Mustang towing has extremely great staff that try to get things done as best they can always a pleasure to go in and easier on the wallet. The do towing, motorcycle hauling(inclosed trailer), vehicle repair, some hauling and occasional buy of the broken down rig.

This business is horrible. They charged my insurance 4,600.00 for a tow from Cascade. Now you know why your insurance rates keep going up! It's due to business practices like this.

I have to respond to this. You said our rates are going up because of "horrible driving like this" Like it was our fault- WE WERE HIT BY A DRUNK DRIVER, which our insurance company was completely aware of when they made the statement that businesses like this are why our rates are going up. Get you facts straight!

Faith in humanity restored with the generosity of the people that make this place great. After the last year and then just recently being in an accident, my family lost everything. I lost most everything that is my families livelihood. Jason was the driver that came and hauled my work trailer he was very kind professional and an all around whole hearted individual. Jasons boss Nick from what we were told helped us by giving us a break. We whole heartedly thank each and everyone of you that assisted us.

Owner Nick and driver Big John really came through for us! Nick scheduled transport of our Vette baby at the last minute and Big John handled her with great care. Wouldn't hesitate to use Mustang's services again.

I wrecked my truck in cascade avoiding some elk they were the only company to come and rescue me in a decent response time, and get my truck to the valley in a timely manner. Thanks again Nick.

My truck broke down just at the top of the pass coming in to Horseshoe Bend and the guys at Mustang were phenomenal. They got a replacement part within the hour and got us back on the road in no time! Can t say enough good things about the quality and care received. The worst place to break down.....between Banks and Smith s Ferry. There is no cell service, there is no town nearby, and people just keep flying by! An Idaho State Police Officer gave us a tip to call Mustang Towing once we got back into cell service. Excellent tip!!! Nick was a gem, even with a busy day of clearing wrecks, they got up there and towed our truck back to Boise. We are grateful for their reliable service and felt confidence that they had our backs. Thank you!! Hopefully we never have a breakdown again, but if we do, Mustang is first on our list to call.

Dealing with this company was amazing. My insurance messed up when we needed a tow. After waiting a few hours I called to check on eta and found our insurance didn't get the service set up. They still came out and took care of my car even though we were clear in weiser! Very thankful!!

Super friendly and very helpful. Fast and friendly service. I had a question about getting a major part back into my Suburban... they were able to do it. Had an answer for me in no time. Picked up the Suburban and fixed it same day. Even found another problem I had no idea about Shannon and Trevor were very very helpful.

I had to have my car towed. George kept me informed from when he first received my request. Arrived on time, worked quickly and thoroughly. One of the few places customer service still matters. Nick and his dad Tim understand the formula to success q1 + Q2 plus Ma equals c and break that down q1 is quality service they deliver top-notch quality service the best I've seen around Q2 quality of service they always over deliver an MA they do it with a proper mental attitude which equals compensation highly recommend them you're not buying your tires you're paying too much

Just moved to town and ended up with a flat tire on a low budget. Had them take a look at my tires and found out they both needed replaced. They also were willing to take a look at the rest of the car and let me know what else needed to be done as well as my options without being pushy. They worked with my needs and budget and got my two tires done with a smile. They work hard to help get you back on the road and knowledgeable about your vehicle. If they can't do something they are able to point you in the right direction. Gets the job done nicely.

Summary: excellent, fast, quality, fried and honest service. Thank you to Trevor, Brandon, and Nick.Story: My truck broke down in Horseshoe Bend (HB), returning to Boise from camping in McCall on a Wednesday afternoon; stranding me and my daughter. i asked the cashier at the Chevron station if she could recommend a mechanic, she said one just walked outside. I introduced myself to the young man and related the experience prior to the break down and my 30 mph journey to HB. Trevor met me at the truck, slid underneath and proceeded to check all the possible things, explaining himself as he explored each item. I ran the engine to 2,000 rpm, and it repeated the noise. He gave me ideas about what it was, and was very thoughtful and kind. Turns out he works at Mustang Towing, an AAA affiliate. I called AAA and requested Mustang tow me, they agreed and said it'd be 45 minutes. Brandon arrived in 15, measured the camper top, then left to get a different truck. He returned in 5 minutes and proceeded to connect my truck and prepare for towing. I asked for a ride and he drove me, my tuck and camper safely home.It was a great to meet these guys in my time of trouble. Thank you for taking the time with me, providing excellent communication and superb customer service.

I called them to arrange a tow for my parents recently. They were responsive and quick, easy to work with, and they do vehicle repairs at their shop as well which was convenient for my parents' situation.
