I want to commend Bybee s for their exceptional integrity and honesty. I came to them fully intending to have my brakes replaced per the recommendation of another local shop. Knowing the good reputation of Bybee s we made the appointment to have it done. Not only was their price $400 less than the other shop, surprisingly upon their inspection it was determined that my brakes were not in need of replacement at all. They easily could have gone ahead and done the work and it would never have been questioned. However that is NOT at all what they did. I can t express how refreshing it is to find a local business that deals so honestly with their customers, even at their own expense. Bybee s has our loyalty. They deserve yours!

DishonestWent to them for a simple alignment. After a couple hours I went back to pick up the truck. They didn t even do the job and never bothered calling. Tried telling me the truck is unsafe and tried to upsell me $1500 worth of work.Funny when another shop inspects it and doesn t see any of the problems they tried to sell me on. It drives down the highway at 80mph perfectly smooth, minus a slight pull to the right (reason for alignment)I definitely won t be back.Taylor Chevrolet in Rexburg was able to get the alignment done easy and now it drives great!

Extreme disrespect for me and my time. I was told my service would take an hour. At 2 hours 10 minutes of waiting the mechanic came in and asked the receptionist if the A arm had arrived yet. She said no and went back to work. I got up and asked if that was for my car. She said yes. She didn t even have the decency to tell me I d been waiting for an hour and 10 minutes longer than told and they didn t even have the part! I would not recommend them and will not go back. It s one thing to screw up and not have the part after you said you did. It s another to waste my time and not even have the decency to say something.Service: Steering & suspension repair

The team at Bybee's is the best in town! They're very friendly and are able to fit me into their books right away for my regular vehicle check-ups, and they let me know of things to plan for regarding long term maintenance, things I wouldn't think of on my own. I definitely recommend them, and it's always nice to drop the vehicle off downtown, grab breakfast and a coffee from the local shops, and go for a stroll around the Greenbelt.

They got my alignment done quickly. The bill was for twenty more than what the first gal had told me. The little bit older lady at the desk when closing was a bit zesty. Lol. She wanted to know the exact verbage used by the first gal. I didn't record it. Lol

I am very happy with the service I received. I Had a steering problem that I spent hours trying to fix myself. They diagnosed and fixed the problem same day I called. It turned out to be loose bolts on my rear axle. They only charged me $85 to fix the problem. They are honest and very reasonable rates. Thanks and I will tell my friends about you guys.

It's been my experience that they Bybees is the best place in town for basically all your repair needs. They even have an inventory of tires. Go there you'll be very satisfied.

I have aftermarket suspension on my car and they made sure everything was in good working order. Even took me back to show me what he did to it to improve the performance and handling. Highly highly recommend!

Go on Yelp people and read the latest reviews, Google does not have accurate reviews, bad ones get deleted. New owners in the last 5 years.TOTAL FRAUDS AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.I guarantee a lot more people are going to be told they have a "defective" tire, when going here.A family member of mine took their truck there first, and were told the tire was defective which we thought could be so, but then I took my car there, and they said the same thing.UPDATE (2 months later): Took my car to Big O to have it looked at they said nothing about my tires were defective (and I didn't get the tires from them, so no bias on their part).Stop ripping people off and telling them they have defective tires!Service: Wheel alignment

Loved that they scheduled a specific time for the alignment of my car and were available to get my car in right away and finished within the timeframe they promised while I waited. They fixed the damage to the alignment that happened when my vehicle slid off the road in a snow storm for much less than I thought it would cost. Thank you Bybee's, you have my highest recommendation.

My husband and I both took our vehicles there and we had nothing but problems since. We payed for things on my husbands truck that wasn't done and with mine I just had them REfix my front end and only had my vehicle for a DAY and it rebroke. Very dissatisfied in the work that was done,will not be back

Best place in town. The are honest and won't sell you repairs you car dose not need. They work with you and try to get you car in and out fast.

They used to be the best place in the area, but they have changed ownership and the quality of work is poor, I took my truck in for the same problem 4times (come backs) ha ha and mysteriously, each time it was something else! Never again bybee's

They are true professional. Sometimes it may take a little longer than other shops to fix some problems but the quality and price are awesome. Strongly recommend.
