I LOVE my Prinsu rack! It was delivered in the time frame they stated and wasn t too hard to put together. I love the low profile effect that it has, while still being able to hold lots of weight. I recently got a roof top tent and it holds it (and me) no problem!It looks great on my 4Runner and there s no wind noise! I ve gotten compliment after compliment on how sleek my rig looks. I can t wait to add more CBI accessories to her.CBI has won my business and Prinsu is, no question, the best roof rack out there!Thanks CBI and Prinsu!

I ordered ditch light brackets. If you read the reviews below you will find the ditch light brackets do rub on the paint of the hood. It s because they are very good quality, they are thick. They do not bend or vibrate at all. I have them holding heavy 4in lights so I wanted the sturdy thickness. just know they do rub on hood. I don t off-road in new trucks, mine is a 2013 so I don t care if it chips the paint. Quality is amazing, powder coat is excellent. Hope this helps

I recently purchased a Prinsu roof rack for my 2023 Toyota Tacoma. The fit was perfect and the install was fairly easy. I have had several compliments on its streamlined, yet, aggressive look. Now that my shell has been installed, I ordered the Prinsu universal rack so I can mount my RTT. Prior to ordering, I had several questions about mounting brackets and static and dynamic weight limits and the customer service agents at CBI were extremely helpful in answering all of my questions. If you are hesitant and unsure about craftsmanship and customer support; take it from a verified returning customer; CBI and Prinsu are for real! Just do it!

Stoke Factor on high for this bumper upgrade! MAn it looks great on my Fundra! Install was straight forward and everything lined up that should have for my truck model & year. Searched for this style and believe CBI has some of the best products out there! I had a friend who is a professional welder give it double thumbs up fpr quality & strength where it all matters! Trail ready!

I was blown away with the quality! Honestly, I was expecting some racks built overseas and a local company stamps their name on it. The Prinsu Pro fit like a glove. These racks are so sturdy they feel as if they are welded to the frame of the truck. I am so glad I didn't buy the imported stuff at half the price. If I had, I would probably end up throwing those out and getting the Prinsu Pro. Do it right the first time! Get the Prinsu Pro. The only drawback I had was I had to tap two of the holes because there were small tap shavings in the hole. This process took 30 seconds. I surf longboards so these racks are one million times better to keep my equipment on my truck. Let us know when you guys expand accessories?

Pros -Outstanding product, fast shipping, easy to installCons - would be nice for a few extra parts to be included such as screws, washers etc. Mounting points are wide open to weather. Would be great to be able to install a boot or filler on the feet of the mounting points. Leaves me uneasy for water leakage, snow and dirt buildup with no easy access to clean.

Their products are top quality, and their customer service is out of this world. as an added bonus they make things very simple for the end user both because of the design of their product and the fact that they post how to videos with a step by step process.

I installed a Prinsu on my 2018 Subaru Outback. I was dreading the install considering i had to drop the headliner BUT after watching videos from Prinsu/CBI and reading their install guide i went in with no worries and had it done in less than 6 hrs. When i did have questions their staff answered the phone quickly and answered all questions. I ve loaded it down and put it through the test and I recommend ONLY PRINSU now.

Super stoked with this rack for my 06 4Runner. Super sturdy, easy to assemble and mount. Now the fun begins. Gonna be perfect for hauling toys or lumber. Highly recommend this rack !

Bought the overland rack and within weeks rust was in multiple places even though I paid extra to have it powder coated. One side was higher than the other damaging the truck rail. Never again, very disappointed in the CBI quality.

Prices used to be reasonable. However, since I've saved up some money for a bumper set, I was informed that they no longer sell items for a 3rd gen 4runner. (Still the most popular gen) they've destroyed the jigs and threw out the stock they had for the 3rd gen runner. Sorry guys, yall suck. Since I landed a job in the oil fields I have money to spend.......somewhere else. It's not just about the latest model. It's about ALL models. So, so long!

