Very friendly and nice professional team, they fixed my TriPac APU system, it was not serious damage but very deeply hidden, these guys did their job perfectly, thanks guys your reputation is five stars.

These guys are amazing. Great service, they have never failed to work me in. This is the third time they have worked on my APU, for different reasons. We are based out of Northwest Arkansas, and it's worth the trip to come all the way up here. They deserve 10 stars.

These folks are amazing. My APU stopped running , I stopped there just to ask for advice. Long story short , they told me to drop my trailer , pull inside ans one hour later my APU was running again and I was on my way. It was the fuel pump. Fast , professional, friendly. They deserve more than 5 stars.

Great people and great service. They are very good at keeping them in their comfort zone of customer service. Excellent customer service!I needled trailer service before I loose s load.they did it in a professional and timely matter. Well done Thermo king.

I had a switch acting up on my unit They got me in right away They didn t have the switch but took one out of used unit and I was on my wayGreat service and friendly people VERY HELPFUL

I called the day before for service and was told they'd start first thing because my TK apu stopped working. I spent the night in their parking lot and was told in the morning that they probably couldn't even look at it until 3 days later. I drove 390 miles because they said they could do it that morning. God I wish I would have bought a carrier instead! I've been trying to find an honest TK shop for a long time. Is there even one?

Absolutely wonderful place! I had Warranty work done at the SLC shop and they forgot to reinstall my APU fan guard. I stopped here fully intending to purchase one and Ben took care of me and gave me a new guard and bolts to install it and even offered to have one of his guys do the work for free. I was treated extremely well by Ben and I fully endorse thos location

Didn't fix the problem with berth AC, talked me into something I didn't need and wouldn't even try to adjust the cycle on the APU. Said it was cycling so often because the AC was low on freon. Need to learn to listen to the driver. Maybe when the mechanics are old enough to shave.

These guys are the best. Took my carrier apu in and they were knowledgeable, honest, and very timely. Would recommend just stopping by and getting any unit you have serviced.

Great place to get you Semi trailer fixed. Staff was very professional and even stayed after hours to make sure our truck could pick up trailer same day an keep hauling.

Over $300.00 to replace a $30.00 belt. It took the technician less than an hour. Pure highway robbery! Next time I'll go across the street to Carrier. Definitely AVOID this Thermo King dealership!

Costed 100$ to tighten my trailer brakes. LOL. 2 minute job. i m in the wrong business. then again my friend would ve done it for 15$

They got me in pretty quick and in less than 2 hours had service and repaired my bunk heater and it's working good now

Set here for over 2 hours. No call back finally i called back told me no after hours tech. But called befor shop closed they said they will get someone in.
