We came home to find out our keys were not working. Called Monte s and within a short period of time they changed out the faulty lock and gave us new keys.Thank you for the speedy respond and will definitely recommend your services to every one. Once again, Thank You!

I had to get into my safe and my safe was not working anymore. The digital code wasn t working and I was able to call these guys and they came in quickly to my house and got it all done for me. Quick and efficient.

Cost of getting my keyfobs programmed at the dealer: $200 EACHCost from Monte's Lock & Key: $50 for multiple.Had it done in 5 minutes, no nonsense, just in and out. This is the ONLY locksmith I'm going to from now on.

Another great local business. Have taken all my keys to get copies here. Was able to get a set of knock off keys for my truck done for a lot less than what any dealer wanted. And all the sets work like they should. Was able to take my tractor key to get a copy and those have worked well too. I haven t used the home visit or emergency services before so I m not sure on that but on just general key copying he has done a great job.

Absolutely no sense of urgency whatsoever. Over 3 days I had to call repeatedly, tell them what the job entailed and how it could be accomplished, and they still couldn't be bothered to show up or even call me back a single time. Worst service I have seen from any company in a long time.

The store smells bad, but the service was good with much lower prices than the dealership wanted. I had them cut a copy of my car key. They were professional and fast. The dealership referred me to them when my type of key was backordered.

Fantastic through and through servicing experience with Monte's Idaho Falls location; the technician that helped me, J'Lynn, was the man! Very down to earth explanation of their services, got me right into getting a key cut & reprogrammed for a vehicle and was on my way! If you are needing locksmith or key services, this is definitely a local business that I'd vouch for.

I have used another locksmith in town, and they have been decent, but they were closed when I needed help. I went to Monte's Lock and Key and they were amazing! I asked them to make a key to fit an ignition I had (knowing it was a difficult task). They were eager to try, and they were done within about 1.5 hours. And the cost was very reasonable! Thank you!

Fast service and reasonable prices. I was a walk-in. Well greeted and quickly taken care of. They were quite busy, but the lone employee took care of business and no one had a long wait. Highly recommended.

One of the fastest and nicest experiences I have ever done, they were efficient and very friendly even joked around. I'm really glad I called them, they were very inexpensive for how other places were.
