We were traveling from Montana to Arizona and had 3 blow outs on our trailer and we came here to get new tires and the customer service here was top notch ! Amazing people and made the stressful event less stressful. I m not sure of the ladies name who helped us but we know she was the manager and she was absolutely wonderful, thank you for your hospitality and help!

Best place in town to get your tires done. Friendliest people and they get your tires fixed in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place

We stopped at Jack's because we had issues with our tires and brakes on our RV during a cross country trip from Pennsylvania. We were in and out in about two hours and they were very honest and helpful. I am very thankful for the service and appreciated their kindness as they got us on our way. I even got some good fishing advice and got to shop at Cal Ranch store as we waited.

Took my truck to get the tiers rotated and things looked over they locked my keys in my vehicle the girl at the front desk was super rude about it along with that I noticed one of my tiers was worn A lot more than others took the truck to another shop the alignment was out of adjustment it's obvious Jack's tier has a complete disregard or concern for anyone's personal time or property I will never go to them again and suggest that to anyone reading this

Best prices in town! Super friendly and great attitude. Got me in and out in less than ten minutes and really took care of me when a billing issue came up. These folks earned a customer for life today.

I got there 10min early and they were wiping down the desk to protect us. Marcy is awesome very nice. Todd was the tech who did my alignment on my 2014 Camaro. Did a detailed job. Drives straight and steering wheel is straight. Got a readout of what it was before and what it is now. Great Job!

I have been bringing my company cars in here for years and they have been incredible at every turn. I recently brought one car in because a coworker said that the tires were a winter set that needed to be changed out and I was about to purchase a new set entirely because I took my coworker's word for it and they had the opportunity to just sell a new set of tires to me and I would be none the wiser, but when they saw the tires and how they had already been changed to All Seasons and that the tread was fine they informed me immediately and didn't charge me a cent for their time! Incredible integrity on their behalf and left me in awe even to this day! A great place to do your tire business in Idaho Falls!

I needed an alignment, and my regular mechanic refered me to Jack's. I needed front end parts replaced, and everything needed was explaining in detail. My appointment was made, and when I went back , my car went right in at the time given, the work was done in the time allotted, and communication was great. The difference in handling was obvious. Overall, an excellent experience.

After calling several tire stores around IF I decided that Jack's had the best price for mounting my tires.When I went in they were professional, friendly, and fast.And when it came time to pay the bill it was less than what I had been quoted on the phone.I will absolutely use them again.

They were very friendly and got the work done fast when I brought it in for the scheduled appointment and kept me apprised of all the estimates before they did any work or any changes when they were doing the work.

This is my go to! Marcy is great and they always take care of us in an efficient manor.My low tire pressure light came on before I left town and I had Volkswagen look at it they returned it back to me and said it was fine. On my drive to Logan Utah my light came on again, so I pulled into a discount tire store and they put air in my tires and sent me on my way... My way back to Idaho Falls my low tire light came on again! I pulled into Jacks and I had a nail in my tire! I should have just gone to Jacks first.

We took our 2016 GMC truck in for the second set of tires that our truck has ever had. We paid 1200 dollars for our BF Goodrich all terrain tires. The tires were great, however they destroyed 3 out of 4 rims. Attempting to speak to the manager and receptionist proved to be a waste of time. Everyone tried to claim that I must have hit a curb or something....really!?? On 3 out of 4 tires without any damage to the tires!??? Please find someone more responsible to take your vehicle to. These people are not only unforgivable with there level of responsibility for their work, but will try to blame YOU for their incompetence.

The prices are good, but service is not. I scheduled just an oil change for my wife's car. I would be at work at the time, so I told her to just bring it in at the appointed time. Later she texts me saying it costed more than I told her. I go to look at the receipt, and they didn't just do an oil change like I wanted, they rotated and balanced the tires as well. I get those done somewhere else, so there was no need for that. I believe they saw my wife come in, (a woman) and took advantage of her because she doesn't know what needed to be done. I will not go here again for that reason alone.

The people here are not respectful. They try to scam you out of money and they do not honor their warranty. They did an alignment on my husbands car and then two months later the told him that needed a new one because it wasn't aligned and he told them that they are the ones who did the first alignment. They stopped trying to push one on him and said that the alignment is actually fine. Needless to say neither of us will be going back there again

I have shopped here a few times all 3 times have been less than respectable. First time I ordered wheels 2 years ago. They said one week it ended up being 2 plus weeks before my wheels showed up. Then I ordered another set of wheels for a new truck. They ended up misleading me on the offset and then later would not order the offset I had originally wanted. Then I go in for an alignment. They proceed to tell me it will cost over $1,000 to fix my truck that one wheels is bad and that my ball joints are bad. and also told me one of my wheels was damaged and could not be used. I didn't believe them so I took it to another dealer they checked the ball joints and the wheel and said not they are just fine. So I wanted one more opinion I took it to Quicklane They also told me no your ball joints look great and wheel is fine. This leads me to believe jacks wants your money and will scam those who trust them.

My husband got a flat on his 2016 Dodge dually Ram truck, on his way to Salt Lake, hauling two cars on a 40 foot trailer. This business opened early for him, had the back dual tire repaired in a matter of 20 minutes. Being a professional driver, we are extremaly impressed with this professional, friendly and courteous business, at a fantastic price, keeping our business on the road.

This Idaho Falls tire shop is one of those local businesses that I will go out of my way to use. There is a small town feel about the place and the staff is usually pretty amazing. Their prices are competitive and their service is rapid.I recommend Jack's Tire & Oil the next time you need new tires put onto your vehicle.

This tire shop rocks. For all your car and trucks needs. From tires to front end alignment ball joint replacement, steering pump, breaks, oil change. Tune up. Fast and friendly staff, and Marcie.. mmmmmm. Love that girl.Keep up the good work Jack's Tire and Oil. Located in Idaho Falls.

POOR!!!! I asked them to do an alignment on my car which i had lowered 1", and to call me if i would need new adjustable camber links to get it right (totally willing to do). They called after they had 'done' the alignment and said it was 'done'. 3 of the wheels were still out of spec, and the car pulls bad to the right. they charged me the full $80 even when it is written on the report that "rear camber not adjustable". They refused to realign after adjustable links installed without an additional $80, no prorate, no nothing! I used to work in the service industry and it boggles my mind that they would feel good about charging for a full fix and not fixing any of the issues. I paid for a repair, not for someone to throw a couple hours away looking at my car, crappy communication, crappy problem resolution, crappy job. WILL NEVER RETURN, WILL NEVER SUGGEST TO OTHERS. I never write reviews, but Jacks Tire & Oil has made this a first for me.

They hardly carry any Goodyear tires.. However they carry alot of other brands, their service managers/sales people are friendly and knowledgeable, and their service is speedy and quality, prices fair, and yeah.. 5 star
