Lisa and Scott, real people, care about your service, empathetic to your situation, experienced, and reasonable. What more could you ask for from any business? They did a great job on my truck rear window and are my, go to business, for auto glass service.

I called in with some questions about my review mirror that fell off and they took the time to walk me through my options and parts numbers. Even though I was just calling for advice, they treated me with excellent customer service. This is the place to go!

I highly recommend coming here! When I got a large crack in my windshield, they went above and beyond replacing it. I have a dash cam on my rear view mirror, and I could never for the life of me get the wires to tuck into the panels. They noticed all the cords were dangling, so Scott tucked them in for me! I was able to chat with Lisa while waiting, and she was so pleasant to talk with! I will be recommending A-1 Auto Glass to everyone I know, and this will be the only place I go to get glass work done in the future!

I often look at ratings of companies that I might not know. A-1 Auto Glass had a rating of 5 with not a single blemish to their record. I must agree wholeheartedly! They were able to help me with a small chip in my windshield. They were quick and professional and the cost was very reasonable. I would recommend them and certainly return there in the future.

Scott and Lisa are absolutely wonderful. I had to drive 1.5 hours to get to Idaho Falls for an appointment. They were not open the day after Thanksgiving. However, they opened there business just for me. That is unheard-of in business these days. Not for them, they went out of their way to help me!!! Best people ever to deal with!!! Will only go to them from now on. Thank you Scott and Lisa.

Highly recommend! My partner and I were traveling through town when we got blasted by a rock on the highway. We visited the Subaru dealership in town for an assessment who sent us on over to A-1. These folks couldn't have been more gracious and helpful, particularly having dropped in so suddenly. Thank you for such a great experience!Service: Auto windshield repair

What a nice service, nice people.These people not only take pride on their work, but they actually care about you.The service took 15 minutes, but we talked for one hour about life.I had a small crack that can be fixed, instead of replacing the entire glass, but it needed attention quickly before the crack got bigger. So i called Saflite and wanted someone to quickly look at it. Well I got the headquarter and for 30 minutes had to file a claim, and the earliest appointment I got was 7 days later.I called A1 and got appointment on the same day, and got it fixed for $25.

The couple who run the shop are two of the nicest people I have ever met. I went to A-1 after having other places tell me I had to replace my windshield instead of repairing the damage. Not only did A-1 repair my windshield but they did it so quick! I was a walk in and I was impressed at how quick they we were able to help. The husband did the repair on my windshield and he did a great job. While the work was being done, I waited up front with my two kids and talked to his wife. She was patient with my kids and made sure they had some crayons and coloring books. She kept apologizing for how long it was taking, even though, in my opinion, there was no need because I felt everything was happening in a timely manner. The service was all around great, fast, and friendly! I will definitely be going here for all my future auto glass needs.

A-1 auto glass was such a pleasure to deal with. Very personable people who actually care about their customers, and have very competitive pricing. I will definitely be returning here for any auto glass needs I have in the future, as well as recommending them to others!

A-1 Auto Glass replaced the windshield in my Ford Escape and Ford F350. They were very fast and courteous. Scott was replacing the window in the F350 that had been replaced in the past and found a bunch of rust at the top of the window under the molding. He sanded the area down and painted the area before putting the window back in. That is great service doing a job right and not just slapping it together to get paid. Would recommend these guys to everyone. Very happy with the job.Service: Auto windshield replacement

These guys are hands-down THE BEST. I've been to two other shops in town and got totally screwed, so now won't go anyplace but A-1 Auto Glass. The owners are very friendly, get stuff done in a timely manner, and are completely honest with me. If you need a rock chip repaired or other work done, I 100% recommend these guys--they're great.

Scott and Lisa at A1 auto glass really saved my butt today. We were leaving for Portland when our back window shattered. They were able to get us back on the road in less than an hour. Really great service. Thank you so much!

I had my windshield replaced on my minivan about 2 and half years ago and last Saturday while driving during the heavy rain storm drops of water started coming in through the windshield near the visor. I took back to A-1 and with my receipt Scott repaired the leak no questions asked. The service was excellent and Scott owns and operated the business for 25 years and whenever I have windshield repair needs I always take to him and in my opinion there is no better place.

I'm not from Idaho Falls but needed a quick windshield repair. A-1 was awesome about assessing it, 100% transparent in what needed to be done, quick in repairing and affordable. Would definitely recommend them above everyone else!

Got a quote through email. Had emailed several places but A-1 was the only place that responded. Made a appt through email and as soon as I showed up they got right on it and had the chip repaired in short order. Very nice people and highly recommend them. We drove through Idaho Falls on a long road trip from New York to California. Pulled in at A-1 to get a windshield chip repaired. The couple in the shop -- Scott and Lisa, I'm guessing from their business card -- could not have been more friendly. Scott fixed the windshield on the spot at a very reasonable price, and we were back on the road in less than 15 minutes.

My husband rolled our Yukon a few years ago they are really great people didn't charge an arm and a leg for a new windshield and they had to Jack up the roof to get it to fit.