As far as quality goes CBI is top tier. I m convinced their products are the baseline which everyone else tries to measures up to. Every aspect of the product is perfect, the fit, the welds, the finish, it s as good as it gets. I will continue to purchase products from them. However their customer service is lacking. Zero updates during the lead time for the product (9wks). While waiting over two months for a bumper, an email stating it s in production or will be shipped soon would go a long way. I emailed them during business hours asking for an update or estimated build/delivery date and never got a response. Just had to wait around for a shipping confirmation. Once I took delivery of my bumper, I texted them asking for a link to the installation PDF because the link on their site is broken (sends you to the homepage), they responded with the installation video. I had to ask again for the PDF, the second time around they sent the PDF. When you re spending the kind of money these made to order products cost, you d think customer communication would be more important to them. Now please release the aluminum skids and rear bumper for the D41 so I can buy them already, it s been over a year since you teased them. What gives?

For the past 2 years I have their roof rack and universal bed rack on a 2015 Nissan frontier. They are holding up awesome. Would purchase from these guys any day of the week.

I didn't keep it, but I liked what I saw. It's not because there was anything wrong with the company, they offered a fair return given the shipping and restocking fee, I just realized I reached too high, too fast, and didn't have enough equipment for the rack at the moment. I would buy from this same company again in a heartbeat.

I Ordered steel powder coated front bumper for my truck, within a couple months of install, the entire bumper started to rust due to poor prep work. Took my bumper into a local powder coating shop who said it was never sand blasted by original company and that's that's it rusted. After reporting CBI to the BBB they offered to pay the $450 fee to fix my bumper elsewhere. I will be taking down my BBB review now

I ordered my CBI Roof Rack Height Bed Rack on Nov. 14, 2021. With an 8+ week lead time and shipping, that meant mid to late January 2022. Well it shipped on 12/22/2021 and I received it today, 1/4/2022There are reviews on here that seem to have very negative experiences, but that isn t mine. I had a great experience and received a well packed and secured item. Freight shipping can be a hassle. It took almost 2 full weeks, but given its during the holidays, it is what it is. Its not CBI s fault by any means for the shipping taking some time. They shipped through Estes which also has a very low rating, however their customer service seems to be excellent. They made the delivery appointment and dropped it off on time.Thank you CBI for the great product. I only wish it came with instructions. I spoke to one of your customer service reps and she kindly spoke to someone to inquire about where the lock washers went. It seemed a bit confusing without physical paper or digital instructions for my specific product. But honestly its a solid product and very high quality. The powder coat is excellent too.This is an industry with long lead times but CBI pushed out my order earlier than expected and the quality is amazing.

Bought their ditch light bracket for my new 2023 Tundra. The driver's side light bracket scrapes against the wiper arms when turned on. It aggressively tore off the paint and ruined the wiper. Their support has asked me to put it back on and show them how it damages my car. My response was to throw the brackets in the trash and buy elsewhere. Not happy... PS. The passenger side one works fine with no wiper arm in the way....

I ve had my prinsu roof rack for 3 years now, it has taken everything I ve thrown at it and more. Recently I had a few issues with the crossbars and contacted CBI to discuss about it. Long story short I ve got new crossbars UNDER WARRANTY and now I can keep traveling and attaching stuff to my roof rack. Ally s customer service is top notch, she went above and beyond to help me out. I m glad I bought this roof rack from a company that stands behind their products. 5 star review for you guys, keep up the good work!

I have been purchasing products from CBI Off-road for over 6 years starting with the bedrack, then adding a T3 front bumper, sliders with kick out, full skid plates (steel), and a Prinsu roof rack. I have put all of these products through the ringer including heavy winch use during winter snow wheeling trips and everything has held up without a single issue. Each item adds to the overall capability on my truck and I am so glad I purchased from CBI. The bedrack is like a Swiss Army knife and I attach a great deal of tools and equipment. I had an small issue with my T3 bumper and Nathan went above and beyond to help me get it resolved and I personally have had an excellent customer service experience with CBI. These products are custom made by hand in the US and for a small company navigating an extreme demand for products, I feel they are performing in a commendable way. Yes you have to wait and the gear is at a premium price, but you will not regret it once you have it. I have no doubt the equipment for my Tacoma will last many, many more years to come. I m a big fan of CBI products and can attest to their performance over time.

