We needed 4 new drives... we got them used here for a decent price $179 each and they traded one of the tires we had on about 2k miles on it, for 1 of the used ones. Tires came to $540, withe ther credit, the rest was Mounting and Balancing. Mounting and balancing were pricy and they didn't balance them. But we got out the door for just under $1k.We feel that we can recommend this place.

Wish I could rate them 10 stars! I was a major Bind trying to find a correct tires for my camper... The office guy and the outside gentleman went above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of. I will definitely spread the word about this company. Thanks again for making sure everything was correct on my camper. Top notch crew!

Ryder gave eta of 120 minutes and he was here in 57 minutes. Repair was complete in 29 minutes including 10 minutes of paperwork and filling out information on app on phone. Best service I ever had especially during winter on Saturday at 4am. The real kicker is the service guy doesn't run service truck anymore but the regular service guy was unavailable.Maybe the best roadside service interaction I've ever had

Excellent service. We blew a tire on a jobsite. A tech was there within 30 minutes. Fixed us up quickly. Thanks from BR Movers.

Super.. Dean Edward's went above & beyond to Help me. Robert up front in office helped him,so.... It all worked out to MY Satisfaction.Which as a Customer is a BIG PLUS.. My recommendations, by all means.GO TO JACK'S

Wonderful place quick and easy for tire changes. I don't recommend eating the chicken sandwiches here. I got really bad gas from them.

Chase stayed after hours and pulled off tires and fixed them up for me, took the time to help me out when he did not need to. He coulda said see ya later its 5 but he stayed and worked like a beast sweating it out to take care of me. Extremely rare customer service

Highly recommend this place, especially Chase! He saved us. Traveling from Montana to Salt Lake City yesterday. Popped a tire earlier in the day on a dirt road in Montana and had it "repaired" in a nearby town. Headed down the road only to have the tire pressure light come back on. Pulled off the freeway in Shelby and spotted Jack's Tire and Oil. Arrived at 5:20 pm, ten minutes before closing time. Told our sad tale to Chase. He said let's take a look and make sure your tire is ok. When he pulled the tire off we could see that the patch had failed. It wasn't done correctly and we would have been on the side of the road in a problem in a few more miles (or even worse, a blowout at 80 miles an hour). Chase quickly fixed the tire, showed us the difference in the two patch jobs and then checked to make sure it was no longer leaking before he put it back on the car. He was careful and thorough. Best of all, when I asked him what we owed him he said, "Just a handshake and a safe journey." Wow! We are so impressed! Thank you Chase for keeping our family safe and helping us get back home.

We blew a tire on our trailer while traveling and Jack's Tire was amazing! They got us in, changed the tire, and back on the road in no time. And everyone was so nice and helpful. Thank you so much!

Epitome of Professionalism!!! Chase hooked me up and on my way in less than an hour.Here s why you should go there for all your tire and there services:they did not come back to me and blah blah blah me on price like these other nickel and dime national chains. THERE WORD IS THERE BOND and that still means something.If you want straight talk, hard workers and great attitude, go there.If you want nickel and dime and waste people s time.... Les Schwab is down the road. Also you gotta go see the old cash register and show your kids some history. Thank you gentlemen!!

Awesome! They had my tire when I needed one. Especially out of town. All the other shops were at least 2 or 3 days out. Way to go guys! Shout out to Chase the tire installer!from Auto Ambulance!

What a joke. Watched 4 guys take for drive tires off to put 4 new ones on, simple. They stood around for about an hour before I finally left. I had a nail in a tire that was still holding some air, so I went somewhere else to fix it. I won't go back. If you plan on going there bring a lunch.

Wasn't the greatest customer service. Asked about a quote on a tire, and if tire was even available. Was told they had a few of them tires available, come to find out tires weren't the same size. Never got a pricing on the tire replacement until the vehicle was finished.

Super slow. There is about 5 guys that just walk around and talk to each other and only 3 guys that actually works takes about 3 hours to do a flat repair
