Wrecked wife's car the last time we got in a wreck we took it to vision collision. They disappointed us. So this time we took it to Majestic Auto body and they stuck to their word and get a good review because everything they did was on point thanks guys no Wonder my grandparents and parents went through you guys and we will be doing the same from here on out good job guys

Incompetent and negligent. CAUTION.We had our Tahoe worked on by them after an accident and not only was their final repair bill almost double their bid, but I had to take it back for multiple problems.-the back window allowed lots of water in because they didn t put the seal on right. Took it back.-the front wheel was damaged by them and needed to be replaced (I caught this before picking up after repair).-pieces to hold the tow hitch cover on were removed and not replaced resulting in the cover falling off. They had to order this piece. not a huge deal.-there were vibrations on the highway still after the accident repair. They didn t check a wheel I initially expressed concern being damaged. I had to come back and they said they needed to replace it because it was so bad.Then after they replaced it, it was making a metallic sound at low speeds. They came up with some excuse about chrome covers being loose and wanted me to take it to their wheel place if I wanted it fixed. By this time I fed up with the hassle and time I ve had to chase them to get things done right the first time so I didn t bother.BIG MISTAKE I learned tonight. When I went to put on our winter wheels tonight, I pulled off the lug nut covers, which cover over all 6 lugs so you don t see them, and find TWO of my lug nuts were not attached at all. They had come off. Multiple other nuts were hand tight. My 5 yo could have removed them. NEVER TRUSTING THEM AGAIN.Sure they used someone else to do the wheels.They weren t looking out for their customer by double checking their work. A customer shouldn t have to do their quality and safety checks. The guy they had helping me was very professional.

Majestic replaced my front bumper perfectly. They worked quickly with my insurance to get my car in and got everything fixed within the time estimate they gave me - which was super quick. They also vacuumed my car and wiped down the dash for free. I recommend Majestic for any and all car repairs

Thank you Magestic! Yes, I tried to back out my car when the garage door was going up instead of waiting . My car looks great but what I really appreciate is that they were able to work this 2 hour job into my schedule knowing I was only home for a few days before going back to UT.Thank You Again!

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Majestic after a horrible 7 month ordeal with my insurance company and my local body shops in Jackson, WY. I had been trying to fix my vehicle since July 2023 and getting absolutely nowhere due to hard refusals of local shops not wanting to work with my insurance. Not to mention the local shop (Cecil s Collision) was just rude to me and kept lying to me about when my parts would be there.By Dec of 2023 I was recommended Majestic Auto Body by my boyfriend due to their partnership with BMW of Idaho Falls and doing great work for them. I got the shop approved by insurance and Majestic took care of the rest. They are so friendly, informative and efficient. I never once had to follow up on how things were going because they always kept in communication. I have never had a more pleasant first experience with a body shop and would HIGHLY recommend Majestic for any repairs!

They where very proffesional and kind. They communicated well and gave me updates anytime I called. I had them replace my bumper and my hitch on my truck after I got rear ended and they also fixed some dents and chipped paint on the bed where my bumper hit it during the accident. The quality of work was excellent.

Everybody we spoke to was extremely helpful. I really appreciated how welcoming everyone was. It always felt like we had someone that wanted to help not just do their job. Phone calls were answered everytime. If someone wasn't aware of the situation they had someone reach out that knew exactly what was going on in a timely manner. I was impressed with Majestic the moment the tow truck driver took immediate initiative. Thank you Majestic auto body. You put us at ease in a horrible situation.

I took are care over to get the body repaired and they have the equipment and employees to bring it back to factory condition, and Matt and the employees were top notch I would highly recommend Majestic body to any body needing to have there car repaired go see Matt they will give you the best experience in town. Kahn and the crew at Majestic are top rate! After kitting a deer with our '22 Ford Explorer, Kahn brought the tow truck 2.5 hours up to us, and hauled the car back. Service and communication was top-rate, they took on all the hassle with my insurance, and the repairs were done professionally and comprehensively. Can't recommend enough! I personally did not have to deal with the company because my insurance took care of the whole thing but everything seemed to have went perfectly smooth. They fixed up my car very nicely and even cleaned it for when I picked it up. They worked with Geico so we ll that even when it ended up going to cost more than they thought they just call Geico and got it approved without making me have to lift a finger. They also got my car done in 4 days when they estimated it would be 2 weeks which was fantastic. This place was great to me I d recommend.

I was recently hit by a drunk driver in my brand new car. The only positive light in my entire experience was the customer service I received from Brent and the team at Majestic Auto Body. My car was totalled but the customer service and genuine understanding I received from them was beyond compare. I hit some black cows that got out at night on an icy road. They were fine but my car; not so much. The guy at Majestic took a quick look, made something up about the radiator needing to be welded back on (which was totally undamaged and, by the way, held on with screws) with a list of other little aesthetic things that had to be done if the car was going to be drivable that kept the estimate for repairs above what the car was worth. Luckily, we went elsewhere to find out that the car was completely mechanically sound and in no need of repair. So glad I didn t have to lose those thousands of dollars thinking I had to get a new car.

My wife had somebody damage our car at a parking lot with a shopping cart. BIG SHOUT OUT to Kahn, Matt, and Jesse for taking a look at the vehicle, and fixing the damage, to not only save us the hassle of an insurance claim, but also saving the lady money that caused the damage to the vehicle. Definitely have our future work if needed (hopefully not lol) and will always recommend. Thank you guys very much for the standup customer service.Service: Body & Trim

My low beams went out last night. I called a dealership this morning to see if they could look at my headlights. I was told they MIGHT be able to fit it their schedule in the next 3 days, but they were booked out 2 weeks. I called Majestic and Tammy warmly answered the phone and told me to bring it right in and they would get it looked at today. The headlights on this newer van are a pain to put in and I was not sure the bulbs were the problem either since I replaced the bulbs less then a year ago. Turns out the bulbs were blown. Matt helped me set my mind at ease and told me he would let me know the problem. Izzy shuttled me to work in the morning and brought me back to the shop after work to pick my van up. Easy fix for Majestic, fair pricing, and a car wash upon return. They stepped up and rose to the occasion to ensure I was taken care of in this emergency situation. Kudos to the whole team including the workers who fixed me up, who are unnamed because I don t know who they are. You will be my first call next time. It is no wonder your business has grown. You customer service and attentiveness to the customer is awesome. I will be recommending you to everyone I know.

Incredible Shop! They are helpful, friendly and do amazing repairs. They also stand behind their work too! Repaired damage to my 2021 Ram 3500 last September. Paint and repairs were a perfect OEM match. Had a small issue arise with fitment of one of the parts and they immediately made it right! Thank you Majestic! I couldn't be more happy for the help and work you preformed.

Got there 10 minutes before they closed to find the doors locked, and people who did not seem interested in helping at all. I guess the only way to work with majestic is to find time to get away from work and do things on their time.
