Matt Fowler is a liar and a big scam artist.He is still owes me $1000.00 which he hasn't paid me yet.I got a out of s3vice in Boise and he has not comply yet to pay the $10000 owed to me .I have all proof and am reporting him to the state of Idaho and DoT for telling me and encouraging me to run around scales when overweight and to run a dirty log ElD he is a big liar I will bring this to the light so everybody can see .He makes false accusations trying to scare me but I got all his text messages.He is also a drunk me He gets drunk and microchips you every minute,you cannot stop for a break or he will text or call you with a "What's Going on"
