Great service! Richard is awesome and helped me try to fix my old wipers, sized them and suggested the best and most affordable brand to replace them with to then find out it was his day off! He was so willing to help and take his time to make sure i was set up all without being on the clock, thats some pretty good service if you ask me!

Tried to get headlamp replacements and collapsable garbage sacks. Associate was helpful and pointed out the headlamp replacements but they didn't have collapsable garbage containers.

This whole experience sucked. I have a truck that wouldn't start and I use it for work so I desperately need my truck. I don't recommend this store in Idaho Falls. I ordered a starter for my truck on 12/17 and they said it was coming from Boise and would be there that same day. Didn't come, so called the store and they said the same thing that it would be there the 18th. Didn't show up, I ask for them to call there Driver but couldn't get hold of the driver and still didn't show up on the 19th. On the 20th I call again seeing if they got a hold of the driver (after I called the Boise store to make sure they sent a driver and the starter) and they couldn't get a hold of the driver and it still didn't show up. On the 21st I call again, and they finally got a hold of the driver but the driver said he couldn't find Idaho Falls and is in Saint George but that he would make it back that day to Idaho Falls but didn't make it. Finally the 22nd the driver made it, yay.... wait a second the Driver doesn't have the starter... I have never seen a company fail so hard and be so unprofessional. I am fortunately taking my business elsewhere as it was proved to me they can't do their job.

Very knowledgeable and helpful, Ryan went out of the way to inform me of options and places of help or confirmed what I had arrived at ! Spent time and looked up all the details of my problem and provided the best options. I will always return for automotive needs and issuesGreat people !!

These guys are great! They did not have the part we needed, but the gentleman on the phone gave us his personalized service by ordering the part and calling us when it got there. I would definitely recommend.

I sure miss the old small town parts stores. I spend 5k to 8k a year here and they could care less. They sold me a faulty oil filter and looked at me in the eye and said the wix company told them to pull the filters off the shelf. They said sorry and would only replace the filter and 1/2 of the oil I wasted due to the filter. I caught the issue fast so no real damage except a big mess and 6 qts of oil on the floor. I have no loyalty to oriellys and never will.

Assistant manager is rude, unhelpful, and spiteful. He acts like every question or request is an inconvenience and straight lied about being able to return a part

I actually rank these guys over Auto Zone, at least in Idaho. Ordered Part's are on site before 8 am. Prices are a bit lower than Auto Zone and really friendly staff that actually seem to want to help you, whatever your situation.Nathan, at the front desk was very curious and helpful. America needs more people and businesses that actually try to help struggling Americans.God Bless America !!!

Excellent service! The clerk was very helpful and polite! I had 2 car batteries and a starter that i needed tested! So the starter tested good! One battery tested bad and it was an older battery! No problem! The other battery wouldnt take a charge and it was covered under warranty... The clerk was fast and grabbed a new battery off the shelf and told me everything was taken care of! Thank you and have a nice day! Wow! Check these guys out for your next battery or anything your vehicle might need! Great work guys!

Michael, the manager, was very helpful :) I really appreciate his time and trying to help me in my weird situation. While I was waiting for my situation to resolve, I overheard the other employees working with other customers and they were all very kind and helpful.

I went to get some oil and a filter. I had probably the best experience I have ever received from any store. He went above and beyond to help me before my trip 1500 miles across country. Showed me the best stuff that would help my engine and save as much money as possible. Gave me tips on how to get better gas mileage etc. I will definitely refer others to go to this store. They were very nice and honest people. Thanks again!

I came to o'reilly's today to get a brake caliper repair kit and for kid and the gentleman Tyler and Ryan got me fixed up and got me the right part I needed for my vehicle and told me that it would be here by Saturday in that absolutely saved my life lol please acknowledge these two guys are amazing they need to raise thank you Tyler and Ryan

This O'Reilly's was very helpful to me today. They were adequately staffed and I was in and out in a timely manner. The store was in good condition with the majority of the shelves well stocked.The transaction at the counter was rapid and the sales associates were knowledgable and professional.I would highly recommend.

Not super impressed with the staff. Went in for a battery and the person helping me didn't seem to know much. Came in an hour later to return my battery core and asked for refund in cash and cashier said it would be difficult to do and he was "feeling lazy".

O'Reillys is usually pretty great but this location was horrible. The customer service was non existent. I asked for info on a part before purchasing it and the greasy haired employee acted like it was a big deal to do his job which he couldn't do at all. I just went to another location and they helped me out there. Until they get better management or employee's I recommend ya go to a different location. There are more O'REILLY parts places not to terribly far from this one. The service will be better and they'll get ya a part with no hassles.

THEY ARE SO HELPFUL! I was in & out of the store within 8mins or less! the employee(Zak) installed my wiper blades for me! In this 28 degree weather! P.s. if you ever see this zak thanks for help! Even tho I asked I had the two dogs.

I had a major issue with my blower motor in my car and I wasn't sure what the problem was. Jim was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind enough to not only answer my questions but even show me in my car what I needed to try and fix. Thanks to Jim, I was able to successfully replace the resistor for my blower motor and everything is back to normal. Jim is a great guy and is very patient too which really made such a difficult situation with my car just that much easier to handle. Thanks Jim!!!

These stores are AMAZING! We were driving through Idaho Falls and needed an extension mirror and while in there asked for help getting a cell phone to charge. Juan knew his products and got us right back on the road. Thank you Juan!

Adam and his crew are an outstanding resource to the Idaho falls community. I run a fleet of over 30 vehicles and pieces of equipment day to day and the guys and girls at this location really make my job that much easier.. also Caleb behind the O'Reilly's commercial line, great guy always friendly and willing to help with his knowledge in parts.

I see a very good selection of auto parts and tools,books eat. I will say that I have to had to go back to the store in most cases to get the right part many times. It makes me feel like I'm going to run in to same thing every time I get parts.

They tested my old bad battery, helped me put in the new one, and help me figure out why my car wasn't starting. Great customer service especially since I didn't technically buy anything since the battery was still under warranty.
