If you are fixing your own car and are just wanting them to do the alignment, don't waste your time! They said we did your alignment and your steering wheel is upside down still. I said yeah, it's got a new rack and pinion, so it's out of wack from that. I even told the tech how to adjust the steering wheel, it's one 10mm bolt from inside the van, and he said nope, not doing it. Tech said they aren't their parts, so it's too much liability to touch something in case it's damaged. So if youre like me and do your own parts, they're biased against those customers. So I called Bybee's, explained my frustrations and made sure they wanted my business, and they scheduled me for the next day. And they're cheaper, 109.00 vs the 130-140 for les schwab. I have used les schwab for years, bought tires only from them for years, but the tire prices got too much and now their alignment stuff is being ridiculous that they won't straighten your steering wheel as part of an alignment. Guess I'm done with taking my business there, and I hope some others learn to stop taking business there too from this review

Excellent service. I was greeted quickly when I arrived. Friendly staff. Replaced my tires and informed me of additional issues with my truck. I appreciated their informed input on choosing a quality tire. Scheduled a second appointment to have other issues resolved. Prompt, friendly, quality service. My kids loved the popcorn and candy machine.

We were in a pickle this morning with a nearly flat tire and an appointment 45 minutes away. Darrell and his pit crew were faster than Nascar at fixing our flat. Thanks fellas

I had such a great experience at this Les Schwab because of the wonderful employees that work here! Keegan and Darryl assisted me with choosing my tires and of course putting them. Keegan explained in detail (by showing me) an issue that my truck was having with its shocks, which was super helpful. They got me in during the last half hour they were open and my tires were done in less than an hour. What exceptional service and efficiency! Elyssa was amazing at the front desk too. I appreciated how accommodating and gracious she was. They even allowed my puppy to come inside and hang out! Thank you all for a great experience!

Wife went in with WA WA WA WA sound ( I thought a wheel bearing). She comes out with $1200 of new tire when they tires we had were only 6 months old. 3 weeks later at a different schwab back with a worsened noise. $500 later wheel bearing fixed. I didnt need new tires I needed a new wheel bearing but I eventually ended up with new wheel bearing and unnecessary new tires.

These guys were honest and saved our road trip! We stopped in Idaho springs for gas and as we were getting back on the highway we got a flat. (We thought it would be a flat that we could patch but by the time we change the spare we knew the tire was done for.) we didn t expect to have to get a whole new set of tires but they helped out in a quick pinch and got us back on the road within an out! They were honest and reliable! So thankful to have come across this crew!

There s been times that Les Schwab saved the day, but sadly more often than not, times where they ruined it. Especially at this location. Years and years of going to mechanics and shops, including this place for minor things because you simply can t trust this location with anything important, and I still have yet to find a place worse. I have hope and faith that after years a business could improve! But it s simply not the case for this Les Schwab location, as many many locals here would agree and love to see this place completely make a 180, or just be gone in general. Very sleazy. Best word to describe the work ethic here. The first problem comes with the front desk. My most recent visit found me in a completely empty store front. No line, no other customers, and only one vehicle in a bay. Not only had my vehicle sat all day (just waiting for a tire rotation as well as an alignment and a look at the shocks), theres no one manning the desk. This is a regular thing and I feel just having a dedicated employee up front would do wonders! Lots of local shops here have a nice office with great desk help. That alone would grant an extra star to this review. My vehicle did not receive any work to it, for the entire day. Didn t receive a call or anything, and was confidently told it really wouldn t take that long at all! They close at 6PM, came in at 5:45PM to see what was up. Tires had been rotated and was set aside. Nothing else done to it. Also informed them in the morning that I do live 2 hours away, and no extra car to go home with so. I don t know. You be the judge! Have plenty of other examples with proof of warranties not being honored, plenty of work not being done, and even minor damages after work was done. Read the reviews! This is not the place for anyone. I would recommend Tunex and Oswald s.

If there was an award for being the slowest tire shop west of the Mississippi, these guys would definitely be the winner. And it s a problem every time I go in.

Steering wheel pulls to the side A LOT after doing an alignment at this location. People working there seem to be nice, but I think the technician doesn't know what he is doing.Also no hot chocolate or tea.

Had to open a new account after my wife died m. They were more than happy to do it. I got new tires the staff are real friendly. Even had coffee and popcorn. Had a real good experience. I will always use them for my car needs

Don t go here they ll give you an estimate wait of 2hrs 1/2 for a single tire replacement!! They didn t even have too take it off the car I BROUGHT THE TIRE TOO THEM too change a single tire yet they had me waiting for over 2 hours and didn t even touch my tire AT ALL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Point S in Blackfoot i was in and out in LESS than 30 minutes. DO BETTER.

My tire went flat from hitting a pot hole my wheel was bent but my tire was still good.Les Schwab gave me tips on finding a used wheel and they fixed me up. I also needed new brakes and they did it no problem.They are great! Fantastic customer service! They even put my spare and jack back neatly in my trunk.Make an appointment if possible.Thanks!!

Had great service today. My nephew and I were trying to find a tire for his truck. The one place we were at said it would have to be ordered. Les Schwab had his tire in stock and also got it switched out quickly. The girls that where helping us checked in and out were awesome and had us laughing.

