This is an excellent dealership. They managed to squeeze me in, did excellent work and had me on my way with a new DEF in just a few hours. And the staff I met, Sam and Mike are professional and genuinely nice people. Mountain West Volvo is the best!

If you re truck is older they refuse to work on it. Mike Hoffman is very dishonest. None of the issues he is referring to happened. I asked about redoing wire harness. You said you dont want to work on wiring. I since had a real shop work on it and replace the wiring. You re shop refused because it was too hard Buyer beware!!

Hello! Volvo 760, 2020. Got some faults at the same time, attached pictures. Reason was - small brake sensor under the sterling wheel. Thanks to the Mike, he is a really professional mechanic.Also no line at this location, flexible working hours, took me at 7am before opening, appreciate for that.Disadvantages: faucets at the all restrooms doesn t work properly, need a maintenance and the couch is broken. Hope they will fix that ASAP.Thanks

Mike and Sam were awesome.Needed a service on our Vnl 780. It s been Well cared for and this shop is super qualified. Didn t sell me anything I didn t need and yet I felt very confident they really looked the truck over well.There was a warranty repair that they found that I wasn t even aware of!We pass through here often and it s definitely my go to shop!! Thanks guys

I was not happy with a bill that I did not approve for one of my drivers. Mike was very professional and took very good care of me. This is a place that I will now give more business. Very happy with them taking care of a customer and compromising in a difficult situation.

They close at 5:00 p.m. I showed up at 3:00 pm ask them if they can plug in computer to check the fault code on my Volvo. They said the soonest they can get to it is the next day. Just to read the code and you get working on the truck is going to be a few days. Yet the parking lot was pretty much empty.

really didn't seem to care that they were getting new trucks. seems I put the service manager out after calling over the weekend, no one knows I was coming. very little help with completing delivery and had to get an outside wrecker assistance. truckmovers absolutely in the dark about delivery too. enjoyed crawling around in the gravel and dust for hours too. there's agood reason freightliner and paccar is numbrr one. excellent service.

They are very nice people and they did a great job with my truck. It seemed a little bit slow, but they have a drivers lounge with nice couches, coffee and tons of tv channels. Overall, I say good service.

This is the most scandalous and messed up place to have your truck worked on. They have you sign and agree to documents for bill out and then add more charges to it before they send it to the company. 3 bad injectors but warranty supposedly only covered 2 got in contact with tec volvo and they said warranty would cover all 6 send in copy of invoice. We did that and this place is still refusing to refund the money they took out of our escrow account. They screw warranty on multiple occasions and then Nickel and dime the customer after they agreed to a set amount. Screw this place

If I could give 0 Stars I would. Don't buy a Volvo, stick to American. And if you do have a Volvo get it fixed in Blackfoot at Pratt Truck Services.

Great experience here, didn't think there was any chance to find a part locally for a 25 year old truck, but they had it in stock. Makes life easy.

That place is rob the driver last year 11.13 20 I have a problem with my coolant filter leaking and take my truck to that palace when they check my truck and they told me your coolant pump is bad and thanks god they no have pump in stock I sad don t open if you no have a part and move my truck to twin falls id I bought the one coolant pump and 2 coolant filters and 2 Gallons coolant for emergency I reached to my town Victorville Ca and tell to the mechanic change the coolant filter and still my same pump is running good what they did they throw the coolant on the pump and show me see your pump is leaking

Tried to screw me over with warranty work even though my truck was in sound condition basically "forced" me to get it done then tried to bill me for the work after the fact, scandals wont ever be going back here and will not recommend anyone else too either!

Came to have a head light put on and got stuck. A gentleman showed me how and helped me put chains on four tires. Got me unstuck and put the light on in less than 10 minutes. All with a smile .
