Jeremy the manager has been there for years and welcomes questions. The employees honestly make you feel comfortable. As an older woman the environment is friendly. Cookies and pop are nice too. Respect the company for being involved in the community too.

The people at Grease Monkey are always so friendly and do great work. I went in a few days ago and they got me right in, no wait time. They offer a Veteran s discount too which is wonderful of them to do. I will continue to go back here for my oil changes, you should too.

Jeremy and the guys here do a bunch of alignments for me all the time. These guys take care of me and treat me good. From services to alignments and other work you may need, they'll take good care of you too.

You're kidding me, why didn't I know about this place before? Great service, decent prices, low pressure for things they find.I got a transmission flush, 30 cheaper than Jiffy Lube, a windshield, and alignment. Alignment was 40 cheaper than other places.They are quick, good service, staff is friendly. Would highly recommend.

Jeremy and Dalton took care of me today. I ve come here for all my regular maintenance for the last couple years and had positive experiences. I recently did an overhaul of maintenance work/care on my F-150 and Chevy Blazer. I noticed something seemed off while driving the truck after an alignment so I brought it back in and they took it for a test drive to feel/experience what I ve been noticing. They ran the diagnostics and got to work. They took it for another test drive just to make sure but still felt something was off so they pulled it back in and made sure everything was squared away for me before giving it back and letting me go on my way. It was quick and simple and made for an easy process. Thanks guys.

I won't be going back. It was expensive.I guess they charge to bring your truck back and to vacuum etc, and when I left , my truck wouldn't start they said I need a new starter but I've never had issues before. I waited for them to "knock" my starter for 30 minutes and I was late for work.

This place is amazing, they were very kind and communicated everything to me. They told me what was wrong with my ride and were able to give me quotes based on that and the prices were actually pretty good I'm surprised! Phenomenal customer service in general from all employees that interacted with and there it lobby has soda and cookies and coffee available as well as a small table in case you have the little ones with you. When you're here you're family!!

Our car's alignment was way off. These guys took the time to figure out the problem, when others couldn't. They also honored the warranty for the alignment once my car was fixed. Best service in town. Wish they had a better credit system so we don't have to pay so high of interest rates.

I really loved the people and customer service I was greeted with here and am very sad to be writing this review but I highly do not recommend this facility for fixing your car. I put 1200 dollars worth of money into fixing an issue with my car. I had to bring my car back 3 times with the same issue that I had initially brought it into the shop for. After returning 3 days in a row and after initial service charge and being told clearly that this is all the work my car needed to be fixed completely, I was charged again and had to come back two more times for the same original issue. Mind you every time I left during this 3 day period they told me my issue was fixed. Each time returning they all of a sudden found new issues that weren t in my original diagnostics. After all that time and money I was then told they felt bad and didn t want to keep having me put in parts and being wrong and that they did not know what was wrong with my car and that I should return it. Ended up spending 1200 for nothing but a waste of time. Very unprofessional and very disappointing outcome.

it's too dang cold out here to do this myself and I don't have a garage. So I came here and man there service was amazing, all the associates had wonderful attitudes they got me in and out faster than I expected, I usually add 15 min to whatever other companies have told me the wait will be and here they exceeded expectations PLUS they have MOBIL1 SYNTHETIC (Best you can get!) AND Free cookies my 5.0 F150's been rubbing up against my leg ever since

The staff was friendly and thorough when working on my vehicle. Mackay went above and beyond by taking the time to set up HUD maintenance warnings for tires and other things that were not set up when we purchased the vehicle. They are also conveniently located near the mall if you have kids and need to kill time.

I was quoted a "Super Duty" windshield for $287.94, They installed a "regular" windshield and charged me $307.01. When I presented both pieces of paper to the shop, the guy called about 5 different people who offered 2 insufficient solutions. I finally spoke with Josh (apparently a mid-level manager) and explained all I wanted was for the quote to be honored. He said he asked his boss and couldn't do that, all because the Super Duty windshield was more expensive that what I was quoted. I'm sorry, but this comes down to business principle. If you quote a job, that's what you give the customer. If you do it wrong, that's on you. (I'm a business owner, too, and I'm stuck with my own mistakes sometimes, just like this.) Every single person in this chain was unable to overcome a $280 obstacle (the extra $120 for the correct windshield, plus $160 labor) in lieu of honoring their quote. And get this: I still had to pay the $120 to get the Super Duty windshield. It's what the orginal quote said, but I had to pay extra. I cannot do business with a company that doesn't work on principle AND does not empower their lower-level managers to make the right decisions. I have 5 vehicles. 280 bucks has cost the Channing location all the profit from windshields, oil changes, and other maintenance that I would have done otherwise. I was becoming a regular. Not anymore. If I find out the same person owns the other locations, I'm not going there either. From a guy with 20 years of military leadership experience, this is poor leadership.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

Asked for a tire rotation and oil change, they forgot to do the tire rotation and one dude gave me some sorry excuse about how my tires were bald and they had wires hanging out. I didn t say anything because I wanted to see for myself but I was pretty sure my tires weren t bald as they are fairly new. The dude that said they were bald didn t even bother to come look at the truck. Tires are not even 3 yrs old and the other mechanic that checked me out also told me my tires looked good and he wasn t sure what that other guy was talking about. They definitely confused my truck with someone else s. My tires have tread and absolutely no wires sticking out at all after the other mechanic and I looked it over. We both agreed. No compensation, no offer to rotate my tires and do the job right or come back tomorrow. Just a sorry sir. Had lots of oil changes and tire rotations in my life and that was a first for me. They can t even keep which vehicle they re talking about straight or follow simple instructions. They didn t call me when it was finished like they said they would either.

