From out of state and my wife had a rock chip her windshield on the way to pick me up from IDA airport. 10 minutes before Onsite was scheduled to close, we called and they said come on in. They waited for us and did an excellent job fixing the chip. Great service!! Thank you.

I was VERY pleased that Dan got me the best deal on my back window. Instead of replacing the whole back window, he was able to fix the rear defroster without incident!!! We will use them again!! I highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend! If you re looking for a local, honest windshield repair shop, this is it! I just moved to town and got a rock chip in my windshield. After calling around to a few places I went to Onsite who fixed my windshield in less than 15 minutes! They were professional and friendly and I will definitely be returning.

Rockchips turn into cracked windshields quickly when they happen so the last thing you want to do is wait a week to get it fixed. Onsite Auto Services was able to get my car right in, fix the chip, and had me back on my way in less than half an hour. They were extremely professional, super nice and had the best price in town out of everywhere I called. Most quotes were over $100, these guys quoted $40 for in shop and $50 for mobile, less than the deductible on my insurance and they did a great job fixing the chip in my window!Service: Auto windshield repair

Took a rock to the windshield just south of Idaho Falls while driving to Jackson. 10 minutes later saw On-site Auto Services & Sales and pulled in to see if they could help. Everyone was very friendly and they quickly went to work trying to repair the windshield. They were able to fill one side of the crack quickly, had to drill the opposite end to stop the crack from spreading, and fill from that side as well. Unfortunately, the crack was too long to fill completely, but they stopped it from spreading, which allowed us to continue to Jackson for our vacation. If I lived in Idaho Falls or the surrounding area, I would use them for all windshield repair or replacement needs, as they were so friendly, expeditious, and treated us so well. It s not often anymore that you see such great customer service, I give them my highest recommendation.Service: Auto windshield repair

I originally got a quote at a competitors auto glass repair shop, but thought I would check around at other places and landed on Onsite! I didn t realize that they could visit your home, which is an awesome and not too expensive service. When I first got to the shop, Sean took one look at my windshield and couldn t tell what was wrong with it! He came out to tell me that he couldn t in good conscious replace the windshield because it only had a minor rock chip and he couldn t find anything else wrong with it. That meant so much to me! He really went the extra mile and wasn t just trying to get a quick buck - which, as a single-appearing woman, I appreciated that he didn t take advantage of my ignorance on the subject. From beginning to end this business was hands down amazing! They were very accommodating letting me drop off my car the night before, the installation was done in a timely manner and each staff member I worked with was so kind and professional. Nick at Onsite Auto Service really too care of me with my windshield for my 2017 Nissan Titan. Their pricing and quality is great, and the service was excellent! These guys are awesome they replaced my windshield on my lifted f250 they were fast and efficient and very professional. They got me right in and got straight to work. I strongly recommend Onsite Auto Services and Sales inc.
