Chris was awesome. Got a chip just north of Idaho Falls on a Friday afternoon. Called when I got to my hotel in I.F. and he was there immediately. The chip was fixed in less than 5 mins! Chris & 1st class glass have a New Fan and strong recommendation if you need any Auto Glass repairs.Cheers

Chris and his crew always come very quickly to wherever I am to help with rock chips. They have met my schedule so easily and it takes them about 5 minutes. So convenient. Cheaper than it was at my dealer.

Interstate 15 gave me not one, but two, rock chips today. I called Chris with First Glass Service at 8:00pm, and he said he would meet me at my AirBnB at 9:00pm to do the repairs. Chris arrived on time and was very professional and friendly. He clearly explained what he was doing and even helped facilitate a claim on my auto insurance app. I was only out of pocket $20 for the after hours service, which is more than reasonable. I cannot give a higher recommendation to Chris and First Glass Service.

Chris from First Glass Service has fixed rock chips for us a couple times and replaced the windshield in my truck. Every time he came right over to our house after I called, did a great job, found rock chips I didn't even realize were there, and worked directly with my insurance so I didn't have to do a thing. Also very friendly! Thank you! I highly recommend First Glass Service!

Chris was very polite, punctual and professional. One of his national competitors was 4-5 days out from doing a minor chip repair but Chris was only 2 hours out from being able to get my needs taken care of. Great service!

I called First Glass Repair at 9:30 AM, and Chris was at my house at 11 AM. He works fast and explains what he's doing. Just 20 dollars (since my insurance doesn't waive the deductible for a glass claim) and the chip in my windshield looks so much better. WOW!!..I had the pleasure of coming across this business and Chris repaired my window, I cannot remember the last time I had such amazing service!! He came to my residence not only was the price VERY reasonable but he had it all done within 15 min!! If that wasn't enough ? When i asked his opinion on a good mechanic in the area he then referred me to the most amazing mechanic that also was incredible!.. Chris the owner is a very friendly and professional man. He made my windshield needs a priority and was able to come to my home to repair several rock chips within an hour of me calling his business. I always try to support local businesses and when they provide this level of customer service and commitment to the community, it makes that choice much easier. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. I cracked part of my windshield just a few miles south of the shop. I was met on a rest stop and had a fixed windshield 10 minutes later!Couldn't believe it was that quick and convenient. Thanks again!

Chris came out same day and got some rock chips on our car fixed! He was incredibly friendly and informative also gave me plenty of tips on how to prevent any sort of growing cracks if I ever needed another visit. He called to let me know he was here rather than knocking which was great! His prompt and friendly demeanor as well as excellent service and communication will keep us coming back! Chris was awesome! He came earlier than we expected which was great, and was one of the friendliest people we've met. He explained everything thoroughly and was very nice to talk with. Chris even circled back to clean our windshield too! If you ever need help with windshield repairs, these are the guys to call! It's not everyday you get a company with outstanding customer service. 9/10/21 update:I love these people. I thought a small crack was starting to spread from a repaired chip, they came out, looked at it, explained why it's okay the way it was, what a spreading crack looks like, and then added the repair stuff to it and smoothed it out anyway. No charge. Wow!UPDATED REVIEW:Chris checked out the repair I had done at another company and fixed the small divot they left - free of charge. He was polite, professional, and apologized for the mix up with my original appointment.He also took the time to explain what a good repair looks like and what to expect months from now with the repair.In the future I'm going to call them first when I need rockchip repairs. Thanks Chris!ORIGINAL REVIEW:I had an appointment and they didn't show up. I called and was asked "Wasn't that at 11? Wasn't that yesterday?" No and no.I don't have the time or energy to have it wasted.

On my way to Malad, I passed a truck that had no tarp and rocks in the back. Naturally, 3 rocks flew out and hit my windshield. I called this company and scheduled an appointment to get them fixed on Monday. They came to my work, got my insurance taken care of, and left the receipt in my car! I had to do nothing and my windshield looks AMAZING! THANK YOU FOR MAKING IT STRESS FREE!Service: Auto windshield repair

Had a windshield chip repair done on Sept 30. Yesterday, I just noticed that a half a centimeter crack grew from where it was filled in. I remember when he did it, he didn't gave enough time for it to set before taking the plastic sheet off and he had to reapply the resin. I'm not sure if this had any effect but either way it didn't last and now I know likely in this winter I will have cracked windshield. Not going to replace it unless a cop pulls me over for it.For $20, I guess you get what you pay for.Service: Auto windshield repair

Great service! He came to my house and fixed both of my rock chips in less than ten minutes. Their prices are the best I've seen in Idaho Falls. He was also very knowledgable about rock chips and the science behind them and answered all my questions.

They offered free mobile service!! I appreciate the fast service. I was preparing to leave town and had too many things to do, and I was pleasantly surprised at the quick service. What also was impressive was how they worked with my insurance company and I didn't even have to pay a deductible or co-pay. He told me "five minute" repair and I thought "yeah, sure:)" However he was less than five minutes. He really meant five minute repair.

First glass repair has just earned themselves another lifelong customer!! I had a rock chip in my windshield and as soon as I called Chris worked me into his schedule. He came right to me and did an amazing job! Plus it is a sweet deal, only $15, can't beat that! He even let me watch and talked me through each step and the science behind it so I know. I highly recommend first glass repair!!

Called them while getting loaded and said they could meet me wherever. Came to loves while I was getting work done on my trailer and only took 5 mins for chip repair. Fast friendly and most importantly to me on time! Highly recommend!

A semi spat a rock at my windshield on the freeway, and less than ten minutes later I was in a parking lot with the repairman where we had arranged to meet. He was friendly and super fast, and even took the time to explain a little bit of the "science" behind chip repair and its purposes. It took less than five minutes to get the job done and I was on my way. Thoroughly impressed!
