I bought some new tires, front brakes, and rear shocks for my wife s minivan. Tanner and Sal were great to deal with. I look forward to doing more business with them. I have been to many shops here in town, and these guys are easier to deal with and know what they are doing. Highly recommend.

I typically do all my own auto repair and maintenance at home and only go to shops for tire services or alignment. I came in with a set of tires I had purchased on my own to have them mounted and balanced, and they got me in and out in about 45 minutes, for less than half the price that the big name chain charged me last time. I will absolutely be coming back for anything I can t handle myself at home.

I m very impressed with the team at Fred & Wayne s. They researched and ordered in a specific sized tire for our Honda Pilot that is an amazing year around tire for a competitive price. I also recently had them do a comprehensive alignment on my 1968 Chevrolet C10 that even involved centering the rear axle. Excellent work by the whole team !

Took my car in to have the back brakes replaced because they were making noise. They checked them and the front brakes too. They told me they didn t need to be replaced and the noise was from some gravel. I offered to pay for their time it took to check them, but they said not to worry about it. I appreciated their honesty and kindness. Will definitely go there again!

I had a bad experience here before and thought I would give them a second chance.They did what I needed very fast, but we're 20 dollars higher than point s down the road. That's never a good thing.

Best customer service I have ever had. My truck was a little bit out of alignment and he threw it back on the rack and let me take his personal truck so that my day wasn t canceled 10 out of 10 will recommend this will be my new tire shop for a long time to come.

Unbelievable customer service! It was my Lucky Day when I pulled into Wayne n Fred s for an oil change n tires rotated , they took me right in. They came out n told me while rotating tires something broke off and new part was on its way Well ok no problem I waited. When it was all fixed n oil changed went to pay my bill ! They said no charge because of my wait time! It was not the end of the world to wait a bit. I insisted on paying something Nope they wouldn t have it! So I left a $20 tip to whomever for whatever. Will definitely be back when I need new Tires. I m from Wisc just visiting area. You all must stop!

These guys are great. Wonderful customer service. I came in right at closing time. They stayed late and got me fixed up. You really can't ask for better. I will be coming here for many more years to come.

Excellent place to get tires. Very friendly staff went beyond the norm to make sure that I would have no problems traveling. Would highly recommend this tire shop in Idaho Falls.

I asked to have tires checked to see if I needed alignment or rotation since car was pulling to the right. I did need air in one tire. Told rotation only once a year. When car was still pulling I actually did my own inspection and found one tire badly worn on inside. Took it to my mechanic who diagnosed tie rod and possibly more as well as rotation and ultimately alignment. It goes in on Monday. Doubt that I will ever go back to F&W despite their good reputation.

Just left two of the more popular places in town that tried to tell me I had to buy 4 new tires because I had a nail in one Tanner and his crew fixed the nail puncture and got me back on the road ASAP! I will be coming here for all my future tire needs!

This is such a great establishment! They are honest and dependable. There was once when I went and they didn't charge me anything for the small fix that they did to my car! I was very happy today when I went in and they checked my check engine light for free when the KIA dealership said they were too busy and that I would have to schedule an appointment... Not to mention that the dealership would have charged me to read the code. Thanks Fred and Waynes!!! You guys are a amazing!

Helped me get back on the road but paying 35 for a used tire got me exactly what is was worth I guess. The tire they provided has a slow leak so I'm putting air in it every two days but I don't think I can complain about a tire that cheap. Customer service was great after we got the attention of the front desk people. I like that they have been around for so many years!

Fred and Wayne's is a great place to get a set of tires, have them fixed or many other services. Their prices and products were comparable to others with a better bargain. They mounted and balanced a new set for our car and we had a pull to one side. We took it back and they fixed it that same night 20 minutes after closing time. Great customer service. I will be back to Fred and Wayns.

I ve come here for years and they have always treated me fairly and provided great service. This is where I take my Lexus for the oil change because they use Amsoil synthetic which is good for over 20,000 miles! I now drive up from Utah to get serviced here!
