The service here cannot be beat! They installed our Backflip tonneau cover, AMP Electronic Running Boards and now Husky Mud Flaps. We had the running boards installed in June of 2022 and, just recently, we ran into a problem where they wouldn't descend when the rear doors were opened. They just all of a sudden stopped working. The drivers side one, also stopped going up all the way. My husband called them and they told him to go ahead and run it over and they'd take a look. They found a wiring connecter that had not been locked into place and lubed up the copper washers in the joints. Everything is now working great!! So, we decided to buy the mud flaps from them as well. We really should've gotten them when we had the running boards installed.The tonneau cover is so easy to use and looks sexy.I would definitely recommend Auto Trim Design to anyone wanting accessories for their vehicle.

Even though it is a 92-mile trip (each way), we have used Auto Trim Design in Idaho Falls ID 2x now (installed tonneau cover on our F350 and WeatherTech floor mats for the Explorer). In a week, we'll be going back to add a tonneau cover on our new 2023 Ranger (yes, we're a FORD family). They are that good and dependable. Sadly, they don't install base plates for flat-towing the Ranger behind our motorhome, or we would have given them that work as well. The floor mats were ordered wrong, but they quickly re-ordered the correct ones (no charge) and let us keep the wrong (older) ones. They have OUR BUSINESS, and you should consider them if you want work done right to upgrade your cars or trucks.

Steve installed heated seat inserts in our Honda Accord yesterday. Outstanding job! The switches actually look factory installed. Heat works great. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work. Thank you, Auto Trim. I highly recommend.

I took my car in to get a clear bra done by Auto Trim Design and within two and a half months it started bubbling and peeling off. I went and talked to them and they gave me every excuse in the book. All they wanted to do is blame it on the extreme heat, washing it in temperature below 32 degrees, and to much pressure from a car wash. I don t know how your supposed to wash your car!! It seems like that could have been somethings they warned me about before putting it on. Example if put on you can never wash your car under certain circumstances. I took it back up to them and they called me 3 days ahead of my appointment and they didn t even have me down for the right thing they said it was to do window tint. Then I go up there the day of the appointment and they canceled on me the day of which I already traveled up there. I have talked to several people and they all say it is poor prep. Auto Trim Design would not take responsibility for it and just offered excuses. They said they would work on it but I won t be letting them touch it again. I highly suggest not to use these guys they don t stand behind there product and come up with every excuse in the book. JordanService: Paint protection

Dennis was very helpful regarding questions I had on my tinted windows. Actually set an appointment for them to retint. They worked on my husband's Truck as well, highly recommend these guys.

Vaughn and team were great to work with at every step of my ARE shell purchase. The order was correct, it arrived on time, the install was clean, and I had a shop car to use for the day as a loaner. Even when I lost a minor trim piece they were just an email away and happy to help.So glad I drove in from Boise to get things done right. I ll definitely recommend them to friends.

This place is fantastic! They hooked me up with installing these side stripes for my Focus ST. They were great to work with setting up the appointment, while talking with them on what I wanted at the drop off, and picking the finished car up! There price was superb as well! I highly recommend these guys, they are amazing!

Just had some katzskin installed in our new truck And these guys did more than a excellent job. The gave me a call once they got in, scheduled me in quick and had it done within great time. I'll recommend them to anyone. And will definitely be back for more great service. Thank you!

Everyone was very helpful and kind. The installer did a great job completing a full bumper, hood, and fender "clear bra" on my Porsche Cayman S. They had no issues making a custom job look great. Dennis was exceptional to work with. We wanted our garage windows tinted (for security) but still desired light to shine in the garage. We are extremely pleased with the final look!! Dennis took care of every step by giving us samples, talking about our desires, and he nailed it!! The craftsmanship is exceptional and it comes with a warranty against bubbling. I had great communication and service and from all the staff at ATD in Idaho Falls. They ordered my ARE shell from the factory and all my options came out great. I traveled across state for their install and it was well worth it. A few months later in needed a few spare parts and they sent them promptly. 1st class guys, thanks!

By error they ordered the wrong WeatherTech floor mats for our 22 Explorer. When we told them, they replaced it FREE with the correct ones and didn't even want the incorrect ones back. They also sold and installed a tonneau cover and auto vent shades on our F350 and did a superb job. THANKS, Von.

I made an appointment with the owner to have step bars and a tonneau cover installed on my 2021 GMC Canyon. I replied to his (Vaughn s) text and confirmed my selection of items to be ordered. When I arrived from a 200 miles away, I found out that not only did the owner not write down the appointment, he never ordered the parts selected either! He didn t even feel bad about me driving 200 miles round trip to have the work done that he said he d do 9 days earlier during our phone call.I would never do business with these folks. They are unreliable and lazy about keeping appointments. If could score them ZERO stars I would do so. Bad business practices by these folks!

We had a decal placed on the sides of our car earlier this year and it's absolutely beautiful. We noticed it was starting to peel a little on the edge of the driver and front passenger doors so we took it back in to see what we should do. Not only did they explain what was happening, they fixed the problem and made it even better than before we brought it in originally. We've done business with them several times and this kind of service is what keeps me coming back.Service: Paint protection

I have to say this company is an amazing place to take your vehicle to get a service done at a great price. The quality is amazing. I have had my cars at other shops in the past and never the degree of quality as Auto Trim. The staff is very friendly and treat you like family. I brought in my car to have PPF done. They did good job for a good price and my car looks great. Unfortunately, the PPF was damaged shortly after the install. ATD was great about fixing the problem. I am extremely happy with their service and will continue to come to them for upgrades and aftermarkets to my vehicles, even if the are a bit out of the way.

As of 5/10/2017I have had three vehicles that I have brought to Auto Trim over the last 10 years. They have installed clear paint protector and done window tinting on all three of those vehicles. The work they have done has always been excellent and they have been very accommodating to me. I have worked with both Vaughn and Tim and they both have been very helpful and professional.

No problem with the store itself. Don't buy A. R. E. truck shells. Purchased a shell 5 years ago, the contour strip on the back of the shell has had to be replaced twice now. It's made of plastic. The shell cost about $1500 new, the contour strip has cost me around $90.00 twice.

I'm from Idaho Falls area and went back to visit for a few weeks this summer and my dad suggested I go there to have the tint taken off my car and replaced and they were great and their service was $20 cheaper than another place I called. Highly recommend.

Called and spoke to Ron. He was a total jerk. All I asked for was a quote to re-stripe my Class A motorhome and you would think I asked him to build me a house. Could not even give me a best case worst case price because he did not know if my stripes were 12" or 6" ? Are you kidding me ! Worst customer experience I have had with a business to try and get a quote from. Fortunately I found out over the phone what kind of business practices are in place there and not after the work was done. Consumer you have been warned about this place, go anywhere but here to have any work performed.

Auto Trim Design in Idaho Falls did a superior job customizing my VW Beetle with racing stripes and "turbo" graphics. They also stand behind their work and their products, are very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them.

I used ATD to get a pair of second row WeatherTech floormats for a brand new Journey. They had them there the very next day, they worked with my weird situation, and they were nice the whole time. I will certainly be back again if I need something else.

Little on the spendy side, but got me in and out fast, nice knowledgeable staff. Worth a little extra to have a local shop install just in case a warranty issue comes up.
