Damon Steele was fantastic! Somebody rear ended me at a stop sign. I drive an older car so I was concerned it was gonna be totaled. In todays car market I knew for sure the insurance wasn t gonna give me enough to replace. Damon and the team at Lithia found a way to be cost effective so that insurance would just fix it. That was a major lifesaver! The paint match was also really good. I was surprised how well the paint turned out since the car is 17 years old. New paint and old paint matches well. Highly recommend them. Damon was above and beyond. He was understanding and communicative.

I purchased new headlights for my truck and they needed to be adjusted by a shop. After calling around to local shops, Lithia was able to do it for free. It was very quick, very friendly, and I would go there again with all my automotive needs!!

We came in with a broken driver-side rear window that couldn't be replaced but Damon took care of us. He got the guys to put a sheet over the broken window and refused to accept the money we tried to offer him. Beyond grateful! Would give a 6/5 rating if I could!

Bronson and bob took good care of me and my truck. Made sure I knew what I was paying for. Really respectful and good customer service. They made my truck look like nothing happened to it and got it done quick! These guys are awesome. They explained everything to me while walking me around my truck. I ll be sending more people their way And I ll be doing business with them as well in the future. Highly recommend!! 10 stars If I could!

Bob was fantastic! We re on vacation and had car problem we thought would take a week to fix. Bob had us back on the road in an hour!!!! Amazing customer service and so friendly and generous! If anyone is in Idaho Falls, he s the person to call! Thank you so much!! Brad, patty and the brindles :)

This review is for Robert and his excellent service. We have brought in multiple cars for multiple issues and regardless of how big or small the job is, Robert is always very professional and always gets the job done quickly!! Everything done at this shop is done well and we leave feeling like our money has been well spent. It is rare these days to receive this level of customer service anywhere and we appreciate everything he has done for us!! Thank you Robert! You keep us coming back! :)

We had problem with the chrome on one of the running boards. Robert Wadsworth, Body Shop Director at Broadway Ford in Idaho Falls took it upon himself to contact Ford regarding this defect. Ford was unwilling to correct the problem. Therefore, Robert was able to correct the problem locally. We are so grateful that he was concerned that we were happy with our vehicle and the service he provided. We would gladly recommend his service to anyone needing any of the services that he provides. It is refreshing to find an individual that is truly interested in the person and his satisfaction with the vehicle.

Very professional team! I was in and out quickly, and they did exactly what was promised. I highly recommend them, my truck was clean and looked sharp when we got it back. The spray-in bedliner was perfect.

I just picked up my truck after being repaired from some pretty bad damage. They went more than the extra mile, we could not be happier! Bob and his full staff were absolutely wonderful. I have had them do work on multiple vehicles and have been more than pleased every time. I feel like I am driving a new truck again. I wish I could give MORE than 5 stars!!! Thanks to you ALL

Robert really went that extra mile to help me out. They installed my drop down power steps and a tonneau cover on my truck quickly and and for a total cost even less than they quoted me the first time. (By almost $500 less!!!)A year later I was having some small issues with the cover not locking in place and the steps not fully stowing away. He got me in immediately, fixed the problems as well as showing me how to prevent it from happening again.LASTLY, my trailer lights hitch was giving me problems with a "lamp fault" notification. A very fast blinking light on every trailer I hooked into. After some head scratching and some tracing down, problem found AND SOLVED that day.The service department was backed up for several weeks, so again, KUDOS and THANKS to Robert and his crew for immediate and great service!!

I was hit in a parking lot and had one side of my car (very important to me) damaged. Robert went out of his way not only to insure the damage was repaired, but then did additional custom work, removed some door dings, and painted the hood all out of goodwill to make sure the job came out immaculate. I will admit the headlights were poorly aligned and a bumper had a raised corner, but they were easy fixes. I was told not to go to a dealer for this work, but they came through.

I am thankful that Lithia Ford collision truly stands behind their lifetime guarantee. I had some fender flares that were sprayed with Speedliner bed liner to match the color of the truck. For some odd reason, five years later they were sort of discoloring. I took it back and Bob immediately took care of it. Thank you Lithia Ford collision!Service: Painting

Robert Wadsworth bent over backwards to help me out even though my truck was no longer under warranty. He was very willing to try several quick fixes at no cost. I have never been to a body shop so willing to fix something minor at no cost or try a quick fix at no cost to see if it would even fix the problem. I was happy I didn't spend the money at a different body shop for the same service only to find out it wouldn't fix the problem. Thank you Robert Wadsworth.

I love this body shop so much. They are so friendly and it s amazing. I had the technicians named Kevin do my work and it turned out flawless. It was as perfect as the day I bought it. I recommend this place to everyone

After my Brand new truck got egged, they helped and worked with my insurance to get the repair completed very quickly, and the finished job made it look like nothing had happened, they are very professional, very fair priced, and I don t think the quality could be matched in Idaho Falls, they are the only body shop I will ever feel fully comfortable taking my vehicles too.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
