I went into the store today and had a list of parts I needed for a bike I'm rebuilding, they were patient and went through the list with me. They treated me well price wise. They always have great service. I have bought at least 6-8 tires from them in the past as well. Will definitely be back.

I ride a 21 sherco se300 and these guys always have the hard to find seals, bearings ect that I need for routine maintenance.

Ben's has been so good to work with. I feel like they genuinely want to have relationships with their customers and aren't just treating me like a revenue source. Work is great and prices are reasonable and competitive

Bens does the best work in town. I will only take my bike to him. He's very honest and his staff has the best customer service. He's the best place to buy all things for bikes and atvs. Highly recommend!!

If there was a great quality and excellent service tab, that is what I would rate them as. I was not impressed with another motorcycle repair shop in town, so I googled motorcycle repair shops and Ben's popped up. Ben stated that they were pretty busy as well and that it may take a couple of days to look at it. I was okay with that. He figured out why my bike was not holding its charge, changed the oil, and took care of some other minor issued on it for more than a reasonable price. He also educated me on my bike which I was appreciative. I have found my repair shop for all my motorcycle needs. What great customer service! Thank you Ben!Service: Electrical repair

Just want to give props to Ben. Awesome old school approach to customer service and mechanical repair; he carefully looks over the bike even if you've just come in for an oil change.He did a valve check / oil change on my '05 SV650, price was extremely fair, and done in a timely fashion. Honest businesses seem increasingly hard to find, but I've found a gem with Ben's Quality Cycle.

Ben's service was EXCEPTIONAL. I was doing a trip from Canada to California and had bike troubles so i brought it into Ben. He spent close to 90 minutes working on my bike but only charged me for 30 minutes and took time to thoroughly answer all my questions. Him alongside the rest of the shop were all very cordial and a pleasure to deal with. Couldn't be happier with the service I received :)

I recently had these guys work on a 2008 Suzuki RMZ 250 for me. I had a really good experience and I feel like these guys are reasonably priced, honest, and very good at what they do.

Ben's Quality Cycle is the BEST!!! I had a hydraulic clutch cable failure and could not successfully bleed the system. Ben took the time to look for necessary parts and gave me part numbers to use when calling local motorcycle dealers in the Idaho Falls area (Who does that???). When I still had trouble getting all the air out of the hydraulic clutch system, I brought my bike to Ben and he got me back on the road, good as new. He is a special human being and I'm a better person for having met his acquaintance. Thank you very much Ben's Quality Cycle!!!!

Gave these guys business for a few years. Always paid ahead for things. Wrong thing to do. I had my bike in kx250f in for top gasket repair. The tech striped out the main head bolts and never told me anything just tried to hide it with washers and a leaking top gasket. That wasn't the worst of it. Had a simple carburetor fix needed, and my bike sat for over a month without anyone trying to fix it or call me to let me know any info onit. I finally went and picked the bike up myself ordered the parts, gasket rebuild and actuator rebuild kit, shipped in 2days fixed the carburetor myself. Ben the owner never even acknowledged the bike or my time. Last time I use these guys for anything. Very unprofessional to a paying loyal customer. Other techs at this place are bit top notch. Better off doing it urself. Do not recommend any service from these guys. Horrible

I called because of a coolant issue with my bike and he was booked back 3 weeks. But instead of having me wait, he walked me through everything I needed to do and helped me figure out how to fix it myself. GREAT service.

I was traveling through town from Texas and was very close to being bare metal on my front brake pads. Ben went above and beyond and fixed me up. Great service and great shop. I will do business there again if I am ever passing through.

Great service and reasonably priced. They can get busy/backed up depending on the time of the year. Had them replace the valves in my '05 CRF450R and take my KLR650 there to be serviced as well
