I got a flat right outside Idaho Falls. I called these people, they said if I made it in before close they'd help me out. By the grace of God I made it on time, and they took great care of my car immediately!!! Fast, efficient, kind, reasonably priced. I would highly recommend these humans!!!

Stopped by to get a flat fixed, service was fast. I also asked for a quote for all terrain tires. Seems like a decent price & great warranty compared to everywhere else I went. I absolutely will be going back for my next set of tires.

Big O is the best place to get tires in Idaho Falls. Best combination of price, selection, and definitely service. They also do brakes, alignments, oil changes, and other small jobs on cars, trucks, and SUV's.They have ample space for customers to sit down while waiting... not that they take long at all. They had me in and out in a jiffy. There's a nice desk spot for doing laptop work and charging area.They offer free coffee, and they are open on Sundays.

So we are from Canada and both our front tires were toast, we found out 12 hours from home. Once we called Big O tires, they got us in ASAP, had our rare tire size in stock for a fair price, and were so kind. Got us an alignment the same day too. It could of been a real mess, but they helped so much. Really good employees.

I bought a new truck that needed an alignment so I put all the stuff from my old car into my truck and brought it in to get the alignment. I noticed afterwards that over half of the change that I had just moved into my truck had been stolen. I called in to talk to a manager, and he said that he'd look at the cameras and call me back but never did. The fact that they have people willing to steal a couple of dollars worth of change is beyond disappointing and I will not be doing business here anymore

Tim Preece was awesome! Very friendly and helpful to work with me in getting my snow tires on in a timely manner!! I have always loved coming to Big O on Northgate Mile! I ve been coming there for many years and have always been very impressed by the friendliness of the staff! Would highly recommend them!

Nice guys, great work and can accommodate a lot. Only negative I had was they couldn t repair a tire because the tread was too low. Not their fault, it s a good policy in the long run.

Go ANYWHERE other than here. You will spend a WEEK waiting for them to touch your car. I made an appointment well over a week in advance, showed up at 9 (my appointment time) and waited there UNTIL CLOSE just for them to tell me that they couldn't fit it in their schedule to get it done. Went in the next day and AGAIN waited from 9-6 for it not to get done. I needed 2 tires. Wasted 2 DAYS waiting on THEM to get their act together and honor my APPOINTMENT. Gave up and went to Les Schwab and they were done in a half hour WITHOUT an appointment. Skip this place. Go ANYWHERE else.

I had taken my car in for a tire change and they ended up pulling my back liftgate out of alignment so it would no longer stay closed. When I asked what happened and they told me that they didn't know the proper way to open it was by pushing the button on my key fob and then told me that there was nothing that they could do to help me or to fix it.

Great service! I got a flat after driving on a low tire for a while. They were able to give me decent pricing on a new set and were very friendly and fast working to install them right then and there.My only qualm was that they replaced a faulty low tire pressure sensor and the warning light still came on randomly again the same day they had fixed the sensor. But can t say whether that was the same sensor acting up again or not yet.Otherwise, very impressed with their service and selection.

This has been our go to stop for tires for close to 30 years. The staff are knowledgeable and actually care about my family s well being. Their prices are very affordable and they have the best warranty in the industry. The atmosphere at their store is welcoming. Even when it is busy and we need to wait for a bit, I ve never been uncomfortable. Thank you for everything you do!

I appreciate Mike Lallatin and the crew here so much. I was looking at my tires thinking oh crap it s time. At the same time money is super tight right now. Mike came out and looked at my tires and instead of making the easy sale (which he totally could have), he said, You re gonna be fine for another 5 to 7k miles. I m so grateful for this honesty and guidance. They sell a nice product and they keep taking care of the customer after the sale. They ve got me coming back for sure.

I guess I m used to awesome customer service at the other locations This one is horrible. Low tire pressure in one tire and 2.5 hours just to get it checked The person who talked with my wife had her in tears, I wasn t there as she was traveling without me because I had to work, but I can t imagine that attitude would have gone over well with me! But some people are such pathetic people with self esteem issues they need to show how superior they are at the expense of others! It makes me sick and the next time I go through there I ll have to stop in and have a talk with the sorry excuses for men they have working there! This is sickening! I called the location in Ammon and they were able to get my wife right in! More important they were super nice and friendly! This isn t how Big O Tires is people, don t let this sorry excuse for a store taint your opinion over all other Big O Locations, just go to the Ammon location and hopefully put this one out of business!

These guys are so wonderful to work with. Always kind and willing to work with you. I could have gotten tires in Utah but prefer to come to Idaho Falls instead because the owners are Awesome! They really care and you NEVER feel taken advantage of, honest to a fault! Love you guys!

I always come here over any other place like it... The people are always super friendly and the biggest thing that gets my business is the honesty... They aren't just trying to sell me something, stuff that I don't need...they don't treat me like an idiot either.. they will always have my business! I recommend them over anyone else! Thanks for helping me with my flat tire today!!

Terrible customer service. This place used to be good. I ve purchased my last 5 or 6 sets of tires here. This last set I needed front end work. I made the mistake of dropping it off 10 minutes before closing, I planned on leaving it there all weekend. They wouldn t answer a simple question on whether or not they replace CV joints. They were more worried about getting me out of there before 6:00. It would have taken less time just to answer the question.When I went to pick it up on Sunday I was there about 9:30. Their open sign was on and door was unlocked. When I went in I was informed they were closed and one fine gentleman let me know the times are written on the door. Not sure who reads open times when the open light is on. I would have been fired from my customer service jobs for ushering someone out of the store and telling them to read the times on the door. (They used to open from 9-3 on Sunday. My fault for not knowing they changed to 10-3 but that s no excuse to treat people like they re too dumb to read the times).Found out later from a friend they like to scratch wheels and strip lug nuts and won t take responsibility. Use at your own risk. It s too bad they make you give them at least 1 star, they don t deserve any.