Grease Monkey really knows how to take care of their customers as well as the vehicles! The good people there have taken care of my vehicle emergencies as if they were their own. Twice now they have fixed our vehicle quickly and were ready to accommodate our needs or the situation with the vehicle. I m impressed.

Told me how long it would be. Right on time and I even added an extra fluid change in the middle of the work being done.They wanted to help me... Without a complaint. Amazing service! I will be back. *****Oh yea. Cars were backed up to the road even. Calm and cool. Excellent job !!!

My experience was that I received an oil change on my car. I felt like the service was good. I just would like to have the technician slow down and explain things so I m not overwhelmed with making a decision. I don t understand.

I sat in express oil line for over an hour just for them to tell me that they were putting another car in front of me. I usually like grease monkey but this time they completely wasted my morning. Waiting over an hour just to be next in line for an express oil change is ridiculous. Safe to say they lost my business

Very rarely give 5 stars, but these guys deserve it. I have gone to them since I moved here 5 years ago and they are top notch. Customer service is amazing from the time I pull in until I when I leave. They do not pressure me, they give me good information and they are super polite; they never talk down to me. At the end, I got a carnation, the gentleman opened my hood and went through all the fluids with me and showed me the caps were on and tight, then he opened my car door for me.Now, they just need to start up a "cranky-older-lady," discount! I 100% recommend them and thank them for a job well-done!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Auto interior vacuuming, Oil change

Over-priced and a tad condescending. When I first pulled up, the guy checking me in assumed I've been there before asking me about the different services I wanted. After saying it was my first time and I just wanted a basic oil change he paused as if I said something offensive. "Are you really sure you don't want blah blah blah?" I had to reiterate multiple times I didn't want his upsells and just a basic oil change he finally had me pull into a bay. While inside, I was being upsold on a handful of other services. When I declined, they responded with comments like "are you sure you don't want to protect your car?" In the end, their "basic oil change", with zero extra addons or services, was nearly double than other places. Will not be going back.

They worked 2 hours past closure to make sure my car would be working. The drain plug was stripped and they fixed it. Lovely people and good work.

The employees were very nice very well mannered I really like the part of how they explained everything about my Blazer and how much it would cost and the bonus part was the gentleman behind the counter walked me out to my car and gave me a flower and wish me a good day it's hard to find places like that anymore I think of others just wanted to let everybody know at the Grease monkey on Channing Way in Idaho falls great customer service

My mom (a senior on a very fixed income) brought her 2006 corolla here for service and they were not honest about their service and pricing. The fluid top offs is completely misleading and downright deceptive. Don t go here if you want honesty and integrity.

Disappointed because I had them install a new radiator grill. They broke the corner off and placed the broken piece in my backseat but failed to mention to me what had happened. They said they didn't charge for the install but still charged 91 dollars for the 69 dollar oil change.

I would like to give Chris and the rest of the grease monkey crew in Idaho Falls a huge shout out for the excellent job done on my Wagoneer. I went in for an oil change and they noticed the huge rock chips in my windshield that Safelite said were too big to repair, thus needing a new $600 windshield replaced. However, Chris said no problem, and was more than happy to attempt the repair of which he completed in no time at all with huge success! Excellent customer service with the can-do attitude and not only changed my oil, but went above and beyond to repair my rock chips. Thank you Chris and grease monkey! This is definitely the place for oil changes and rock chip repair. You boys know how to get the job done!!!!

I've used grease monkey before for a windshield chip They went above and beyond. So when my car need serviced and the shop I use couldn't get me in for weeks, I called Grease monkey. I Spoke with MacKay and explained, I have never used a know every car shop for service I have only used Audi shops, he assured me they have worked on alot of foreign vehicles, I asked about the type of oil and the filters used. And he assured me its synthetic like my car is used would be used no problem. Took my car in today and I'm so thankful for the ease of a oil change shop like this! Everyone's was so nice, the waiting room was so clean and didn't smell like a shop.MacKay did the service on my car, and went over everything with me when it was finished he was so nice and understanding ,The entire crew was so friendly and helpful. THANK YOU guys for your work and holding my hand! I'll be back!

I have a 2022 Can Am Defender that was taken out of commission and the front suspension needed replaced. Had to get it aligned and they did awesome. The alignment specialist rocked. I can now drive my machine as if it were new. Thanks!