I went to get my tires rotated. The guy said I needed new tires. Tried to tell me they'd never been rotated except I have receipts saying otherwise. Told me they couldn't rotate my tires because there wasn't enough tread. I bought my tires from them in 2018 but have only put 31,000 miles on them. Not a happy customer and won't be buying tires from them again if that's all the wear I'm going to get out of them. I have a certificate saying they should last 80,000 miles.Update: I filled out your form and have heard nothing back.

Amazing tire shop. We had a nightmare drive from Montana with two flat tires. The story is too long to tell here. Fortunately we talked to Casey the manager and he went out of his way to help us. He even drove us back to our hotel while they worked on our tires. Such a great operation and we could not be happier. Highly recommend this Les Schwab tire.

This is what they will do to 3 out of 4 of your newly purchased wheels. To make matters worse, they will not take them back unless you buy more wheels from them. And get this, they'll still tack on 10% over cost. These tire monkeys are crooks, do not waste your time and money here. Help out a local shop owner instead, they'll treat you right and give you prices that are about half of Les Schwab's.

This review is a statement on the contradiction between the great service at the Les Schwab in Idaho Falls vs the poor service at Les Schwab Salmon. My husband and I have been Les Schwab customers for over 30 years because of their Best Tire Value Promise. Thus, we were disappointed with the service and expertise of the Les Schwab in Salmon, Idaho. It took just a week for the custom wheels and tires to arrive that I ordered good start. After the tires and wheels are mounted, all the tire pressure monitors are not reading. We are told to drive at 60mph for about 15 miles and the system will update. We drove over 100 miles yet, one of the tires would not register. At this point, Phillip at the Salmon Les Schwab tells me we must bring the vehicle back in order for them to diagnose. After driving another 200 miles roundtrip back to Salmon, they cannot fix the problem. Instead, they direct me to the auto dealer. In the process of driving 300 miles on the new tires and wheels, weights fall off the wheels in my driveway. Again, call Salmon Les Schwab and talk to the manager, Josh. He proceeds to tell us that tires and wheels don t really need weights. Seriously, why does Les Schwab spend millions for all this balancing equipment in their stores, if it is not needed! At this point, we contact the Les Schwab in Idaho Falls on Constitution and speak with the manager, Casey. Casey is appalled that Josh in Salmon would make such statements. Casey agrees to call us back in a few minutes. Within 10 minutes, Josh is calling us to back track on his statements and let us know we can come back and he will fix the issue. Next, Casey calls us back and offers to make everything right. Decision was made to drive to Idaho Falls Les Schwab even though it is over 200 miles roundtrip, also. Casey s team did an excellent job! They rebalanced every tire because they were all out of balance guess Salmon Les Schwab really does not use those balancing machines. And, they discovered the tire pressure monitor had been installed incorrectly. After Casey s team repositioned the TPM, they drove it around the block and all the monitors were working perfectly. I cannot say enough great things about the team in Idaho Falls. Thank you so much to Casey and the entire staff at Les Schwab Idaho Falls. They restored my faith in Les Schwab!

Had a tie rod break while on vacation passing through town. These guys got us in and back on the road quickly! Great service! Highly recommended!

I don't like this location. They had my Civic for like 3 days, ordered the wrong parts and also didn't order other parts I clearly requested, then made sure to do mine last, etc. The manager said he was sorry. I just stopped in with my new Civic wondering if they could tell me what kind of suspension it has, and they turned me away. Said they didn't have the time. Pffttt. I'm done with this place and it's poor work ethic. You guys charge more because you're supposed to have good service. Now, I will eventually convert this to a 5 star review or at least delete it because I'm not trying to harm anyone's business (more consideration than I've been showed for the record), but I just wanted whoever checks these reviews to know your people are slacking. You lost a customer for life all because you couldn't take 2 minutes to throw my car up on a lift. To be honest the guy wouldn't even come out to the parking lot he was too busy. This would NEVER fly at the Les Schwabs I grew up going to.

The store manager Casey is a great guy. He goes above and beyond to take care of you. He is more concerned about the well being of your vehicle and the safety of your family then making sells. This store is also very involved in the community and is helping the youth a lot through the 4-H program. So support those who support our communities youth.

As my family and I were traveling through Idaho falls with a fifth wheel trailer. I had pulled off for a stop only to realize I had a rock that penetrated through the rubber/wall of the tire and was causing a slow leak and if I stayed pulling the trailer on the freeway a blow out was inevitable. At closing on a Saturday night the team from this Les Schwab tire location got my truck attached to my fifth wheel in and repaired even though the tire I had was not sold at this location. The tire was not even sold at Les Schwab. Typically I buy all my tires from Schwab but unfortunately they didn t have the type and style of tire I needed. The staff stayed pass closing on a Saturday night to help my family and I get back on the road and prevented us from being stranded on the side of the road! They also refused a $ tip!!! I will be sending them donuts for the awesome job they did! I would also mention they helped me remove the CITY sign everyone hits with their RV according to staff this sign is located in the RV parking slot. To the City of Idaho Falls put your signs higher then 7 feet especially in front of a RV parking spot in a tire shop!!! This shop has excellent staff, who are personable and professional. Please support local shops and true American loving citizens.

I excepted to wait 40 minutes but then to be there for over three hours for you to put the wrong tires on and have to take them off and then to charge me full price without offering any inconvenience discount. I won t be buying. Ever again.

I love my new tires.It took me than an hour longer than the estimated wait time to change all 4, so after I walked out and back for coffee, I still ended up waiting.Friendly people, good service.
