One of the friendliest location I ve been to, great service and conversations, mechanic observed other items which needed addressed besides what was listed on service request. Property is very presentable, well taken care of and organized. Finn the dog had fun taking the employee away from their duties for a short time. Thanks for the great experience.

Got me in even tho they were pretty busy, couldn't fix my truck as needed but gave me a solution and got me on the road so I didn't miss delivery

I have never gotten in and out of any shop within 7 hours before! Checked in with Toby in Service at 7:30, had a massive coolant leak fixed so I decided to get the scheduled overhead done also. I am flabbergasted at how fast I got in and out! I am also extremely happy with my total bill being just over $800, tacking on an engine air filter at $135. I cannot recommend this shop enough! Absolute kudos for the professionalism and the extremely quick repair and overhead.

I am a truck transporter and hsve delivered trucks in 49 states and 7 providences in Canada and i can tell you by far this dealership in Heyward Idaho has the friendliest and most professional staff of any dealership i have been to.I had an issue with my lights on a set of trucks that wasn't even being delivered to their dealership but they helped resolve issie and had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommend

I am from Minnesota I was on my way to Burley when one of my check engine lights came on I asked my customer who they recommended and they recommended Heyburn Kenworth sales saying that that was the only people that they would ever use so I called them they got me in right away. Within an hour they had diagnosed my problem and with in a day and a half I was back on the road. They were very polite, accommodating, kept me well informed at all times to what was going on and always left me know what i would be looking at for cost.I would highly recommend this Kenworth dealer to anybody out in that area that needs any kind of help when they re out on the road and thanks again Heyburn Kenworth for your wonderful serviceDannyService: Auto engine diagnostic

I called for road side service. From the moment Andra answered the phone she was very helpful. My road side mechanic was Derek. By far one of the best mechanics I ve had on a road side service job. Very professional and very fast at what he does. Thank you very much Derek for getting me back on the road quick.

They were the best Kenwprth dealer in my 28 years.They were freindly, they explain everything that they are doing,.Kiel diagnos the problem.And got it done.They got truck in shop quick .The billing was very reasonable.I plan on returning for other services.Services: Exhaust, Auto engine diagnostic

Nice clean shop. Polite and helpful staff - willing to taxi me back to my RV after dropping off the truck. Fixed my problem just fine.

I've only dealt with my crew but have been very professional and wanting to get all information they can do diagnose the problem before they tear into it have been very helpful very polite very nice very accommodating to help other drivers who have broke down

Went here yesterday with unknown problem, they got me in fast and took care of problems very fast . I would definitely go back if I'm in area and have already recommend to other drivers I know .top notch place !!! I was the driver in prostar w/ Jim Palmer trailer .

The parts department is terrible and will try to rip you off. Not friendly unless you are a regular. I never write reviews and if your an owner op like me. I would advise taking your business elsewhere.

It is so frustrating to call a shop and ask if they have time to get to you and they say bring it in and see what you got. Then a large chain of trucks come in with a broken trailer and you get bumped for a trailer repair job. Just because your a little guy just trying to make a living.
