Knowledgeable old folks behind the counter, they have a decent grasp of navigating Napa's inventory system and shelves. They're helpful, cordial, possibly gruff on occasion. You can get your moderately priced auto part needs met here.

The employee was helpful and tested our alternator, sold us the required parts, and recommended a local mechanic that was able to get us back on the road. The employee was knowledgeable and proficient and very friendly with our children through a stressful situation. 5 star service.

Drove all of the way to this store from Rigby to get a hose built cause it said their hours are open until 7pm on Saturdays. Pulled up at 5:30 and it's closed. I won't be shopping here, until they update their hours.

I have been going to this store for years.Only reason I go there because it is close to my house.Never had a time where I had to wait even when there is only 2 customers at the counter.Slow and inefficient when you actually do get your turn.Even when you order online and go in to pick up, you wait.Horribly understaffed.I don't have the time to wait when I can be in and out from the competition.I will drive the extra couple miles to save time and get faster service.

Parts staff seemed adequate and polite. Called ahead to ask for pricing on a sanding disc and I was told $2 each by John. I arrived at the store 10 minutes later and after searching for the part I was told they were $5.50 each. I was then told that John was just "guessing" and that they do not price match and will not honor their above mentioned quote price. The reason I drove to the store was because of the price on the sanding disc they had quoted me. Other than that the store was clean and organized, staff readily available.

I called their store first thing in the morning, and was asked to be out on hold for a second, sat on hold for nearly 10 mins. Drove down to the store later in the day and while standing in line had the gentleman behind the desk answer a call, and asked to place the customer on hold. The customer sat on hold for a good 5-10 minutes and then hung up after hopelessly waiting.There were customers in the store with only two clerks. The store should be taking names/numbers and giving call backs instead of wasting customers' time leaving them waiting on the phone until they hang up.That being said, the store is clean, and is generally competitively priced when compared to other local stores.

They are so nice and helpful! They arent always the fastest, but while I was working on my car I went and left like 10 times but everytime the welcomed me and I felt like they were new friends!

As I write this review, I have been on hold for 15 minutes. I would purchase more parts from Napa if they would answer their phones in a timely manner and see if the parts are available through them. But it usually takes at least a 2 minutes or more of the telephone ringing and then being put on hold before I can actually talk to someone. I usually only use them when I cant find a part somewhere else because they don't answer the phone. This is not due to Covid because this has been going on for years since Kevin and the other guys were working at the Anderson store. Napa used to be my go to for parts. As a young technician, I purchased all my start up tools and most supplies from them. unfortunately it has become my source of last resort. i called on a different phone and a different person helped me because I told them I was on the phone for 15 minutes.

Cheapest place I found for my sparkplugs for my vehicle. I called and the staff over the phone was great, nice and helpful. When I went in they were also very nice and liked the price for the sparkplugs I had to get for my vehicle too.

Reasonably Priced Parts for everything A to Z and everything inbetween.I could not find a 2amp fuse anywhere in Idaho Falls or Ammon, due to the rarity of the part. Luckily the experts at NAPA were able to find some in stock and at a reasonable price.The customer service is great and has technicians always willing to help.If need a part that no one else has, head over to NAPA. And no need to break the bank either.

This parts store has always been my favorite for good auto parts! They always seem to have quality parts and the staff has always been very helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable and even volunteer helpful know how information I didn't even know I needed! I will, of course, keep buying my auto parts here and I highly recommend them. Thanks Napa Auto Parts for outstanding service all the time!

While I was waiting to get so wires cut, all three of the people at the counter asked if I was being helped at different times. Really impressed with this location. Sometimes I go into stores and no one even greets me for 5 minuets.

Went into this store on 1/11 and it took nearly 5 minutes for anyone to try helping me. As I stood at the counter wondering if any of the 5 employees standing around gossiping would ever help me, I thought it might very well be the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I was looking for a relatively inexpensive part that was rather difficult to find for various reasons. Regardless, I was treated the same as if I were spending thousands of dollars. That is a big deal to me. I appreciate it very much and will never go anywhere else again.

Employees are a great help, but not a single one was wearing a mask and we are in critical Covid level. Come on NAPA do your part in this and follow the rules in requiring masks.

The counter people helped me track down some "drive line flange bolts" for an old pickup. They were very quick at tracking down the bolts I needed when other parts places were unable to help. It's also the biggest NAPA and really the biggest out of any auto parts store in Idaho Falls. If you need something, chances are this place has the best chance of tracking down what you need given the area, and worst case they can have parts shipped in the next day if they don't have it in stock.

Two different associates told me I needed 2 different parts when I asked for a rear turn signal. Then I was told how to open the compartment for the jack instead of the panel for changing our the bulb. Then no one would go to my car to even show me where to begin after what they told me was wrong.Very dissatisfied.

Wish I could give a 0 star review. They kept me on hold for 45 minutes then told me they were too busy with customers that come in. Very Rude and Ignorant employees. Won't be back again.

One of their employees blew through a four-way stop sign today at the corner of Lincoln and Ammon at 3:15 today. Didn't even slow down, very easily could have caused a wreck. Have never seen that before, especially by a "professional" business representative.

I've always liked the quality Auto parts and supplies NAPA carries. The service at this one does not disappoint. I got some tools, chemicals, and an oil filter.
