There for three days to fix truck only for the same codes to come back on after we were long gone from shop thanks techs. $6000 to not even fix problem.

Needed parts for an rv late at night. Parts counter was very busy. But he got the group of customers taken care of quickly. Got the repair parts and I was able to help my customer get back on the road again.

Got me in, on short notice, and finished approved repairs before midnight (Fri. B/4 Labor Day weekend...no less).Yes, I recommend...I appreciate both your professionalism and understanding/kindness. Coms were excellent!I apologize for only 4 stars: there's only been One Human that ever Earned 5 Stars...and they crucified him.

Had a great experience here, all of the staff were very honest, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. The great reviews are the main reason we decided to stop in on our way to Utah to have some broken hoses replaced, and I would have to say that the other great reviews are spot on. Would highly recommend.

The "Service Writers" are top notch and will do what it takes to get you back on the road (which to most of us means back to earning a paycheck!) They are willing to go the extra mile for each customer know matter what it takes. Most ppl are gonna meet these "Service Writers" under bad circumstances and they are in a bind...they understand this and try to make the best of it for you!! The after hours service manager is a top notch guy...

Just want to say thank you so much for your help. This guys are amazing excellent customer service very knowledgeable technicians and service writers . My truck broke down in a freeway SCR problem Engine de-rate 5 mile per hour . They take my truck 8 a.m. took 3 hours only for this guy's to figure out what's the problem is by 9 p.m. my truck was ready to go completely fixed I was so tired to drive service writer hook me up with the hotel 50% off, and shuttle to hotel and back from hotel to dealership. I was really upset my truck broke down but I'm the one of the luckiest guys who truck broke down close to the good dealership I was experiencing this problem 3 time already usually my bill goes from $5000 to $6000 in a different dealerships Washington, California,this is the first place where I end up to pain $1300 only and my SCR problem been fixed completely. very honest and straight people to do business thank you so much and God bless you guys

Parts department is near useless. Struggle finding parts and when they do they are incorrect. Never call back when they say they will. Miss parts deliveries that they promise.

The staff for fabulous their prices suck they quote you one price and you can actually tack on another $300 above that by the time they're done very unfair very money hungry
