Coustmer care is right on point,had my truck in to get fixed 2 different times2 different issues and they did an excellent job,I found my go to guys,I highly recommend this place.

Powertech Diesel has been a great company to work with. They staff there are always professional. We have things from glow plus to turbochargers replaced by them and every time they have been fair priced and prompt with the service. I would recommend them to anyone needing diesel service.

They are a professional shop by every standard. They installed a Carli commuter on my RAM 2500, and installed some Banks equipment as well. They are knowledgeable,helpful, and it's obvious they take pride in their work.

I came in to find out what they could do for my 2015 FORD F250. I was leaving on a trip the next day and I didn t think I was going to get anything done to it. They did it that day and gave me a Veterans discount! GREAT SHOP AND GREAT FOLKS THAT WORK THERE! REAL TRUCKS HAVE 8 NUTS AND THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO TO MAKE YOUR DIESEL RUN LIKE IT WAS BUILT TODO!!!

These guys are awesome, I recently purchased an F150 PowerStroke diesel and was having problems with vibrations at Highway speed, turns out I had 3 bent wheels. luckily Tyler found a used set of wheels and tires on the back shelf and was able to install them and Brent was able to program the computers for the size difference so my speedo isn't off. whole thing only cost me $950.00, Saved me at least a thousand bucks and was fixed in under an hour. Thanks so much you guys my Truck is soo much better now!!!

These guys have worked on 3 of my trucks over several years. Quality of work and competence levels have declined big time.Did a good job on the upipes on my 2010 6.4 5-6 years ago.Did an ok job deleting my 2017 6.7 powerstroke. Tune and pedal was touchy but lived with it. Drove 2 hrs out of the way to have them see if they could fix that. Called ahead and everything was good, get their and their tuner has left early for the day. Convenient.Recently had my 05 Cummins stall out at idle and wouldn t restart. Acted like the clutch/flywheel/starter was binding. Happened while in east Idaho and thought I d give them another chance. I made it clear to needed that truck back to work quickly. Was told it would be about 10 days. I can live with that. Fast forward it s been 3 1/2 weeks and all they ve done is try and start it. Haven t pulled anything apart to look beforehand, just hop in and crank on it. Not the right way to go about that. Asked about a timeline on getting it into the shop. Was gonna be at least another 2 weeks. Slow and incompetent service.

These guys are the best i had two separate issues with two trucks . Had them diagnosed at another diesel shop . Was told thousands to fix them . Power tech fixed both for under 800 . Great guys and very reputable

The knowledgeable crew at Powertech Diesel are the only people that I trust with my truck. They're work is honest and unmatched by any other shop in the area whether it's Diesel Performance or Repair. Their technicians make sure that whatever is done, is done right the first time. If you're a first time customer do not hesitate to choose them. They're one of the busiest shops in the area for a reason. They have a reputation for being perfectionists. I will be a lifetime customer.

Outstanding service top to bottom from the guys at PowerTech. I'm half a country away and I was turned on to these guys by a friend of a friend of a friend. I've been treated like a long time A-List customer from the first phone call. Fast shipping, attentive, knowledgeable, patient and professional on top of a SERIOUS QUALITY product. We had our truck towed to the shop on Dec 21 2019. The truck had spun a bearing and needed a new motor. We have a warranty and we re greeted at the door with distaste, we were told that they hated working with warranty s because they were a pain to deal with. They still agreed to work with us and the warranty...but there the truck sat. We called and asked when they would be able to get to the vehicle and told that it would be within the next day or two. The next THREE months rolled by and the truck moved once for the inspector to look at it. Had they just been up front and sent us on our way, our truck would ve been finished through another shop. We were assured that we still had a bill with them, and could pay for it to be towed AGAIN. Do not take your warranty repairs here.

The work these guys do here at PowerTech Diesel is TOP NOTCH! Never an issue with the work performed. I've owned 3 Diesels and I've had every single one of them tuned, deleted with exhaust and many more goodies attached. My trucks run flawlessly and I have seen PowerTech work on many other vehicles since I work in the auto industry and all around just amazing work! Brent and the Crew are friendly with great customer service. They rise to the call if an issue ever arises with work performed in their shop which doesn't happen often! You CANNOT GO WRONG WITH POWERTECH DIESEL!!!!

Brent is excellent at what he does and knows what he's doing. Best prices and very good service! Took him my 03 duramax and my 2011 duramax and love the way they both run! Wouldn't take my business anywhere else. Worth the 2 hour drive to get work done from him. Highly recommend him to anyone!

I ve had these guys do work on a couple different trucks and they do awesome work! From complete motors to tuning to simple things these guys can do it! Tyler sure knows how to click with the mouse and order the parts and Jordan and Clint do amazing hands on work while Brent is the brains behind the whole show! If you go in here, and what you need isn t in stock.. don t order it from Powertech . Just go online and get your item. You ll save yourself $15 in shipping to have it shipped to the store. Most diesel shop sites offer free shipping on all orders. Figured I d support a local business. Lost $15 doing so.

I could not be happier with powertech. They not only got me my parts for a deal they got them to my house super fast. I live in Seattle WA so everything was done over the phone. Brent defiantly went the extra mile to help me both with the hard parts and tune on my truck. Cannot say enough good about these guys!!

These guys are great they really took care of me! I can tell they knew their stuff and weren t trying to up sell me on things I didn t need. They even addressed and took care of problem I hadn t brought up which was appreciated. Would definitely recommend and due future business with these guys!!

This place is the best shop in town to have any work done. There always friendly and nice to me and anytime I have questions about my truck there here to answer them. Had them install parts and a fass fuel system and was done within the time frame they gave me.

Top notch service. I needed help putting a Supercharger into my gas powered 2017 Jeep. No one else was willing to touch the project due to known issues with the programming and tuning. These guys installed it in no time at all and powered through the tunning with the manufacturer. I have had 0 issues since the install and I'm thrilled with the service and customer care.

Couldn t be happier with the custom duramax tuning Brent has done with my 03 lb7, price was unbeatable and the performance is outstanding, picked up some mileage as well, the quality of work that comes out of that shop is unbelievable, forever a customer and will recommend everyone I know

I took my '07 Duramax to 3 different mechanics who couldn't begin to figure out the problem. These guys put 2 days into figuring it out and only charged me a basic diagnose fee. I will take my truck back for anything I need.

I had some issues with my truck and the guys at Powerlab Diesel took a look at it for me and they where able to save me a bunch of money. They were so good I go to them first every time, I've been back several times for upgrades and I feel they've always treated me right. I recommend Powerlabs Diesel for repairs and upgrades.
