We recently purchased a Peterbilt truck and Bridon Suitter in Idaho Falls was our salesman. He made this transaction as smooth as possible. He was always there to answer all of our questions and quick to resolve any matters. He went out of his way to help us button everything up at the end. 5 out of 5 stars. We would also like to send a thank you to Chris Barr in Boise for helping us on the Boise end on receiving the truck and paperwork even on a Saturday.

Parts person on the phone was helpful and very knowledgeable which is why this gets 4 A few hrs later upon arriving the front desk didnt acknowledge me I had to interrupt the two ladies talking to ask where parts dept was. When I arrive to parts dept a different guy was there and he just kinda blew me off. No greeting or acknowledgement I was at the counter until he was off the phone.

Cody my sales guy was awesome. Shortly after purchase, had an ELK strike, dang it boy.... Steven in the Body shop, and his guys were awesome. Highly recommend these folks up here...

I am maintenance member of trucking company and I sent one of our volvo truck 412 to this dealer. They started to work right away and did warranty job on time!. Informed other issues the next day with a ready estimate, called us. Very good dealer, explained the issues very professionally. Thank you highly recommendedMary

I wish they would've inspected the transmission before releasing my truck, I'm stuck in Tulsa with a blown transmission, getting towed these days I suppose it means it passes the manufacturer specifications

Was having injector problems. Called them on Tuesday afternoon to see if the could look at my truck was told they would try to get me Wednesday morning. So check in and went right in changed 2 injectors. Left shop and 500 miles and get the same code. Call them right away and let them know. I was going to be back in town Saturday morning they put me on the schedule. Called me back on Friday to check if anything had changed and what my eta was going to be. First thing Saturday morning went right in and the had my truck fixed by 3pm with new wiring harness truck is running better than It has ever.

Excellent dealership! The service dept was awesome to deal with, needed a LOF.....called that day and got in. I spoke to Charlie, got me in and out within a couple hours even with the extremely short notice. It's on my list of go to dealers for sure.Highly recommend!

It's a nice looking store and Shop but their mechanics seem to be incompetent for a simple grease job 6.5 hours, to replace a brake can 8.5 hours and they keep damaging more parts as a replace parts

Had to get a new clutch and radiator put in my KW w900. Awesome service service department was in and out in a day and a half. They don't just fix what you think... they diagnose the problem or problems correctly and get it done. Very professional and courteous staff. I will always try to get my truck to a Jackson Group shop. There are plenty around the NW. Great outfit!

This place is fantastic. Called them about some sensor issues on a Peterbilt truck. Made time for me that morning. The tech that was checking on that answered many of my other questions about the truck. Noticed that my coolant reservoir was low and threw a gallon in there free of charge. Great job, Jackson Group.

Great dealership! Second time I've had dealings with Jackson Group, once in Jerome and this one in Idaho Falls. Both were great to deal with.Called to see if we could come in the morning for an update, they took us in first thing and we were in and out in no time.

If I could have gave a lower rating of one I would have worst customer service that I've ever experienced service manager rude obnoxious flat out self-absorbed ignorant individual they treat Independent Drivers like we don't exist unless we have major accounts we count for nothing and when we do bring our trucks to people like this all they want to do is beat us for as much money as they can they are not there to help us they are there to bleed us of every penny they can get I will never and I repeat never we use this company ever again. Do yourself a favor save yourself the money take the vehicle to anybody else other than these people

Just seems like they just don't care to have work and help a guy out maybe there just making to much to take care of there local guy and repair the trucks the company has bought 5 new trucks and they have to be taken back again and again for the dame repairs.

Great place to get truck worked on. I had a water pump gasket leaking. Got there and they for me right in. 3 hours later I was back on the road. Great staff

Have expedite delivery and I was going to arrive 10.30 pm they closed at 10 pm , I called the service manager and no one offer to wait 30 min n I offer $20 to wait n take the delivery engine n still doesn t want to stay so they make me wait until in morning next day to deliver, just wow ??????
