I had a fantastic experience! The customer service was great and Nathan was so helpful and knowledgeable while he was loading my vehicle. I got a picture confirmation when my vehicle arrived at the destination. 10/10 would recommend!

I'm happy to share a fantastic review for Lindsay Towing, one of the best towing companies out there!Recently, I found myself stuck in the snow with my truck and trailer. It was a Saturday, and I had no idea what to do. Luckily, Lindsay Towing drove by and immediately stopped to help me out. From the moment they arrived, I knew I was in good hands.Not only were they incredibly skilled at getting my truck and trailer unstuck, but they were also some of the nicest people I've ever met. They were patient, kind, and understanding throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing, and I felt like I was in the best possible hands.It's not every day that you come across such wonderful people, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found Lindsay Towing. First off I just want to say thank you so much! What a wonderful human being this person was! I was driving a tuck and trailor and got stuck really bad like really, really bad!! He was returning from another accident and pulled over and helped us out! He managed to get us out in no time! He was so friendly and kind. 100% recommended him and this company!

We had a flat tire in Yellowstone and had to be towed across 170 miles for service. Nathan showed up like a superhero! He is professional, hard-working and a great person to chat with. He made our day & trip instantly better! In 2 hours, we have arrived at the dealership, safe and sound.It is so great to get to know local businesses and people like Lindsey Truck Towing and Nathan. Although unexpected, this too will be a memorable part of our trip.Thanks again Nathan!

I am so grateful for this company, I got scammed twice before these guys, the woman in charge had a guy out to me in under 30 minutes and he (Tyler) took me to a great auto body shop not too far away. I called Lindsay Towing the morning of 12/19/2022 in need of towing service for my car that wouldn't start. They were fast, reasonably priced, and gave me a ride to the dealership no questions asked. The driver, Anthony, helped every way he could, and even tried multiple methods to get my car off the bed without damaging my low bumper.I'm leaving this review because Anthony deserves recognition for his friendly, professional, and caring service he provided me through Lindsay Towing. I'd certainly recommend them to those in need of a tow.

I broke down in the middle of a road trip with two small children and my girlfriend on a busy interstate with only a general idea of where we were. Insurance told us to try Lindsay towing and it was the best decision they could have made. They sent Nathan (the man deserves a raise). He made sure we were safe and comfortable for the 55 mile tow and even took us to a hotel and waited to ensure we had a room before taking our car to the dealership... The definition of above an beyond. I could not recommend them more. Thank you guys, and especially Nathan. Now to figure everything else out

My husband and I were from out of town heading to West Yellowstone for a long over due vacation. Unfortunately we lost control of our car and found ourselves in a ditch. A bystander saw us and attempted to help. My husband and I are very resourceful, but we were out of our element. I prayed for help and within 5 minutes, Lindsay Truck and Towing arrived out of no where. Tyler, the operator, was so kind and thorough at looking at the car and snow situation. He made his assessment and offered to pull us out for a fair price! He was respectful of our car and of us. As a fire fighter, I work with tow truck companies often - Tyler and the company is one of the best I ve seen. Thanks again!!Service: Car towing

So grateful at the amazing service and great response time of this company. The driver who helped me was extremely helpful and kind. Our vehicles battery died and the keys were locked inside. Since it was after hours (10:30pm) I was expecting to wait for a long time and pay an exorbitant amount. The driver was there within 10 minutes of my phone call and charged a rate that was lower than I expected to pay. They have my loyalty as a customer after my experience with them tonight.

After locking myself out of my car while it was still running, the insurance company told me it would take two hours for someone to come and help me. Lindsay trucking was there in 10 minutes. My friend and I were waiting on our husbands who were on snowmobiles and we tried to turn around off of Hwy 20 (I believe) and got stuck. After several attempts of trying to get out, we were contemplating calling AAA or our rental company or a local tow truck when Wyatt showed up from Lindsay s Towing! What a wonderful sight! He was in the area for another job and didn t have to stop but did. Such a wonderful, friendly guy who was very knowledgeable and so helpful. I might add his truck was very impressive too!Thank you, Wyatt, and Lindsay Towing for saving the day for us on a super cold day in West Yellowstone!

