They helped me out of a bind on a Saturday morning. Quickly took care of removing a screw in my tire and patching it. They also topped off the air in on my tires. Really appreciate them!

I paid $517.24 for new brake pads, calibers, and rotors. That was for my front brakes alone. The brakes feel nice but i don't trust that the pricing was right. I am a woman who goes into a car shop alone to get something worked on my car. They were kind to speak to but i was given an estimate when i called the day before to make my appointment. An estimate was all I knew when my car was worked on. i didn't receive a call from them saying how much it would be exactly when my car was being worked on. Unfortunately, I paid that price but the warranty is good for 36 month or 25,000 miles, whichever comes first. Everyone i've talked outside of this shop agreed i was overcharged, but at least the brakes feel good and i no longer have to hear squeaking whenever i brake.

Long story short They are dishonest. My significant other was injured cause of them, headquarters wont answer there phones after 1 month of calling them and leaving voicemails to get reimbursed for damages and tow truck I was also left without a vehicle for 2 weeks as another local les Schwab took 2 weeks to fix the truck. If I could give 0 stars I would, this place is a complete JOKE! , brought my truck over to them cause it was in accident and was making a squeaking noise. I told them do whatever it took to get rid of the noise as the at fault driver insurance company was gonna reimburse me, they said the control arms were the culprit of the noise and matches up too it from the car accident. I said thats ok repair whatever is needed. Then they charge me 200 more cause they were a special part. The noise was still there and I let them know and they advised me to keep driving it as the parts needed to be broken in , fast forward 2 days later. The insurance company reaches out to them to confirm it was from the car accident and they told them no it was an old part, so I got stuck with a 800 dollar bill. 2 weeks later I m driving and my ball joint broke on the same side it was making noise on, and I called the store and Dave the store manager said he is not taking responsibility as a ball joint can give out at any given time. Really? After I had my truck over there for a noise that wasn t even diagnosed properly and everything was inspected and tight it would just give out at any given time . One of my brand new wheels is ruined and my girlfriend was injured from the ball joint failing going 40 miles per hour, we were getting ready to head on the freeway when this happened we could have died from les schwabs carelessness. I tried to reach they re risk services to be reimbursed for my brand new wheel and a tow truck and guess what no one answers there phone and I have no update on anything going on. I would advise anyone that cares about safety to please not let them touch your vehicle. This is a lesson learned and I am reporting all this to the BBB.

Paid 600$ to get some break work done,I was told it would solve the rubbing sound I was hearing. Long story short it s still making the same noise which they waited to conveniently tell me when they were already finished. I m disappointed Les Schwab, I would have taken it elsewhere but usually the service is great.

At the beginning of the month my fianc took my 02 Silverado into this Les Schwab to get it aligned and all the brand new front end components greased. I was busy with work on the day available so I was unable to go myself. I understand there s a stereotype against women that they don t know anything about vehicles but the complete and utter lack of respect to her as a paying customer is ridiculous. We paid for a full alignment, the camber was not adjusted and is still out of spec. not by much but absolutely out of spec. The notes on the invoice blatantly state Adjusted Toe Only . Why am I paying the full $125 for a job that s only 1/3 of the way done? My Fianc also asked for the new front end components to be greased, at my request. When she asked to make sure they greased the front end the man at the desk said Most of the front end was greased . Most? She asked him to elaborate on what Most is, he repeated Most of the front end was greased . that exchange happened about 3 times before finally she left and called to tell me what happened. These parts are not cheap. They were a combination of MOOG and Kryptonite parts. I wasn t able to confirm till tonight that only the uppers were greased. Coming to find out ONLY the upper ball joints were greased is very frustrating. I just finished putting grease in the other components so it is good to drive and it took all of 30 minutes. that s including the drive to harbor freight for a new grease gun. The laziness of the guys working on vehicles and lack of respect for customers is a shame. Les Schwab is so convenient with they re scheduling and payment options it s a shame the employees clearly don t care about doing a good and complete job and I can t trust the neighborhood tire shop to be honest and open about the work they re doing and treat customers with respect.

I stopped to ask if Les Schwab could tighten a couple bolts on my axle. After 20 min of discussion, they said come back.I went to Big O and they tightened them in 5 minutes, for free.

