him the slip of what they "fixed". He said it would be $1,300 to fix. Coincidentally, it was what I still owed them. I will not be paying my balance.I have LOTS of pictures of their shoddy work.

Took our Husqvarna Automower in without any appointment for routine service, and was very pleased. Wyatt in service was very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient and had it back to us in a few hours! Couldn t ask for more and a pleasure to work with Wyatt!

I went in there for an alignment on my duramax and I was a little skeptical at first because I have always used Les Schwab in the past but they did an awesome job. They are quick, kind and professional. I will be give them my business from here on out.Corey also took care of me on the Motorsports side of things. I normally would go to the dealer for things but there pricing is better and the customer service was awesome. I wouldn t hesitate to go here ever!!

I've been in the store a few times and always received exceptional service. They are knowledgeable and very helpful. When I bought a Thule cargo box through them they went above and beyond to get it to me quickly and at a great price, even though they didn't normally carry them. I highly recommend them

Hands down, the BEST service I have ever had by any store. I went in for servicing our outdoor gardening equipment and snowblower, and walked out with new tires on my truck, a used ATV, and trailer tires. All of which I was in the market for, so no impulse buying.....unless it was impulsive to get great deal on everything. Their price points were MUCH less than I expected and like I said, the service and friendliness was over the top awesome. I will recommend to all my family and friends that Ron s is the go to place.

I purchased 6 lawn mowers (5 Navigators and 1 Lazer Z) from these guys the past 2 years, and I couldn't be happier. Their service is excellent--fast, good attitudes and competent. The 2 mechanics I have dealt with, both named Ron, are super smart and helpful. The manager, Kurt, is great to work with as well. A great dealership with outstanding equipment.

I've been a customer of Ron's for many years and have purchased or seviced chainsaws, lawn tractors, and snow blowers. They are great at finding the right part or providing the repair when needed. I'vealwys been treated fairly and highly recommend them.
