Saturday, during our mini blizzard, the Jiffy Lube on Woodruff was able to work me in. My change oil light had come on, low on oil, and they got me taken care of in a professional and friendly manner. The staff was very friendly as well. I would definitely use them again!

Holy cow! $60 for a simple oil change!But everyone else is too. Coupons on the website. Watch out for purchases of other items. Wiper blades $15.00. THATS $15.00 EACH! Which they DON'T tell you till they are installed. That's ridiculous.

Jiffy Lube is just like a place where you can get the same standard service that is consistent every single time. I bring my vehicle s here because they will do exactly what I ask them to with the products that I want them to do it with. I m always greeted with a smiling face and someone willing to help. They have never done anything wrong and I ve been very pleased with my services over the years. Whether you re looking for Mobile 1 or Amsoil full synthetic, they have it all here. Any general maintenance to fluids in your vehicle is their specialty. Great people and great place! Also, it s conveniently located next to Maverik Convenience store on Woodruff.

I have come to this location for a long time. Today and one other time Marcel was the person to do the intake. Both times he flew through the checklist telling me everything looked good. He didn't very much appreciate when I told him he obviously didn't do his job and check. He then asked me why and I said, the battery terminals need cleaned, one of the windshield wipers is missing the rubber and the car is a quart low on oil.He tried to blame it on other people he works with. Too bad I watched the whole thing happen. I also told the manager and he was kind and thanked me for letting him know. That this is an issue he has been trying to nail down. But I am sorry, fire the guy if he isn't doing his job. There is a lot of money and cars and trucks rolling in and out of there every day. I will be changing the location or business I go to from now on. Unfortunately you all lost 11 vehicles that come regularly.

Always friendly. I never see slacking the guys run a great crew. Of course John the last one you see with a smile is full of information of the service and checks your caps under the hood then he walks you to the drivers seat and you're off. Always happy.

Brought my car in for an, unfortunate, rock chip, to the windshield. It was iffy whether they were going to be able to save it. However, this amazing crew pulled it off and saved my windshield from spider webbing. Thank you so much

I take very good care of my 2005 Dodge Cummins and I when I found out that my usual service center sold out to Grease Monkey I had to find another. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the facility and how they treated my truck with care covering the fenders.

Trevor is a grand master he worked on my car and went above and beyond. He even vacuumed and washed my windows. The coffee was great too.

Go in every 5 weeks for fleet van service the guys are great they make the wait time pass fast. Popcorn and beverages always fresh and wait room and restroom is always clean.

They filled my tire and a few minutes later it blew going over 70 on the highway! It could have killed me as well as other drivers! When I called to report it they wanted to argue! Don't go here! I paid almost 100$ to have my safety and others put at risk! Then the price of a tow truck and new tire that was in excellent shape. The important thing is safety first and that's what I am most angry about!

Just gotta say...This was the best experience I've had for this type of service. The Manager was prompt, knowledgeable and courteous. He guided me through all the the issues at hand. Gave me options. My windshield had a BIG crack in it that was spreading and they fixed in like 15 minutes. They told me it could crack and be ruined if they tried and gave me a choice and it worked great! They fixed 2 cracks and a long crack for $70 or so. Not bad to save the windshield!! Highly recommend, friendly team and great work

I was traveling for work, had to stop in for a quick oil change. I had the pleasure of meeting Shawn C, John C and Stuart F, all very fine gentleman. They ensured all services needed were complete, thanked me and sent me with safe travels on my long way back home to Kentucky. I have always went to Valvoline but this great experience left me very appreciative to be in good hands my first time at Jiffy Lube. I went to get an oil change two months ago and now that I'm traveling far I had my mechanic checked it, and he found out not even the oil filter was changed or oil was changed. Oil was very dark burnt same as the oil filter. I been using this business for the last two years trusting they would do their job correctly. I'm so sorry for using this place!!!!! I won't tell you not to use this place but make sure you pay what's fair!!! By the way the manager is very rude, when I spoke to him he was like, what ever, to him we are just another customer!!!! NoT Using this place anymore!!!! they just lost 5 customers!!!!My entire family used to go there, not anymore.!!!!!Service: Oil change

Everyone was so friendly and helpful but a HUGE shoutout to John who rang me up and did my last little walk around, he was so kind and an absolute joy to talk to. One of the techs was kind enough to have me come out and see I had an issue (ball joint) beyond the scope of anything you do at J.L. When you have the expertise to point something like that out, knowing there s no real $ benefit for you, I think that means you actually care. John and Stuart helped me out today with my Ford Escape. Not only are they always super courteous and knowledgeable, they go above and beyond in customer service. They noticed that the screws for my air filter were stripped (cheap plastic part) and they were able to remedy the issue in no time.I'll continue to only use this location moving forward. I've tried other locations in town because Woodruff can sometimes have a line, and every time I've regretted it. Definitely worth the money and the wait.Service: Oil change

I ve been to Jiffy Lube before, but this one is by far the best. They are very kind and willing to help in any capacity. They went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. I was very impressed. And they save the day for me.

Wonderful! I was headed out of town and needed a best guess on an issue that it was safe to go or not. I believe it was the manager who addressed the issue. His hands on + explanation had nothing to do with making a sale, but I felt was real, honest, with integrity. I felt confident about making my decision because of his input. I will go there again

Such a better experience than at Greasemonkey...they were fast and efficient and they didn't go snooping into my glove compartment looking through papers without permission. Still not sure why Greasemonkey employees felt like it was ok to do that...

They were fantastic getting my oil changed and all but the diagnostic was wrong. It didn t come back with a code at all and the engine light turned back on when I left. So I think their equipment is broken or just not advance enough to find the issue with my car. I went to someone else and they immediately got a code and found the problem.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I went to the Jiffy lube on First and Woodruff today for a transmission fluid change. Service was fast, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the service was on sale. I saved $50, and for the $120 I spent, I may have saved thousands on repairs down the road. When I checked my fluid last week, it was very dark and had a bit of a burnt odor. I called, no appointment required, so I just went right over there. No pressure to buy anything else, and done while I waited. The manager was great to work with. Highly recommend this location.

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff were prompt, polite and courteous. They even offered us all cold drinks while we waited. The team worked well together; everyone had a role and communicated effectively. We were impressed that they washed all of our windows. They aired all of our tires, told us the pressure and verbalized all of their quality checks. We found that Jiffy lube offered the best price for our synthetic blend at $55 then we had a $10 coupon and paid $45 for everything! In and out in under 15mins.