Wont buy from them again. Have had their sliders for 5 months and they are already rusting. Im going to have to pull them and send them out to be re powder coated. CBI offered a whopping $200 which wont even cover a fraction of the cost. Really disappointing to see a product fail so quickly and a manufacturer not stand up to it.

I've had my Prinsu roof rack for almost 3 years now. Installation was straightforward and painless with a second set of hands. Then you get to the good part. Compare this product to other offerings and there aren't a lot of first party mounts available. Then you start to realize this thing is so easy to attach mounts to and once the creative juices start flowing the sky is the limit. I'm attaching two pictures, the soft top roof tent was the most complex roof configuration, with a road shower water tank, storage box for recovery gear, maxtrax recovery boards, two antennas, a light bar, and an awning mounted to the roof. Not a single hole drilled into the rack. Flexibility is an understatement.

Extremely poor quality product that they will not stand behind. I bought a set of rock sliders for my truck, and they have rusted very badly in a mere 9 months. No properly done powder coat should do this after 9 months. To be clear, most of the rust is on the welds and on top of the sliders, not underneath. If the rust was underneath, sure I d agree that it could be caused from road debris and/or damage from trails, but that is absolutely not the case.I was told that powder coats need maintenance and I should spray WD-40 on them every once in a while. This is absolutely false. If these were prepped and coated properly in the first place, they would not be rusting.I am now going to have to spend $400-$500 to get them sandblasted and re-coated. Almost half of what I paid for them in the first place. Avoid this company at all costs.

I am glad to highly recommend CBI. I have the baja adventure bumper on my T4R and it is simply fantastic. Looks amazing and the construction and fit are spot on. Functionally a massive improvement in clearance and approach angle. Customer service is top notch as well. Quick to answer questions before and after ordering and delivery. 10/10 all the way around.

I ordered the Prinsu rack for my car and contacted them after for a few questions. I found it very easy to reach them and get some answers. The Prinsu rack arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Installation wasn't too bad, and we're thrilled with the product.

I ordered the Prinsu Pro rack for my 2020 Tacoma Double Cab (60"bed). The rack is very solid, and not too difficult to install - although its definitely a 2 person job. The only negative re; the install was that the instructions we downloaded from the website had no pictures or diagrams, so we had to rely on youtube videos. The reason this review is 4 stars and not 5 is that the Yakima Freshtracks 4 ski rack that I bought off the Prinsu site is a poor fit with the Prinsu Pro rack. The shape of the clamps that come with the Freshtracks 4 does not conform well with the shape of the Prinsu crossbars. If you're looking to attach a ski rack to your Prinsu Pro, I would look at something other than the Yakima Freshtracks.

The detail of the order was :Ditch lights brackets for GX470, as you can see on the pictures, does not fit , not even being installed, because will hit the windshield, and the base does not fit the bolts , the conclusion basically , this accessory does not fit this car,In order for me to return the item , I have to pay the return label, and also the re stocking fee, I never heard that before!Make the customer pay the return for something sold incorrectly, to bad!

I had the most fantastic experience with a customer service rep at Prinsu, and her name was Kim. She was an absolute lifesaver when I had a bunch of questions about what roof rack to get. First off, Kim patiently walked me through the installation process, which seemed daunting at first, but she made it sound like a breeze. Then, she made sure I knew exactly which models were available, so I could choose the perfect one for my car.But the cherry on top was when I asked about finding local help for the installation. Kim went above and beyond by providing me with recommendations for nearby shops that could assist with the setup. Thanks to her expert guidance and friendly demeanor, I felt completely confident in my decision, and I ended up purchasing a Prinsu roof rack right there. It's rare to find customer service this outstanding, and it made the whole shopping experience a pleasure. Kudos to Kim and the Prinsu team for their top-notch service!

I purchased a full roof rack with light bar for my 2023 4Runner. The install was quick and easy. It looked really good and you can tell it was designed specifically for the 4Runner. Adding accessories like rod holders or boxes are very easy. Unfortunately about a month later I was in a rollover accident but the rack held up well and prevented a lot of roof damage. Couldn t be happier, it was a great product.
