I have never been to this place but I have to say I was super impressed with Royce an his team. When I got there they was a little busy an I had to meet up with daughter somewhere before I could really sit and wait to long. However, I had Royce to check my oil a give me his opinion if I would be ok to drive a meet up with my daughter. He didn t like how low it was an help me out by putting a little in a fir that reason after I was done running around I came back an had a full service done. I will still go back even if they did forget to vacuum my back seats. super helpful an super friendly

I specifically asked for a full service full synthetic oil change, and wiper blade replacement, but instead was given a standard oil change, attempts to upsell unneeded and unwanted parts (air filter) and services (transmission, cooling system, differentials and transfer case), and the wiper blades were not replaced as specifically requested and much needed (marked as ok on invoice, though they were obviously shredded). The invoice also states I was charged an extra half quart of oil, when on the checklist it states the oil level was full upon arrival. This makes me wonder how accurate the information is, and what else on the checklist was marked as ok, full, or completed but may have actually been missed. They did correct the oil change issue at the time of my visit, however I was unimpressed by the full service option as my windows had not been washed, the vacuum job was obviously rushed, and I later noticed two of my non-standard valve stems caps were missing. I was able to retrieve one of them, but the little things do matter to me. I ended up purchasing my wiper blades next door. Overall, I m very disappointed with service at the new location. If quick and cheap are good enough for you then by all means, they will do. You get what you pay for.

Sent my wife in for a coolant top off and they did a full coolant flush without giving her a price ahead of time or explaining any of what they were doing. They didn t update her for 30 minutes at which time they attempted to charge us $120 when the car only needed 1/2 a gallon of coolant. When I got back that night and checked what had been done the vehicle displayed no signs of a coolant flush and was still low. The car was running extremely rough the next day and I found that the MAF air sensor had been unplugged. So if you like spending money for a service you didn t want and aren t going to get please go to Grease monkey.

Chris and Royce took care of me. Didn t make any unnecessary recommendations. Went the extra mile to answer all the questions we had for an older used car we bought. Great shop

An express oil change to my truck took over 2 hours initially. At no point was I given an estimated time of how long it would take to get to my truck. Once in the bay, it took over 40 minutes above the allotted oil change time to be completed, due to being unable to get my cap off. I left the shop frustrated only to discover that my tires were under inflated. I went back to the shop and was told to drive around. I came back after taking my wife and kids home to show them my tires were still under inflated. It was a failure from beginning to end. Air was placed in the tires and Royce was very apologetic. He said he would talk to Joyce the manager about the situation. After playing phone tag, I spoke to Joyce to give my side of the story. She stated she would talk to the team about my situation. The service has been poor at this location since it was bought out by Grease Monkey. In all, it took over 3 hours for my truck to be taken care of completely. I will not go back and suggest that you find another place to take care of your automobile needs.

Greetings fellow travelers... A friend of mine recommended Grease Monkey and I learned that I could bring my own oil and filter which brought the price of the oil change down to around $35. Damn good deal. I can now stop by anytime to get my wiper and other fluids topped off for free. Oh! I stopped in around 930am and was out of there half hour later. Thanks much to all the folks there.

Royce was amazing! Was having a very bad morning couldn't get service at 2 other places. He got me in and done lickety split! Treated me with such kindness. Highly recommend this location!

Royce is awesome and gave stellar customer service. Great crew and they are friendly and efficient. Even offers to put my new skid plate on next time I come by. 10/10!

Had my oil changed a while back, asked for full service, they changed oil and filter only, they pulled the fill plug on my rear differential and dipped a dirty rag in it and told me it need changed. First of all, that rag should have never been dipped in my differential. Recently, I had my fluid in my differential changed somewhere else, and the mechanic told me that the plug had been over torqued to the point he almost broke it getting it off. There are torque specs for a reason, they dont know what they are doing, and They charge a premium for sub-par work. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

I asked for an express oil change. They were fast, friendly and easy to talk to! Chris made me feel great right upon pulling up. These people know how to make you feel comfortable. They made sure I knew what was going on with my vehicle, informed me of things that my vehicle needed and didn't try to upsell me on anything. Great group of people!

I'm not normally one to leave reviews, but I was pretty disappointed with my service. Asked for tire rotation, which they told me they forgot to do after my car was pulled out, said it was vacuumed and it clearly was not. The service team was friendly but I feel like it would have just been better to get my service done from a dealership.

They were nice at the door, but the service needs some work. I paid for full service and got a regular oil change. They promised to put air in the tires, but the car says they did not. When they pulled the cabin air filter which they kept pressuring me to replace, they lost a piece of the car resulting in my glove box no longer working correctly. They did not tell me about this which led to an annoying discovery on my part.

Royce and his team actually worked as a team, each person had a specific role and they accomplished it beyond my expectations, they always ask what we need done and strive to keep our fleet up to date on other maintenance matters that come with maintaining a vehicle

So disappointed that this was turned into a Grease Monkey. The oil change was fine but the amount of upselling they try to do is ridiculous. I'm sure they rakie it in with the people that don't know better. Their move is to bring in a print out of all of the recommended services that always seem to be past due even though they have no idea what I've had done to my car. The lady working the office had very little knowledge about anything.

I always liked Grease Monkey, but have had two bad experiences now in Idaho Falls. How can they justify $200 for a fuel filter when Jiffy Lube down the street does it for $89? You have lost me as a loyal customer of many years.

Seems like they want to up sell you on everything. I liked the previous owners before that you pulled in, they did the oil change, with no guff or fluff. Now you have to answer 10+ questions and pick from a number of options before getting in the door. I liked when I could pull up and tell them same as last time. Definitely a different style. Only reason I keep coming here is because I have come here for years but probably will see what else is out there for oil changes now that it s different owners.Services: Wiper blade installation, Oil change

Asked for my phone number. Told them I preferred not to give it. Lady said must have it but promised I would not get a text. Got a text the next day. Called manager, Matt, said he didn't know the company sends texts. Personally disappointed, not planning on going back.

BEST Service I have ever had. There s no way I could have been treated any better. From the person taking down my information to the mechanics. They kept me in the loop in everything and even went out of their way to update me on all the up coming services that will need to be done. All I can say is WOW, what a great team you have at the N. They were friendly, efficient and completed my oil change in a timely manner. The only drawback is there is something on the mirrors and they are hard to see out of.

For are first time at this location Not a good Experience won't be back. For a place that tells customers time is money they will get you in and out and if not they offer $1 per minute if not that is so not true . They couldn't even Accommodate us for the 2 hours wasted time there . are time was not important to you at all !. and that is fine we will take are Business elsewhere ..Service: Oil change