This is the best tow experience and the most friendly and professional service I have ever received. We had a devastating situation where my 81 year old grandmothers car caught on fire near Ashton Idaho. Lindsay towing came highly recommended by the police chief that assisted in our incident report. They arrived quickly and not only did Quinn load the car to the tow bed quickly, but he also loaded all of our luggage and belongings and have a ride for the 3 of us to the shop. After this is when they went even more above and beyond!This was also my nephews 10th birthday and Quinn made his day with a Lindsay towing hat as a gift! Quinn called around to hotels to try to find us a room and when he didn t find one local, the owners of the shop, Brad and Joanne, drove us 2 hours all the way back to Idaho Falls, where they dropped us and our belongings at a hotel (and they are the nicest people, we chatted the whole ride) Another employee, Suzie, took my grandmothers scooter and more luggage in another vehicle behind us and dropped it off at 11pm at our hotel! They also stored some of our belongings at their office in Idaho until we got the rental car the next day. Suzie texted me the whole time checking on us and we are on our way to pick up our belongings now. If this isn t the best service you ve ever heard of! They turned a bad situation into one of the best experiences. They showed us that people in this world still care and want to help! I would recommend them a million times over!! I had a really tricky situation where I needed multiple antique cars moved around and one moved from a residence to a storage facility. None of the cars run and are all project cars, so they needed to be towed. Lindsay arrived when they said they would and towed all the cars and got them out of and then later into the most tricky, difficult storage locations. The logistics of moving these cars were pretty tough and the Lindsay employees did a great job. We actually had to spend several hours on this project loading and offloading in challenging weather, and all three of the employees that I dealt with were super nice, friendly, professional, patient, helpful and most importantly, knowledgeable. I would use their services again in the future.Service: Car towing

I have to say these folks are great people!!! My truck broke down and they came to the rescue! I couldn t have ended up in better hands. Zach the owner was not only a professional but a kind and considerate human being. I thought I d ended up at the mercy of PIRATES when I broke down on a dangerous curve going up a steep hill. The first thing that came to my mind is, the towing company is gonna rob me blind !!!! But I couldn t have been more mistaken. I don t normally write reviews but in this case it s only fitting that I say there ARE !!!! good, honest people still out there and these folks definitely are . Thanks again guys!

My son s car broke down and lost the power steering. After a quick diagnostic we determined one of the pulleys for the serpentine belt had broken.Lindsay towing was our first call. They quickly answered the phone and had someone to us in less than 15 minutes. Friendly, courteous, and professional! This team is awesome!!Service: Car towing

had to really request hard for a flat tire repair, their website shows open till 6 pm, i was given a feeling that it's a favor.Was charged $100 for a simple flat repair and Brad asked "do you want me to put the tire back on after fixing the flat?"as if I would have wanted to drive on Donut tire??guess they believe in making the most of the opportunity and charging exorbitant prices.repair was done in a timely manner, that's the only positive.

We were nearing the last hour of an 8-hour drive from OR to MT when we switched drivers, only to have the door slam shut with the metal connector of the seatbelt stuck in the door. Door was stuck ajar by an inch and could not open or close, no matter how hard we tried. AAA connected us with Lindsay and they were awesome doing their best to help us out. We ended up not needing the tow, but they went above and beyond trying to find us a mechanic where we were sidelined. Good people help keep the world going and this is one business I can say is racking up the good kharma. Thank you!Service: Car towing

I was broken down in Northern Utah for 1 1/2 days waiting for a tow truck to show up that was being sent by my insurance provider. We were driving south and our RV overheated and started leaking the coolant. I made some calls to some mobile mechanics and they suggested it was probably my thermostat and I would needed to be towed to there shop. We were able to crawl to a truck center and they allowed us to stay there until help arrived. Lindsey towing stopped to get gas and the owner said he couldn't help with the tow because his truck wasn't the right size. He looked at my engine and stated my serpentine belt was gone. He called his contact in Idaho and got the right part number for the belt that was needed. An hour and half later we were back on the road. I am so thankful for Lindsay Towing. Our car broke down 4th of July weekend in the AutoZone parking lot Lindsay towing was quick to send someone out to get us a tow home. When they arrived they were super awesome and even helped get us home. They were friendly and fast. This is our second time having to go through Lindsay towing and if we ever need another tow we won't hesitate to call!Service: Car towing

I called they were way fairly priced best quote I got. They were responsive and kind. I didn't have to use their service due to being able to fix what made the car not wanna move in the first place but they will be who I will call from here on out.

Best service ever! Super professional and very nice. Arrived on time to save the day! We were stuck in a pile of snow and they pulled us right out. On our way out Wegot stuck again trying to get back to main road. Our RV broke down in the Grand Tetons. They diagnosed our problem over the phone and ordered the right part immediately. They towed us in, and had us on the road the next day. All for a fair price. We're so grateful that we found these guys.