I was recently here to get an inspection done on a truck that I was looking at buying via private party. I came in and told them I was looking at this truck to buy, the owner of it said he just had most of the front end work done, everything from the ball joints, tie rods new shocks and springs, new cv axels, etc, I told them I know the front tires are shot, and ill probably need to replace them, (there is very obvious wear on the shoulders, signs of severe flat spots on the tread portion of the tires and weird cracking, the rear tires do not show any of these signs.) I also told them that something still feels odd in the front end, you can feel it, and hear it when you are turning, and aswell as driving, and asked if they could give it a thorough inspection and make sure there isnt anything else wrong like a wheel bearing going out or something else in the front end, as I need to make sure i know what im getting into and depending the severity of it I may just need to walk away from the truck so I dont get stuck finding out later something serious is wrong and cost me more money or something break and I get into an accident.. They said they do a full multipoint inspection of everything front to back with the chassis and suspension, wheels tires and brakes etc. So they took it back, had it up and had the wheels and tires off supposably checking everything for wear and or play and whatever else they were doing back there to it. Pulled it out said everything looked good, even your tires, and nothing needed replaced there, only thing they recomended was an aligntment and the brakes.. I still insisted the tires are junk and and needed a quote for some tires. They gave me a print out of a few, and a print out of there "inspection findings" showing nothing was wrong, the front tires only had some wear on the shoulder, but I just needed an alignment and brakes.. nothing mentioned about the weird growly grinding noise I mentioned i could hear and feel in the front end when turning or driving... So taking there professional word and advice as a professional shop that should know what double check all front end components during an inspection means, I made the decision to make the owner of the truck an offer and buy it, thinking all I needed was to get some tires and an alignment for it done.. HOWEVER I still had a gut feeling that something was STILL not feeling right nor sounding right in the front end, I took it to another shop, I went to Commercial Tire just down the road, gave them the exact same information and request that I gave to les schwaab, and let them know my concern for the grinding feeling off in the front. Within 10 mins of them having it in the air looking it over, the manager came and got me to show me everything they were finding. They had found the new upper and lower ball joints that had been installed on the truck were all installed improperly on both side of the truck, causeing severe play in the wheel and excessive damage to the steering alignment knuckle. He explained the lowers have been way over torqued on, and the uppers were loose and not even seated into the knuckle, said this was likely the cause of that feeling and noise I kept getting while driving. The new inner tie rod ends already had excessive play in them, the cv axels were good however the passenger side stearing rack axel seal plate and seal had severe damage, likeley caused from improper removal of the old cv axel, and was overlooked durring installation. Recomended the brakes get replaced due to excessive wear. Showed me all the damage on the front tire I explained at the beginning of this, and explained the concerns and highly suggested at least 2 new tires to avoid having a blow out causing an accident, and also showed me the poor condition the wheels were in, 2 of which the valve stem TPMS snesors were not even secured properly into the wheel and were missing the retaining sleeve on the outside. I was pissed when I found all this out. I told Joe thank you, and asked for a copy of the inspection. Les schwaabs service is a joke...

I took my wife's car in today because I noticed it has a bubble on the tire. I have worked with this location for about 15 years both at work and personally. The tire was ruined and the other three were at the end of their useful tread life. I asked Dave for his recommendation and I agreed with it and approved putting them on my car. He indicated they would get my car into the shop in about 30 minutes. With a boatload of undercommit over deliver my car was ready to go before I even thought it was due to go back. My experience was outstanding but that was also what I anticipated which is why I go back. Thanks guys!

I took two of our cars to Les Schwab Tire Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho for their free pre-trip safety check. They visually inspected everything, including the tires, wheel alignment, brakes, shocks, fluids, and more. They did a satisfactory job and completed the service in a reasonable time. I appreciated their courtesy and professionalism. I might consider going back to them in the future.

I've learned over many years that with tires, you get what you pay for. I appreciate how Les Schwab showed me many options and helped me make a well-informed decision on which tires for my truck. I didn't have an appointment was told it would be an hour and a half. But it was only about half that. 100% satisfied.

I recently brought my car in after hitting a deep pot hole, my steering wheel was just slightly off center so I brought my 2021 Sentra here to get an alignment. Although the visit was quick, I was told I could not have an alignment, that my control arm was bent, and the wheel bearing had a "flat spot". I was quoted $1003.00 to "fix it" I contacted my insurance and they recommended a different shop. I took it to the other shop and surprise surprise, no damaged parts in my car, only needed an alignment and a small adjustment to my engine cradle, only paid $225.00 to fix it. I have lost all my trust in Les Schwab and will NEVER go to one of their locations for anything.

They open at 8:00 am, service is great, the reason this store is busy is because they do a good job.10 months later...Pulled in 1/2 hr early for a tire rotation, the front door was open and two men were getting g ready for a busy Saturday. The gentleman at the counter explained that they start in a half hour at 8am but processed me in anyway, I handed him my keys and sat down.At 8:04am my name was called and my truck was already done..This is service above and beyond, exceptional and these days almost unheard of.Thank you for kicking my weekend off on a positive!

They had wrong address for bill to be sent and contacted multiple times to get the bill then paid it all and they recharged and now say can't but let charge 50 two days ago. The manager was rude and ignorant and told me before hung the payment has to be done Now on phone o said I'll do it in person or online for receipt for payment due to payment last time being taken and then saying it didn't and took 4 months. They are jokes just money hungry. I have all the paperwork of payment thanks.....

Service was fast, but expensive. They charged me $35 a tire to put tires on my car. Other places locally charge half that amount.I still ended up saving about $600 by buying my tires somewhere else and just having them installed at Les Schwab. I d encourage other people to shop around a bit more before going here.

I've purchased multiple sets of tires, for my personal, and business vehicles, from Les Schwab, all of them at this location. The service is very good. The employees are polite and friendly. The techs will get it done ASAP. As long as you don't arrive when they are extremely busy, wait times are very reasonable. Or, you can drop off your vehicle, and they'll give you a call when its ready. The tires they sell are quality, and their free flat repair, rotations, and warranty is great.Other locations I've visited for rotations and flat repairs have been just as good.I hope the new owners of Les Schwab Inc. don't change a thing. All of the franchises I've dealt with have been good.
